Chapter 223: She Is My Omega
Third person
Immediately Princess shoved the girl practically threw her off her thighs, the girl hitting the floor with a loud yell as her drink spilled everywhere. Princess didn’t even glance down at the mess, moving fast across the floor until she was standing right in front of her girlfriend.
"This is not what it looks like," Princess said, reaching out, her hands open to show she had nothing to hide, her heart hammering against her ribs as she tried to block Faye’s view of the bar. Faye didn’t even blink, her gaze remaining locked onto the blonde who was still groaning on the floor, before she slowly shifted her eyes up to look at Princess, folding her arms.
"What does it look like, Princess?" Faye asked. Her voice was incredibly quiet, but it had a sharp, dangerous edge that made the hairs on the back of Princess’s neck stand up. She stood perfectly still, her knuckles dug into the sleeves of her shirt as she waited for an answer.
Princess swallowed deeply, searching for the right words to say to Faye... Her throat felt completely dry, her mind racing through everything that had happened since she left school early.
Malo, on the other hand, bent down quickly, picking up Faye’s donut and wrapping around the handle of the paper bag before anyone could step on it. The second he had the box safe in his arms, he took five steps backward into the shadows near the corner booth, keeping his eyes down and opening the box to check the frosting, totally ignoring the heavy drama unfolding right in front of him.
"So this was the reason you skipped school... so you could have lap dances all over you..." Faye said. She tilted her head, her eyes narrowing into tight slits as she looked at the leather chair Princess had just been sitting on.
"No, I had other reasons, but not this..." Princess said, her hands moving in the air as she tried to calm the rising tension.
Before Princess could explain what was happening, the blonde girl wrapped her arms around Princess from behind.
"You are really a strong Alpha... can you push me one more time and make it harder..." she said as her lips touched Princess’s back... Her voice was slurred and loud, her face pressing right into the fabric between Princess’s shoulder blades.
Faye’s eyes glared into something worse than a predator... on their own, her left hand folded tightly as she drew Princess away from the lady and landed a punch on the girl’s face, sending her to the ground....
That punch was enough to knock the alcohol out of the blonde’s system...
She lay there on the floor, her eyes wide with sudden, sober shock as she clutched her bleeding lip, her body shaking all over.
Everyone in the room was now giving them attention. The music seemed to fade into the background as the crowd of women stopped talking, their faces turning pale as they watched the sudden violence. The supposed maid of honor, who was busy kissing Beam, quickly ran to check on the bride-to-be...
When they looked at Faye, who looked heavily pregnant...
"Why is a pregnant lady in a club?" the maid of honor shouted, picking up the bride... She wrapped her arms around Emily’s torso, helping her push up from the sticky floorboards while staring up at Faye with pure outrage.
"Are you okay, Emily?" she asked, checking her face... Emily touched her face, feeling the pain... Her fingers came away with dark red smears of blood, the swelling already starting to puff up around her cheekbone. She glared at Faye...
"How dare you... you filthy bitch!" Emily’s arm shot up, her hand clawed into a weapon as she lunged forward, but Princess stepped into the gap like a solid wall, her tall frame completely shielding Faye from the attack. Emily’s hand froze just inches away from Princess’s chest, her breath catching as she looked into the Alpha’s face.
"You should rethink before you make..." Princess said. Her voice was a low, rumbling warning that vibrated through the floor.
"She laid her hand on me, no one dares lay their hands on me... not some lowlife pup-bearing Omega..." Emily said... She spat the words out, her face twisted in an ugly sneer as she tried to look past Princess’s shoulder to get to Faye.
Faye flinched and was going to react, Princess felt Faye’s fingers dig into her lower back, the moon wolf gene ready to rip the girl to pieces, but Princess stayed firmly in place, her weight anchored to the spot.
Princess smiled, trying to respect the fact that she was a customer in her club. The smile didn’t reach her eyes, it was just a polite mask she forced onto her face to keep the business from burning down completely.
"Well, the Omega happens to be my Omega, so I will advise you to stop saying those words...." Princess said kindly...
The girl stared at Faye from head to toe, giving a judging look... She looked at the simple sneakers, the large dress, and the messy hair, a cruel smirk returning to her lips despite the bleeding jaw.
"They say Alphas do have mistresses for an Omega... but this one needs to be chained and locked up in some basement so she can know her place...."
Emily couldn’t finish her sentence. Princess’s hand shot out like a viper, her fingers wrapping completely around Emily’s throat and lifting her slightly off her heels. The words died in the girl’s throat, replaced by a wet, choking gasp.
Emily looked at Princess, whose eyes were glowing blue... The deep, brilliant color flooded Princess’s irises, the pure Alpha dominance washing over the entire room, making several girls in the crowd drop their glasses in fear.
"No one talks to my girl like that... you are the one who needs to be shackled... you touched what belongs to her... you should be lucky she only punched you... your face still looks beautiful. If you say any more words from that filthy mouth of yours, you will be walking down the aisle with a scarred face..." Princess whispered, her face just inches away from Emily’s terrified eyes.
That threat was enough to make the girl shiver, she had just messed with the wrong Alpha... Her legs went completely weak, her hands clutching at Princess’s wrist as she tried to find air.
Princess let go suddenly, sending Emily stumbling backward into her friend’s arms, both of them coughing and trembling as they backed away from the bar.
With everything that happened today, from Leo’s emotional blackmail to not having the baby shower she wanted, all for some girl who doesn’t know her place to talk to her girlfriend like that... The frustration was boiling over inside Princess’s chest, her shoulders tight as she tried to keep her inner wolf from taking over completely.
The maid of honor threatened Princess, asking for a refund and, without delay, Princess told Beam to refund whatever they paid.
After a while, while the transaction was being handled, Faye walked away, going straight to the bedroom, still having an angry face... She didn’t look back once, her shoes clicking sharply against the floor as she stormed toward the back hallway, the door slamming shut behind her with a loud, resounding boom.
She looked down at the floor, letting out a long, exhausted sigh as she rubbed her temples, already visualizing the hard surface of the nursery room bean bag waiting for her.
Tonight, Princess knew she was getting kicked out of the room again...
