Alm and Bruno felt the tension within the Eraser hammer’s structure. They’d only recently built this weapon, using the best materials they could find. The power they wanted to channel through it was way beyond what they’d expected, but they thought it could handle it—yet here they were, surprised by its limits.

’Master,’ Liumi’s voice echoed urgently, ’this is happening because the hammer doesn’t have a spirit to control it. Without a soul that’s perfectly linked to its power, control will never be complete.’

Alm and Bruno sighed. The hammer was soul-less because the Law of Shadow Duality was embedded in it—a law only they could wield. But since they weren’t truly connected to the weapon, using it was like trying to control someone else’s body; they’d never achieve total control. (Chapter 750)

The hammer’s material could hold up for what they needed, but just barely, and only if they managed to completely master its capacity.

’Vorion, Fides!’ Liumi called out without hesitation. ’Master, the Dao of Immortal Armament lets us connect a bit with other weapons. The three of us can help!’

Five seconds.

Alm and Bruno didn’t have time to hesitate. The three joined them, merging their souls with the hammer. Alm and Bruno focused solely on controlling the Law, while Liumi, Vorion, and Fides used all their skill to stabilize the hammer’s structure.

Two seconds.

Suddenly, the hammer steadied. But Alm and Bruno grew worried as they saw the others’ souls beginning to fragment from the extreme strain.

’We can hold it, Master! Go ahead!’ Liumi said with fierce determination, though it was clear they were all close to their limit.

They clenched their fists and resumed channeling every bit of power into the hammer. Then, with a roar, they shouted:

"Let’s go!"

The Nine-Star Tree took a deep breath; its entire immortal body pulsed, transforming into particles of green energy. Its entire cultivation and physical form were destroyed without any chance of return.

In that instant, Alm and Bruno’s Celestial state dissolved, and the seal protecting the micro-universe broke down. A blinding golden light flooded everything around them.

Their sacred soul light faded, but they weren’t ordinary souls anymore; they were just out of strength. With a single glance, anyone would feel an instinctive submission toward them.

The Nine-Star Tree nodded, forming an ethereal root that took the shape of a celestial spear.

"Break it!" Alm and Bruno roared, launching their attack with all they had.

*BOOM!*

With a devastating blow from the hammer, time, space, and even reality itself seemed to shatter.

The ethereal root followed, channeling almost all of the immortal body’s energy into a single strike. They were the spear’s tip.

Outside, the Heroes had taken position, waiting for the micro-universe’s seal to weaken so they could invade. This space existed within a sealed area the size of a planet, located in the Queen’s universe, under the control of the Nine-Star Tree Sect.

Billions of Heroes surrounded it, blocking every exit. As the seal broke, they raised their weapons in excitement:

"ATTACK!!"

*RUMBLE!*

Suddenly, the Queen’s universe shook, and all the heavenly laws vibrated. A celestial spear in the form of a root pierced through the barrier, tearing open space and escaping straight toward the underworld.

"Oh?" A pair of golden eyes sparkled, watching the scene with surprise for a brief moment. "Follow them."

Instantly, every Hero felt their heroic power multiply. Their minds blanked, their souls and lives burning without hesitation. They transformed into machines, obsessed with order and the mission at hand.

Without a single word, they pierced through the spatial breach, heading straight for the underworld.

When Alm, Bruno, and the Nine-Star Tree arrived in the void of the underworld, it took less than a second for all the surrounding Yin to be flooded by a blinding golden light, as if a thousand suns had exploded at once.

’There!’ the tree roared, sensing a distant connection. Immediately, they shot toward that point at full speed.

Meanwhile, Alm and Bruno felt the Law of Faith from their universe. They sighed in relief, knowing Behemoth’s soul still sealed the area. They had set a maximum time of five thousand years, in Queen’s universe time.

For this mission, twenty-two thousand years had passed. They weren’t sure how much time had flowed in the Queen’s universe; they could only hope it hadn’t been as long.

"KILL!"

Frenzied shouts echoed behind them. As the tree had mentioned before, their speed and strength started dropping fast, heavily suppressed. A sea of thousands of Heroes was already less than ten meters away, ready to strike.

Alm and Bruno turned around, opened their inventory, and pulled out an object. "Goodbye, my baby. You’ve been useful from start to finish."

