The Retrospection Rune is the most ’broken’ of all the Runes. It can rewind time in an area by one second, providing a chance to reverse time.
The Substitution Rune forcibly swaps positions with a target.

An on-the-spot resurrection has its advantages and disadvantages. The resurrection from Supreme Sanctuary happens where the seed is stored, which is like reviving in a designated safe zone.
But there is an unavoidable drawback: if the Skill Origin is sealed—for example, after the Active Wormhole killed the Creation Celestial Pillar and swallowed its origin—then there’s a chance the Skill Origin will be lost upon resurrection.

As for the Touch of Extreme Evil, its power only grows when Shi Ming personally kills a Sea Beast; absorbing a Holy Hall Origin does not increase the power of the Extremely Evil Sanctuary.
