Chapter 898: Make Me Your Toy
Chapter 898 – Make Me Your Toy
The room exploded with laughter immediately.
Sira nearly choked on her wine. Mira buried her face into Naomi’s shoulder while wheezing. Even Lullaby lifted one thumb lazily in betrayal.
"Skill issue," Mira said.
"You caused this yourself," Naomi added calmly.
Lux looked genuinely offended. Which somehow made him hotter.
That was the problem.
Fiera stood there in violet silk, still processing about fourteen different emotional disasters at once while Lux sat in the center of the couch looking like temptation itself. Relaxed posture. One arm stretched lazily over the backrest. Dark hair messy from fingers already running through it all night. And somehow despite the chaos around him...
He still looked completely in control.
Even while pretending not to be.
And Fiera’s brain stopped functioning.
"W-wait," she blurted. "Incubus? Like... lust demon mythology?"
Silence.
Then the girls looked at each other.
"Oh right," Sira said. "She doesn’t know yet."
Mira blinked. "I guess not."
Fiera stared at all of them. "What do you mean she doesn’t know yet? Demon is a myth."
Lux huffed softly like he’d been through this conversation too many times already.
"Fiera," he said patiently. "I told you before, right? I’m Hell’s CFO."
"Yeah but I thought that was billionaire roleplay—"
"I meant it."
And then he closed his eyes.
The atmosphere changed instantly.
Not dramatically at first.
That was the terrifying part.
It was subtle.
The air got heavier.
Warmer.
Like the room itself exhaled.
Fiera felt it against her skin first. A pressure. Not painful. Not threatening. Just... overwhelming. Ancient. Predatory in a way her body understood before her brain did.
Then the horns appeared.
Black.
Elegant.
Sharp enough to look dangerous but curved beautifully backward through his hair like sinful artwork.
Dark wings unfolded slowly behind him, massive and smooth and powerful, shadows shifting over the ceiling as candlelight caught against infernal markings hidden between the feathers.
And then the tail.
It moved lazily behind him with confident amusement, the pointed tip flicking once like it already knew exactly what her reaction would be.
Lux opened his eyes.
They glowed faintly gold for half a second before settling again.
His hands were still resting on her waist.
Warm.
Steady.
Like this was normal for him.
Like revealing impossible truths to mortal women during lingerie parties happened every Tuesday.
"Lux Vaelthorn," he said smoothly. "Son of Greed and Lust."
Then he smiled.
Not fully.
Just enough.
That smirk looked illegal.
Actually illegal.
Like governments should regulate it.
"I’m at your service," he murmured. "Make me your toy. Do what you want. I won’t refuse."
Fiera’s brain went blank.
Actually blank.
No thoughts.
Only panic.
And heat.
And the horrifying realization that somehow...
This made him even hotter.
Which felt spiritually incorrect.
Because yes, the horns were intimidating.
The wings were terrifying.
The tail absolutely did things to her nervous system she did not want to analyze.
But at the same time...
He looked beautiful.
Not human-beautiful.
Not celebrity-beautiful.
No.
This was something worse.
Something designed.
Every movement too smooth. Every expression too precise. Every little shift of posture carrying that dangerous confidence of a creature who understood desire better than mortals ever could.
And yet right now?
He was offering submission.
To her.
Like a devil kneeling willingly.
No wonder the girls looked addicted.
"You’re afraid?" Lux asked softly.
Fiera swallowed.
"A bit."
The honesty slipped out before she could stop it.
His eyes softened slightly.
Not mocking.
Not cruel.
Just watching her carefully.
Like he actually cared whether she was comfortable.
That somehow made things more dangerous.
Because now her heart was involved too.
"But..." she whispered.
His eyebrow lifted.
"I’ll take the chance."
And before her courage disappeared... she pushed him onto the couch.
The girls immediately lost their minds behind her.
Sira clapped once like a proud coach.
Mira made an "OH?" sound loud enough to echo through the room. Naomi covered her smile with her wine glass.
Lux himself just looked up at her with amused approval.
"Oh?" he murmured. "Aggressive. I like that."
Fiera’s pulse jumped violently.
She climbed onto the couch slowly.
Carefully.
One knee beside his thigh.
Then the other.
Lux leaned back willingly beneath her, wings spreading wider behind him over the cushions like dark silk shadows.
"I never seduced an incubus before," she admitted.
His tail curled slowly around her ankle.
"But I guess," she whispered, "I can try."
The room suddenly felt very warm.
Fiera inhaled slowly.
Wine.
Expensive cologne.
And something darker underneath.
Something sinful.
Lux smelled unfairly good.
She placed her hands against his chest first.
Careful.
Testing.
Warm muscle shifted beneath the fabric of his shirt as her fingers slowly slid upward toward the open collar.
His eyes never left her face.
Not her body.
Her face.
That somehow made her more nervous than if he’d stared lower.
"You’re shaking," Lux teased softly.
"You’re a demon."
"Devil."
The girls laughed again.
Fiera rolled her eyes despite blushing and leaned closer.
Close enough to feel his breath.
Close enough to notice the way his pupils widened slightly when her nails dragged slowly down his chest.
Interesting.
So the incubus reacted too.
That gave her confidence.
"Aren’t you supposed to be scary?" she whispered.
"I can be."
"But right now?"
Lux smiled lazily beneath her.
"Right now I’m being bullied by women in lingerie."
"That sounds survivable."
"You’d be surprised."
She laughed despite herself.
And then she kissed him.
Soft at first.
Tentative.
Just testing.
Lux immediately kissed back.
And oh.
That was dangerous.
His lips moved slowly against hers with experienced patience that nearly melted her on contact. No rushing. No desperation. Just smooth confidence. Letting her lead while still somehow controlling the rhythm underneath it.
Her hand slid into his hair instinctively.
Lux made the quietest sound against her mouth.
A low hum.
Barely there.
But she felt it.
And her entire spine tingled.
The girls behind them immediately started making exaggerated noises.
Lux broke the kiss long enough to sigh toward the ceiling.
"I live with demons."
"You ARE demons," Mira pointed out.
"Exactly my point."
