Chapter 229: Devil King Vs Supreme Ruler, Aftermath
The shockwaves released by each explosion, spread through the void of space, destroying galactic boundaries and shattering all the planets and stars within said galaxies.
This was not taking into account the hundreds of thousands of lightyears of distance that was the first explosion’s blast radius.
Both the galaxy cluster, alongside its surrounding clusters that made up this unknown supercluster, including all the lives of the myriads of races that lived within them, were extinguished as the result of this attack showed why it was called the ’Final Calamity’.

An annoyed voice called out as a gigantic multi-coloured barrier of cosmic energy surrounded the entire supercluster and contained the explosion, preventing it from spreading to other superclusters.
A certain point in space, a few light-years away from the barrier cracked open as a ten-meter-tall man wearing full battle armour emerged from within.
He glared at the barrier and shouted out with anger.
|Aspect of Space: Disaster Containment|
The barrier of cosmic energy that surrounded the entire galaxy cluster began shrinking in size. From tens of millions of light-years to millions, then hundreds of thousands, then tens of thousands.
When it reached a radius of five thousand light-years, the barrier stopped reducing in size. Nevertheless, the frown on the armoured man’s face did not fade.
The reason was simple.
’That thing isn’t done exploding!’
Even though the man had used the aspect of space to contain it and compress the explosion, it did not reduce in magnitude like it was supposed to.
’Disaster containment’ was an ability that absorbed the energy of whatever attack or ’disaster’ that was meant to be contained to form a barrier that compressed said disaster into it.
By the time the compression was done, the energy of the target would normally have been depleted, however, the opposite was the case this time.
’It’s increasing in intensity.’
The armoured man narrowed his eyes as he gazed at the compressed orb filled with multiple explosions that were still occurring even as he thought before turning his gaze in another direction.
He looked at the source of the explosion, ...and its intended target.
A man possessing silver hair that had streaks of red, with four pairs of wings sticking out of his back and the aura of the law of destruction that was destroying more of the space around, causing the darkness of the multiverse’s chaotic void to seep into the universe.
His outstretched hand was holding what was left of the neck of the beaten, battered, and bruised body of another being. Eight pairs of broken bones could be seen stretching down his back, a few of them having black- or ash-coloured feathers hanging off some flesh that still surrounded the bones.
The rest of his body was in an even worse state, starting with his head which had a caved-in skull and broken nose, one of his eyes was burnt black and the eyes socket was continuously pouring out black blood.
One of his arms was missing and the other was only half of what it once was. As for his legs, although they were still there, they had been charred black as if someone had over-roasted them over a fire.
This beaten, battered, and bruised being held up by the devil king Lucifer, was none other than Roseborn Vladi, the supreme ruler of the Vladi universal supercluster.

The armoured man spoke in a tone laced with annoyance as he stretched out his hand in the direction of the compressed orb of still exploding destructive energy and muttered to himself.

His declaration became reality as in the next moment, a wormhole that was a dozen thousand light-years in diameter appeared behind the compressed orb and swallowed it before disappearing.
Somewhere in the multiverse’s chaotic void, a similar wormhole appeared and spat out the orb before disappearing once again.
In the next second, the barrier that was containing the explosions became undone and there was a bright flash of light, followed by a shockwave that spread out over thousands of light-years as the power of the ’Final Calamity’ ravaged the area it was expelled into.
Meanwhile, the armoured man who was obviously the master of the universe Lucifer and Roseborn fought in, repeated his earlier words to Lucifer.

Scuffle!!!
An entire galaxy cluster was destroyed, and quintillions of existences died, yet the master of this universe only referred to it as a mere ’scuffle’.
The reason was simple, he knew the full power of the one known as Lucifer Morningstar, and he knew full well that if Lucifer truly let loose, then his universe would be a thing of the past.
And how did he know this?
That was because he was a being in the same realm of existence as Lucifer, and he knew just how much power beings on his level had.
Lucifer turned to the universal master with a raised eyebrow as he called out softly.

Grand Supreme!!!
That was the realm of existence that both Lucifer and this unknown universal master belonged to!
A realm of existence where they could end a universe if they were to go all out in a fight!
Lucifer recovered from his surprise as he looked the universal master over, studying his aura before speaking out.

He turned his gaze over to the half-dead supreme ruler in his hand as he heaved a sigh while retracting his aura of destruction.
He was about to speak to the universal master once more when he heard a mutter that stunned him.

A streak of light shot out of Roseborn’s now deceased body and leapt through the void of space a second before Lucifer’s hastily formed cosmic energy palm could catch up to it.

Lucifer clicked his tongue as Roseborn’s body was suddenly engulfed in black flames and burnt to ashes instantly.
He dusted his hands and turned to the universal master and spoke in a neutral tone.
|As you can see, the reason I came here just escaped, as such, I would be taking my leave now. |
Before the universal master’s brain could formulate a reply, Lucifer had already wrapped his body in cosmic energy and warped off to Alexia’s location.
Left behind, the universal master looked at the space where the galaxy cluster once was and heaved a sigh.

Shaking his head, he moved back into the spatial crack he came out of before it closed behind him, alongside the space destroyed by Lucifer’s destruction aura.