They tossed the remaining bones of the Primordial Bone Dragon. They had killed the Heroes fighting against it before its destruction. When they collected the planets from that location, they brought back what was left of it, nearly shattered.

*BOOM!*

An apocalyptic explosion pushed the Heroes back. It was less than 3% of the remaining bones, but they were still the bones of a Primordial Beast. While they weren’t enough to stop the Heroes now, they did slow them down for a second.

The explosion created a gap of hundreds of meters. Alm and Bruno could already feel their universe drawing near. It was a black hole where even light couldn’t escape, but unlike the others, it was covered and protected by a layer of celestial energy.

Behemoth’s consciousness had already sensed them and, obviously, wouldn’t stop them. At that moment, a small opening formed for them to enter.

Alm and Bruno felt an immense pressure and looked back. The scene was bloody: two-thirds of the Heroes had completely sacrificed themselves, burning everything they had to transfer their power to others.

Those who received this power clearly couldn’t handle it, and their bodies started to tear apart. But they could withstand a bit and use it.

The suppression intensified, and the Nine-Star Tree’s speed was drastically reduced, as if it were trying to wade through a thick, sticky swamp.

’We won’t make it,’ the tree said, stunned. ’They’re going to catch us.’

Alm and Bruno countered, ’Keep going. They can’t stop us so easily; they’ll just join us.’

The elder’s eyes widened, but he had no choice. He obeyed and focused on moving forward. They were two seconds from their destination, but it felt like an eternity.

One second later, the Heroes were once again just ten meters away. Golden blades approached dangerously with deadly momentum.

"GO!" the tree roared with all its might.

*Crack!*

They entered the universe, but hundreds of Heroes managed to slip in at the same time. Immediately after they entered, everything sealed up, preventing the remaining Heroes from getting through.

The Nine-Star Tree felt surprised by that little universe. To anyone outside, it might seem mediocre and low-level. However, an absurd amount of chaos law filled the space.

It was so much that it felt like a newly formed universe, still in the process of being built. The density was not less than what existed in the micro-universe they had come from.

There was only one sun in the universe, not very big, with a few planets slowly orbiting around it. The laws there were, at most, average. Everything was very simple, but just by sensing the place, there was a feeling of something hidden.

They stood still in space, and the Nine-Star Tree turned around. All its power had been burned away, and now there was nothing left. Behind them, a golden sun shone, and hundreds of Heroes stared at them coldly; their eyes showed no signs of life—they were acting like complete slaves.

The tree felt anxious, but a sinister laugh interrupted its thoughts.

It turned in confusion to Alm and Bruno, who had separated again into two opposing entities. Their laughs were synchronized, and their words echoed:

"Welcome."

Suddenly, all the golden power trembled. Black lines spread like spider webs, corrupting the gold.

The Nine-Star Tree looked on in complete astonishment at a distant point. There, it saw a shadow surrounded by darkness, moving slowly.

As it focused on the figure’s face, an oppressive feeling washed over it, and a wicked smile, identical to Alm and Bruno’s, was etched on that face.

"I’m too busy to deal with visitors. But since you’ve come, you’ll have a bit of fun." The voices of Alm, Bruno, and the distant shadow resonated in perfect sync.

Soon after, the shadow waved. All the laws of that universe distorted as if they were sharp needles. They pierced in every direction, advancing toward the Heroes.

They widened their eyes and roared, using everything they had, but they were up against the power of an immortal cultivator. Their bodies were all pierced, and their souls invaded.

Alm and Bruno kept a fragment of their souls in their old bodies. They weren’t fully connected to it anymore, but with a fragment of their souls, they could easily control all the power.

It was about 60% of the original power, but still the power of an immortal cultivator, while the Heroes were no more than mere ants. For some reason, perhaps out of arrogance, the Queen hadn’t sent her immortals. Alm and Bruno speculated there had to be a reason for that. However, this choice worked in their favor.

Screams of pain echoed. "Pain is a release. You have ceased to exist, but at least you’ve stopped being its slaves."

The voice, heavy with sarcasm and malice, rang out as the screams of agony continued. They spoke the truth: destroying the souls was the only way to completely break the Queen’s control.

In just a few minutes, it was all over. The unwanted visit was no more in that place.
