Chapter 526: Overestimating Themselves
"What’s your plan?" Shen Xu asked.
"You father’s storage rings." Zhen Yuan revealed and the double’s eyes widened in surprise.
"Why didn’t I think of that?" He asked.
He and Zhen Yuan had long noticed that the storage rings left in the Mayfly were extraordinary.
Not only was their storage space uncommonly large but they could also hold some invaluable treasures that normally couldn’t be stored in ordinary storage rings.
"Let’s try it." Shen Xu said and Zhen Yuan nodded before speaking.
"We should dig a pool first." He said.
"Where should dig it?" Shen Xu wondered.
They had three options.
The first was on their mountain but thus meant that only he and Zhen Yuan could use the pool since others couldn’t enter the mountain.
Other than the mountain was any place in the rest of the Chaos Flame Space and finally, the portable mountain.
If they dug the pool in the portable mountain, everyone could access the pool but the mountain was outside the space and didn’t have the thirty times time benefit.
As for putting it in the outer area of the Chaos Flame Space, the Dongfang couple, Mo Ling and the triplets wouldn’t be able to access it.
"Let’s put it in the backyard of our bamboo hut." Zhen Yuan decided and Shen Xu raised an eyebrow.
"First, the others are not with us and we don’t need to consider them for the time being." He started and soon continued.
"Second, the boiling blood pool is an exhaustibme resource and we don’t know whether It’s enough for everyone."
"Yang Shi and the others are your contracts but we can’t raise them to uselessness. There are not with us now and should learn to find their own resources." He concluded and Shen Xu nodded.
"You are right." He said and quickly continued.
"We will collect resources for them when we encounter suitable ones but Let’s not go out of our way to find treasures for them." He said and Zhen Yuan agreed.
After deciding, the two entered the space and dug a pool near their bamboo hut.
When that was done, they returned to the pool and collected the water into a storage ring before transferring it to the newly dig pool.
"Let’s dig these stones." Zhen Yuan said, pointing at the golden stones in the now empty boiling blood pool.
"Okay." Shen Xu said.
After that, Zhen Yuan engraved immortal level absolute domain inscriptions on each of them before jumping into the empty pit.
"We have to be quick." Zhen Yuan said and the double nodded.
After all, although Zhen Yuan’s absolute domain inscriptions could protect them for the stones’ high temperature, they had a time limit and wouldn’t last long.
With that, the two began digging and sending the stones into the pool in the space.
However, they underestimated the difficulty of digging the stones.

On this day, the two exited the cave and Shen Xu narrowed his eyes.
"Ayuan, the boiling blood pool must have been here for atleast a million years. Why do you think it was never discovered?" He asked.
After all, monster repelling grass could prevent monsters but what about human and other cultivators?
"I don’t know." Zhen Yuan said but had a thoughtful expression.
"Do you have a guess?" Shen Xu asked and Zhen Yuan nodded.
"It may have something to do with the location of this monster forest. Maybe it’s in a dangerous area." He said and Shen Xu nodded.
"You may be right." He said.
He and Zhen Yuan had been walking for more than three years but jaunt encountered another person.
Most importantly, they encountered hundreds of immortal monsters and demon plants.
Even with their strength, they were forced to escape into the space more than a dozen times.
Considering this, Shen Xu was inclined fo believe that he and Zhen Yuan had somehow ascended to a dangerous area.
’I don’t know whether to say we are lucky or unlucky.’ He thought and sighed.
"Xiaoxu, Let’s collect the monster repelling grass." Zhen Yuan saidnand Shen Xu nodded.
After collecting the grass, the two left the area and continued walking while fighting monsters.
On this day, the two entered the space collapsed on a sofa in their bamboo hut.
"I am exhausted." Shen Xu said.
"Mmh." Zhen Yuan nodded, also feeling like he was at the end of his rope.
"Let’s recovered our strength and then try the boiling blood pool." Shen Xu suggested and Zhen Yuan didn’t refuse.
After recovering for ten space days, the two walked to the boiling blood pool and exchanged a glance.
"Are you ready?" Zhen Yuan asked and the double nodded but soon frowned.
"I have pills but what about you? I am worried about you." The double said and Zhen Yuan sighed.
"There is nothing that can be done. Let’s try the pool first and see what happens." The man said.
"What about the divine monster blood wine?" Shen Xu asked, recalling their other body refining treasure.
"Let’s try one thing at a time." Zhen Yuan said and the double nodded.
After that, the two sat at the edge of the pool and dipped their toes into the water.
Soon after, a pain-filled scream echoed in the space and the hurriedly retracted there toes from the boiling blood pool.
At the same time, Zhen Yuan looked down and saw that his and Shen Xu’s toes had lost their flesh and were nothing but bones.
’We got ahead of ourselves.’ He thought, forcibly suppressing the scream that wanted to tear out of his throat.
Instead, he reached for his partner and pulled him into his arms.
"Take a pill." He urged and the double nodded.
A moment later, a bottle appeared in the double’s hand and with trembling hands, he opened it, revealing ten round pills.
The pills were pain relieving elixirs and without hesitation, Shen Xu swallowed all ten.
Unfortunately, Zhen Yuan didn’t have such luck and could only grit his teeth and forcibly suppress the urge to faint.
