While Shin was taking his well-deserved nap, which ended up lasting much longer than three hours, Lilel seized the opportunity to completely rewrite how the succubus kingdom operated.

At first, Shin had taken most of the work upon himself. Teaching the succubi new skills would have slowed progress considerably, and there were too many urgent problems that needed immediate solutions.

However, the next phase of the plan was different. The kingdom had to become self-sufficient.

For that to happen, the succubi needed three things.

The first was mana. While sexual energy was their preferred source of nourishment, it wasn't their only option. Mana-rich food could partially substitute for it.

Powerful monsters and the crops currently growing in the fields would eventually provide exactly that. Furthermore, even simple meditation techniques could slowly replenish their reserves.

Lilel had already spent several days teaching the Succubus Queen everything she knew about mana management. She fully expected the woman to pass that knowledge on to her subordinates.

The second thing they needed was the ability to fight for themselves. Sooner or later, the kingdom would require more fertilizer, more resources, and more territory. That meant hunting monsters and defending their land.

Fortunately, this was the least concerning problem.

If everything went according to plan, the succubi would soon regain much of their former strength. Once properly trained and supplied with mana, they would become a force far stronger than Shin was at that point.

The third requirement was perhaps the most important of all. They needed a real hierarchy and proper leadership.

The old system simply didn't work.

For centuries, the succubi had existed under the protection of the Demon King's Empire. Most had spent their lives serving higher-ranking demons and receiving everything they needed in return.

There had been little incentive to innovate, improve themselves, or take initiative. They barely understood the concept of meritocracy and lived under a strong but completely ineffective nobility-based hierarchy.

But the Demon King and the world he had created didn't exist anymore.

"You all need to change! The past is gone!" Lilel declared from the throne room.

All the succubi had gathered before her, listening attentively to the little fairy's passionate speech.

Over the following hours, she assigned positions and responsibilities to every capable woman she could find.

More importantly, she introduced something entirely foreign to most of them: accountability.

"Your positions are not permanent," Lilel announced. "If you perform well, you'll keep your role. If you don't, someone else will take your place. The kingdom can't afford useless leaders."

The small fairy spun around the room, making sure all eyes were on her.

"So you'd better give it your best. I don't want to see anyone slacking off."

The fairy's tiny body somehow radiated enough authority to silence the entire room.

After that, she divided everyone into several groups.

The Food Division was responsible for cooking, food storage, and researching ways to maximize the mana content of meals.

The Agriculture Division oversaw the fields, irrigation systems, and future crop expansion. In the future, they would also be responsible for processing the Verdant Leech's body and searching for other sources of fertilizer.

The Construction and Maintenance Division handled repairs, housing projects, road construction, and the upkeep of the castle.

A small Administrative Council was established to coordinate everything. For now, it consisted of only three members: Shin, Lilel, and the Succubus Queen.

Finally, there were the Rangers. Unlike the others, their job lay beyond the walls.

At first, they would focus primarily on exploration, scouting nearby territories, mapping monster habitats, and identifying useful resources. They were forbidden from engaging powerful monsters unless absolutely necessary.

But once Shin was back, the rangers could become much more daring. He also decided to add more tasks for the succubi.

One important job would be dismantling the many creatures Shin and his group of rangers ended up killing. Not just to use them as food, they could also use monster parts to make weapons and other useful items.

The strongest succubi began accompanying Shin whenever he hunted monsters that approached the village.

Among this group of warriors, those with the most talent and aptitude for battle were trained the hardest. They also needed to consume large quantities of monster meat to absorb more mana.

This would help them grow stronger and recover part of their former power. However, just as humans need carbohydrates and proteins, consuming only mana might be enough for survival, but it was not enough for them to evolve.

For this reason, Shin organized shifts. Every night before going to sleep, he would spend time with some of the girls in a rotation that guaranteed everyone received enough sexual energy.

With this, their nourishment was guaranteed, allowing them to gradually grow stronger.

In addition, Shin also established a group of demons specialized in gathering information. They were mostly the fastest succubi, tasked with exploring the surrounding area, finding clues, and warning the kingdom about possible monster attacks in advance.

If everything continued like that, within a month, or perhaps even less, the succubi would become powerful enough to defeat any monster in that hellish place.

Once that happened, they could finally venture farther away from the castle.

Meanwhile, Carolina was far less fortunate than Shin.

Upon entering the Lost Dimension, everyone had been scattered to random locations. Unfortunately for her, Carolina had been sent straight into hell itself.

She found herself in the deepest region of the forest. Danger surrounded her from all sides. The cries of predators echoed through the darkness day and night, while the scent of blood seemed to linger permanently in the air.

Using her powers to determine the safest route for survival, she moved cautiously from one hiding place to another, avoiding battles whenever possible.

When she was forced to fight, she struck quickly and retreated before other monsters could be attracted by the noise. More than once, she spent entire days concealed among dense roots or hidden inside hollow trees, waiting for powerful creatures to leave the area.

But she didn't seem intimidated by the hellish environment. Instead, she continued advancing, relying on her instincts and skills.
