Chapter 237: I Do Not Know How to Sing! A New Home in Long Island City, Multiple Blasts

Caelus then roughly told her the details of who Freya was and how he found her.

"Thing?" Caelus’s lips twitched, and he shook his head. "Of course not. We are going to give her back to the Alisson Colgemorte Group. Or else we are in trouble."
"By the way, Sylvia, do you have a place to live?" He hated to ask, but living in the dorm was no longer viable. Now that he had found Sylvia, he could not sleep without hugging her. He changed the subject.
"But the word on the street is that you have an apartment here."
"That belonged to my sponsor," Sylvia spoke suddenly. "They took it away once I terminated the contract with them."
"What? Why?!" Caelus was stunned.
"I do not know how to sing," Sylvia replied helplessly.
"Oh, right." Caelus did not know whether to laugh or cry.
Right. The setting she had dictated that she could sing, but the Sylvia he knew could at best hum a few lyrics. What was the Origin Network thinking, assigning her a role like this?
"Then, do we really have to go back to your mom’s house?" Caelus was hesitant. He was not shameless enough to do anything at his mother-in-law’s house.

Since she terminated the contract, it probably meant she did not have much on her.

"Let’s go out and look for an apartment."

Right now, the apartment was sparse. Aside from a few chairs, a bed they just bought from a nearby furniture store, a table, and a sofa, there was nothing else. It would take a while. But he would slowly fill the place up.
Sylvia also ordered a refrigerator that would arrive soon. They took a quick bath together, with Sylvia coming out licking her lips and winking at Caelus.
