Chapter 134: CH. 134 | Wind Dragon Peak
Lin Tian and Cao Ying walked to the back courtyard, finding no one there, just the rear garden and the Pill Refinement Hall building.
His attention settled on the wide expanse of the back courtyard. To build four new Field of Study Hall buildings, the back courtyard alone wouldn’t be enough.
"Building four new hall buildings won’t fit here," Cao Ying said.
Lin Tian was already aware of that. His eyes swept around the surrounding area. He studied the sect’s landscape carefully. There were no buildings belonging to anyone else on this hill.
"There are no other buildings on this hill," Lin Tian added.
Cao Ying turned and noticed the determined expression on Lin Tian’s face. She began shifting her attention around as well, taking in what Lin Tian was seeing.
"You’re right."
"What are you planning to do?" Cao Ying asked.
"With my current cultivation base, I think I can pull it off," Lin Tian said.
He turned toward Cao Ying and invited her to walk with him to the sect’s front gate, where several people were waiting to meet with Lin Tian about something urgent.
Lin Tian and Cao Ying flew across the sect’s sky, leaving trails of qi behind them. That alone drew the attention of the other disciples training in the front courtyard.
An Yue paused her cultivation and looked toward Lin Tian. Ya Fei and Yun Yun stepped over to her, their faces full of curiosity.

"Are they planning something?" Ya Fei asked.
"I’m not sure. I just hope it’s nothing bad for him. He only just recovered," An Yue said, her expression carrying a faint trace of worry.
Lin Tian arrived outside the sect gate. There he found five Foundation Establishment cultivators who had come and were waiting.
When they saw Lin Tian, they stood right away and greeted him, pressing their hands together and bowing their heads obediently.
"Sect Leader Lin? We need your help," one of them said.
Lin Tian looked at them and felt a sense of familiarity from the color of their robes, as if he had seen them before. When he came to a stop, Lin Tian was standing directly in front of them.
"You’re... from the Yingzun Sect?"
"That’s right."
"This is about our Sect Leader, Sect Leader Si Lingxi."
"When she found out you were seriously injured, Sect Leader Si decided to go to the Saintess Spring Valley on her own. But to this day, she hasn’t returned," they said.
Si Lingxi must have been disappointed. She gave me the map to that valley and was hoping to go there together with me. I have to do something.
"Can you still tell whether she’s alive?" Lin Tian asked, curious.
"Yes. The sect leader’s jade token in our sect’s main hall is still glowing. That’s the simple mechanism we use to detect our sect leader’s condition," one of them replied.
Lin Tian glanced toward Cao Ying. He nodded and explained that he would go save Si Lingxi. That was his promise to them, something he had to do to make up for the promise he had failed to keep because of his injuries.
They smiled with relief. Their daily visits to the Lingxian Sect over the past year, asking for Lin Tian’s help, had not been for nothing.
Now they had good news to bring back to all the members of their sect.
"We’re grateful for your willingness to help, Master Lin."
Lin Tian nodded and asked them to head back. Now only Cao Ying and Lin Tian remained. Both of their gazes drifted toward the hill where the Lingxian Sect had stood firm for hundreds of years.
"You’ve just recovered. Don’t follow through on their request, Lin Tian," Cao Ying said.
"A man is judged by his word. I once made a promise to go there with Si Lingxi. She even helped me with the map to that valley."
"I’d be the most pathetic cultivator alive if I did nothing after breaking my promise."
He glanced at Cao Ying. "Set that aside for now. We need to reconstruct the sect."
"Tell everyone in the sect to come outside," Lin Tian said firmly.
Cao Ying nodded. She flew back to the sect and asked every disciple there to come down from the hill without exception. They were clearly confused and surprised, with no idea what Lin Tian was planning.
An Yue arrived and stood beside Lin Tian. "What are you planning to do, Master Lin?"
Lin Tian smiled and asked An Yue to step a little further back. He asked her and the other disciples to watch another side of Lin Tian’s strength, something that would leave their mouths hanging open in pure amazement.

