A few months later.
A large flying ship cruised through the clouds, cutting through the occasional waves of winter’s chilling air.
Even in the Immortal Cultivation World, the seasons around the world changed at the same time despite the Second Great Mortal World being so impossibly huge. Though the change in seasons didn’t matter much to Immortal Cultivators, of course.
At this moment, at the front of the flying shop stood Yan Jingfei and Jian Qi, enjoying the view before them while also feeling the winter air. Moments like these reminded them that they were mortals and had still not reached the status of the Immortal Gods, despite having come so far in their journey.
At the same time, in the cabin at the center of the flying ship, Tian Yongheng’s clone sat in a meditative position, though it was obviously not cultivating as it literally couldn’t, but observing the surrounding thousands of miles with his Divine Sense.
At this moment, he slowly opened his eyes and stood up, walking out of the cabin, his hands resting on his back.
His Divine Sense finally caught a glimpse of land after more than two months of traveling through the ocean and seeing nothing but islands that came into his vision occasionally.
They had finally arrived at the Central Continent.
Despite being a clone, Tian Yongheng’s main body had full control of it, and he couldn’t help but have mixed feelings about the Central Continent.
This was a place he once dreamed of going to before regaining his past life memories back at the Tian Family estate in Jiangnan. It had been more than 600 years since then.
600 years, this time period was the same as the late middle ages to the age of intelligence on earth. How many things had undergone huge changes in just 600 years?
Even in the cultivation world, this time period was enough for multiple mortal dynasties and even some third rate factions to fall and new ones to rise.
Time swept away all past grievances, and all that remained was an empty husk of what used to be.
But Tian Yongheng’s grievances had yet to fade away. Even when he was grateful that he could regain his past life memories and obtain the system due to that incident, making him able to walk the path to immortality, he could still never forgive the Great Tian Immortal Family and the Great Qin Immortal Family for what they did.
If he did, then this grievance would surely become a Heart Demon that would hinder his cultivation in the future. He did not want to leave any regrets behind.

Today was the day he officially stepped into the Central Continent for the first time, the place where his greatest enemies of this life are at.
There’s a high chance I might bump into them, and even higher chance that my identity as someone who carries the blood of the Tian Family gets revealed, the fact that I’m a remnant of the Jiangnan Tian Family makes it even worse. But honestly, do I care about any of that?
It doesn’t matter anymore. They won’t dare to do anything in the presence of Kunlun. If they did, then they must be prepared of the consequences beforehand.
From this journey, I can also gather information about the situation of the major factions to make sure no one gets in my way when I really come to the Central Continent with a single intention, which is to eradicate the Tian Family and the Qin Family.
As he thought of this, Tian Yongheng suddenly came to a realization.
Is this...too cruel?
Perhaps, it is. But it was cruel as well when they destroyed my whole life before my very eyes.
My actions aren’t justified, nor do I want them to be. They’re purely based on the hatred I hold for those high and mighty Human Immortals of the Great Families hiding behind the scenes.
I don’t care if those in the Upper Realm get alerted because of this. If they intervene, then they will die as well. If I can’t even take revenge for my parents because of such reasons, then these past hundreds of years of cultivation would simply not be worth it.
Suddenly, he looked up at the horizon, his gaze seeming to penetrate the heavens above and see beyond the Mortal World.
Though I do wonder, will the Immortal Gods of the Tian Family descend down just because of this?
Lowering his gaze, he shook his head, turning his attention back to the Central Continent which lay before him, also the very first place where he’ll step in the outside world after the Qingyun Dao Conference.
Now is not the right time to think about such things. I need to remain as collected as possible throughout this entire trip. The destination this time isn’t an ordinary one, but the greatest power in not just the Mortal World or the Lower Realm but possibly the entire Upper Realm.
"Master, is there something bothering you?"
At this point, Yan Jingfei’s voice came from behind, causing Tian Yongheng to turn around.
He saw Yan Jingfei standing behind him, looking slightly concerned.
Both she and Lu Qingfeng were aware of Tian Yongheng’s current life situation because of that time when he accepted Jian Qi as a disciple and met Tian Hai in the Heavenly Constellation City right after the end of the Qingyun Dao Conference.
Thus, Yan Jingfei knew how great the enemies of her master really were, and couldn’t help but ask him about his well being after seeing him gazing towards the Central Continent in a trance like state.
"It’s nothing. I was just lost in thought for a moment."
Tian Yongheng shook his head as he calmly explained to Yan Jingfei.
"If you have anything you want to do here in the Central Continent, then you can go off on your own. I doubt the younger generation is required to stay in Kunlun, and it’ll all be the talk between the leading figures of the righteous path."
He said after a moment, placing a hand on his chin.
The reason why he told Yan Jingfei this was because he knew that as a regressed individual, Yan Jingfei would surely know a lot of things about the Central Continent, specially since he also knew the fact that the inheritance in her past life was obtained from the Central Continent.
She could go and get the inheritance while he would deal with the situation of Kunlun. That way, she won’t have to head out again for cultivation resources until she reached the Half Immortal Realm at least.
Her cultivation speed and Providence may also increase drastically due to the inheritance, so he would have another person to rely on to run errands and defend the Eternal Peak.
Hearing his words, Yan Jingfei was stunned for a moment before she realized the meaning behind them and quickly nodded.
Jian Qi, on the other hand, didn’t pay attention to this exchange at all as he was busy admiring the Central Continent. Just the Spirit Qi in the Central Continent was dozens of times more dense compared to the Eastern Continent, so the different kind of natural creations here were also much more grand compared to any other Continent.
In all honesty, the Central Continent was probably the most beautiful place in the Second Great Mortal World, a place which could really be considered as the true Immortal Cultivation World.
Tian Yongheng wondered how things would have gone if he was born as the heir of a major faction in the Central Continent rather than his current life. However, he quickly discarded that thought.
He probably wouldn’t even survive 10 years if he was really born as the heir of a major faction, specially in the Central Continent where the most major factions were situated. It would have been mainly because of his lack of Connate Providences and talents, since he really didn’t possess any before getting the system, and the system in turn rewarded him with multiple supreme Connate Providences.
Or did I actually possess one? Because a lightning strike struck me, I was able to unlocl my Five-Elemental Divine Spiritual Physique, which in turn was the condition to activate the system.
Doesn’t that mean that I inherently possessed the Five-Elemental Divine Spiritual Physique?
Now thinking hard, many questions popped up in his mind, which he finally chose to suppress for now and focus on the situation at hand.
"We’ve already entered the Central Continent, it’s only a matter of another month at most till we reach the Heavenly Region. Remember what my main body told you and don’t act rashly."
Tian Yongheng said, as Yan Jingfei and Jian Qi both nodded at his words.
...
Meanwhile, Central Continent, Heavenly Region.
Kunlun Divine Mountain.
Tenth Summit.
The Saint Master of Kunlun, also known as The Nine Extremities Sword Celestial, Tian Yun, suddenly opened his eyes, a frown appearing between his brows.
"What is this...bloodline disturbance..?"
