The 100-meter large palm formed from sea water was also encompassed in the blinding silver light, it was immediately stopped. No matter how hard it tried, it could not advance even an inch. The water forming the large palm slowly broke down and scattered back into the ocean.
Tang Yin did not stay still during his time, he swooped down to catch the plummeting sagely old man. His eyes had already dimmed and glazed over during those few seconds, he had died.
Tang Yin did not have time to Devour anything, he quickly stored the sagely old man’s corpse inside his storage ring, grabbed his silver leaf Artifact and fled frantically.
"You’re not a Demonic Beast, you’re a cultivator in disguise!" The Mid-stage Spirit Ascension Realm cultivator shouted with shock. An ugly expression surfaced on his face.
"Don’t think about leaving!" He quickly gave chase to Tang Yin.
Tang Yin summoned an endless amount of Void Chains from the void to obstruct the Mid-stage Spirit Ascension Realm cultivator, he did not have time to worry about the rapidly depleting Abyss Qi inside of the Heaven Devouring Abyss.
The Void Chains were just barely effective. Tang Yin did not stop though, he sent out all of the refined Killing Intent inside of his body to hinder the ancient old man.
With all of these obstructions coupled with the speed of the Phantom Steps, Tang Yin managed to avoid the grasp of the Mid-stage Spirit Ascension Realm cultivator.
Nevertheless, once the Mid-stage Spirit Ascension Realm cultivator got used to the obstruction of the Void Chains and Ethereal Slaughter Art, his speed slowly started to increase.
Just as Tang Yin was about to utilize another method at his disposal to hinder the Mid-stage Spirit Ascension Realm cultivator, he stopped.
A whirlpool appeared below the Mid-stage Spirit Ascension Realm cultivator, inside of the whirlpool were huge crimson eyes which radiated intense bloodlust and intelligence.
"Damn it!" The ancient old man cursed loudly. He stopped chasing after Tang Yin and faced the whirlpool.
Using the Heaven Piercing Gaze, Tang Yin saw that there was a Mid-tier Rank 5 Demonic Beast inside the whirlpool.
It seemed that the Mid-stage Spirit Ascension Realm cultivator was fighting against it when he noticed the sagely old man on the brink of death and decided to intervene.