One by one the sect’s disciples came down from the hill until the sect was completely empty. Everyone was at a fair distance from the Lingxian Sect, as Lin Tian had ordered.
Cao Ying arrived and stood beside Lin Tian again. "The sect is empty."
Lin Tian patted his bag of holding and produced a single high-grade spirit stone, which stored an enormous amount of spiritual qi.
He gripped the spirit stone and crushed it in his palm.
CRUSH!
The spirit stone shattered with a powerful burst of qi. The spiritual qi contained inside poured directly through his meridians and filled his dantian, restoring his strength in an instant.
Lin Tian’s eyes sharpened with focus. Both hands formed an intricate seal, then he slammed them into the ground.
A powerful tremor shook the earth, making trees sway and sending birds flying from dozens of kilometers in every direction. Cultivators in the city looked up, watching a new mountain rise from the direction of the north.
"Look! What is that?!"
"Something’s strange. I can feel... a burst of qi from a Late Nascent Soul Master."
"Wait! Isn’t that the Lingxian Sect?"
The hill that had once been small grew massive as spiritual qi energy uprooted it from its foundation, lifting the Lingxian Sect high into the sky until it formed a mountain peak.
An Yue and the others stared with wide eyes, their heads moving to follow every moment as Lin Tian uprooted a mountain from its base and raised his sect to a new height.
"WHAT IS—"
Cao Ying was just as stunned, watching the Lingxian Sect transform in a matter of seconds. The small hill grew large, followed by six other mountains rising up and surrounding the sect.
She stood in silence for quite some time. Her eyes stayed on the mountain whose peak now sat level with the clouds. Her lips slowly parted.
"Lin Tian..."
"...did you just uproot a mountain?"
The Lingxian Sect’s appearance changed dramatically. Its grounds became vast and expansive, filled with courtyards, dormitory buildings, ponds, gardens, and most importantly a main hall that was far larger and more magnificent than before.
The walls and floors were made of white marble. Pine and willow trees decorated the sect’s beauty. Tall-ceilinged grand buildings gave everything a sense of openness and space.
Training courtyards increased from just two to six: the main front courtyard, two smaller ones on the left and right, and a grass courtyard at the back.
Massive pillars rose high at the sect’s entrance gate, displaying the emblem of two white dragons as the embodiment of heavenly spirits.
The disciples stopped being startled and began growing more and more excited. Their small sect, once looked down on and used as a training ground by other sects, had now grown into something grand with magnificent buildings.
"I was right to join!"
"The Lingxian Sect is incredible. Master Lin is incredible!"
An Yue watched the enthusiasm from the other disciples, especially the newer ones. She glanced briefly toward Lin Tian, her eyes glistening with deep emotion.

"Thank you, Lin Tian," An Yue whispered.
He wasn’t done yet. Six mountains appeared surrounding the main peak of the sect. One mountain was filled with courtyards, buildings, and most importantly, the Field of Study Halls.
The disciples’ attention shifted toward the six mountains, noticing that buildings and living spaces had appeared there. An Yue and the others looked in the same direction.
"Field of Study Halls... that’s excellent," Cao Ying said. "The look of this sect is better than the Fenhai Sect now. Fitting for a wind element sect."
Lin Tian stood feeling a little drained. Building structures through qi manipulation and uprooting a mountain from its foundation with concentrated qi pressure had taken a significant toll on his energy.
Fortunately he had anticipated that and used a high-grade spirit stone.
"Just one final touch."
He stomped his foot against the ground once.
Thousands of steps rose from the earth and connected to the sect’s peak, a stairway of marble flooring flanked by magnificent dragon pillars. The disciples grew excited and eager to see what their new sect looked like.
The stairway connected to the sect’s peak and was safe to walk. Lin Tian felt a wave of relief. He turned and his attention went to his disciples.
"Welcome to the Lingxian Sect!"
"From this day on, people will call it the Wind Dragon Peak!"
