"This..." Emily’s pupils constricted to the size of needles as she saw the huge army equipped with Mechs. Even though she knew an army wearing Mechs would be formidable, seeing it in person was far more shocking. The Mech army before her seemed like an army of iron beasts; the sight was simply too overwhelming.
Even Rina held her breath as she looked at the seemingly endless army.
Victor stepped forward and was very satisfied seeing their shock. He had brought out a force of 10,000 soldiers equipped with the most powerful Mechs he currently possessed. Even he was breathless seeing the army in front of him, and it made him giddy like a child. "Here, this ring contains the Mechs you ordered," Victor said as he casually tossed a spatial ring to Rina. "Edward, I am leaving you in charge of defending the territory in my absence," Victor looked at his loyal butler.
"Don’t worry, Lord Victor. You can rest assured," Edward said with a bow, radiating confidence. His recent promotion to Tier 4 was one of the reasons. If it had been a day ago, he would have been a bit nervous about being left in charge due to the world’s evolution, but now not only was he Tier 4, but the army also had Tier 3 soldiers.
"Good." Victor nodded and then looked at the army.
"Alright, let’s go now," Victor said as his shadow rippled and a Swift Strike Darkness Wolf emerged. He smiled and directly jumped onto its back.
"Victor darling, what’s this?" Amber asked with wide eyes.
"This is my new bloodline. I can create soldiers of darkness. Impressive, isn’t it?" Victor said with a haughty smirk.
"Hmm, it is." Amber’s eyes sparkled as she spoke and then said to Victor with a smile, "Move forward, I also want to sit on it."
"Sure," Victor said as he made some space, and Amber sat on the wolf’s back, pressing her large, soft breasts against him and wrapping her arms around his waist.
Seeing this, the Tier 3 soldiers did not react much as they already knew about the relationship between the two, and if nothing went wrong, she would become the future Baroness. Only Rina felt a bit envious and sour for some reason, though she did not realize it herself.
"Alright, move out everyone," Victor said as the Mechs roared to life and began their march.

Sixteen hours later, on a road about ten kilometers from the Hall Duchy, Victor and his army were moving at a steady speed in a southerly direction.
"How much farther?" Victor looked at Rina and Emily, who were riding their own beasts. Hearing Victor’s question, Rina replied, "Still about an hour."
Victor nodded and looked at his army. There were no signs of fatigue as they remained inside the Mechs.
They were traveling at about thirty to forty kilometers per hour, and even then the Mechs could easily keep up. No one was tired since they were all Awakeners. If they had been ordinary people, quite a few would have already fallen sick.

Boom!
Suddenly Victor’s expression changed slightly, and without warning, a Mech exploded in a cloud of fire, killing the soldier inside in the process. The army traveling behind immediately came to a halt.
"Who would have expected I would see these disgusting creatures here?" Victor said with a look of disgust.
"Kii kikiki..."
A strange sound, similar to a person’s laughter yet also resembling the screeching noise of two metal plates grinding against each other, echoed from between the trees.
Swoosh! Swoosh! Swoosh! Swoosh!...
Following the sound of the howling wind, a dozen arrows shot out from the shadows of the forest. Victor immediately raised his hand and manipulated gravity to stop the arrows in midair.
Approximately five feet tall, with a huge belly, thick fat-covered arms, sharp pointed ears, a massive nose, bulging yellow eyes, and jagged protruding teeth, the creature carried a huge white bone in one hand. It was completely naked except for a brown rag loincloth that covered the lower half of its body.
"Hobgoblins..." Victor said with disgust as he looked bloated ugly green creatures in front of him.
