The whale and the two women were far from the planet, but they could clearly feel the agitation and chaos coming from the beasts living there. A golden power covered half of the planet, emanating an oppressive impression just by being observed.
"Let’s go, this will last for at most a month, then it will slowly recede to five hundred meters," said the whale emotionlessly.
The two women activated their mental power to the maximum and helped cover the whale. In the palm of their hands, a Yin tattoo pulsed, and its power merged with their mental power. Alm replicated the same method that Rehvka and Ruri developed together using the array. It was an extremely efficient concealment; the cultivators on the planet were agitated and fearful of these sudden changes. Their focus was on the golden power, not on what came from above; it was perfect for them to invade unnoticed.
The trio moved slowly together, then Bruno thought, ’Everything is going very well. Let’s get in and out...’
’Quiet! Don’t jinx it,’ Alm cut in sharply. ’We sense no danger, and we’ve done everything perfectly. Not even the Heaven’s Will can stop us now.’
Bruno listened and widened his eyes intensely; Alm managed to curse them even more efficiently than he did. Now he was sure something would go wrong, so he began to reflect on everything to find something he might have overlooked.
But contrary to expectations, they easily entered the atmosphere of the planet. As they descended through the skies, Bruno confirmed that no one had died from their previous actions. The region expanded rapidly, but the weaker cultivators quickly fled.
Then, the whale explained through the array to Ruri what that place was. Ruri nodded in understanding, and anticipating her master’s movements, she quickly grabbed Kaiyka’s hand before they entered the golden zone. The two used the power of the hero’s rune, and Ruri used her soul to help protect her; to do this, she had to invade her body, and Ruri definitely wouldn’t allow her master to do that.
Contrary to what anyone would imagine, even though Kaiyka had divine cultivation and a much higher realm, Ruri’s soul was three times stronger, and she could help her. The only difference was that Kaiyka had divine fragments in her soul, but with both of them using the power of an Empyrean and helping each other, that region couldn’t suppress them.
Alm and Bruno felt no danger; quickly, the trio landed on the ground, and everything inside was covered by a golden mist. No one could see anything, but the whale easily guided them. They thought about moving quickly, but as they approached the center of the place, Alm and Bruno felt something unique that made them walk slowly.
An infinite amount of soul power was destroyed in this place with that power. Some remnants of soul power were felt by them. It was something closer to a feeling than a remnant. But they who possessed a divine soul were probably the only ones capable of feeling this.
Their minds seemed to light up with something new. They had studied those laws of chaos they had recently gained for a long time, but had borne no fruit. The laws of chaos were unique; all the laws and energies of the universe emerged from it, chaos was the beginning of everything, and everything originated from it. Soul power was no different, and now they had gained some new insights.
It took them three hours to reach the place. Then, the whale stopped and turned to Kaiyka. They were so close to the center of the place that, due to the density of power, they could practically see with their senses ahead.
To say that that power was terrifying seemed like an understatement; Kaiyka couldn’t control her body and trembled slightly without explanation. Inside her, something seemed to stir like a call; her mind was confused and full of doubts, what was she feeling?
"Go alone; you will know everything afterward," the whale said softly to Kaiyka. "Your grandmother was not completely annihilated. A part of her is still alive... within you. Your inheritance is hidden there, and you will feel her approach."
Kaiyka heard that surprised, but had no reason to hesitate. She took a trembling step forward, then slowly followed with the two behind her watching.
When she was very close, her steps suddenly stopped. Suddenly, Alm, Bruno, and Ruri clearly felt the celestial laws stir. It was as if the world was splitting apart, and a deity had opened its eyes.
A colorless but clearly felt aura began to pulsate around Kaiyka. The whale nodded, and the divine soul began to restore itself, then turned to Ruri.
"She’ll take a little while. Let’s seize the opportunity; I’ll transfer part of the hero’s power from this place to you," said the whale softly. Then they looked deeply into Ruri’s eyes.
"Take advantage and feel the will left here. The hero wished for annihilation, and with his will, the laws helped him create this phenomenon. Your will is the key to everything; Qi and laws are just tools for that, you command. The limitations and rules imposed by celestial laws are chains that bind you; don’t accept that, or you’ll never get very far."
"Yes, master," Ruri replied seriously. Then she sat down, closing her eyes completely focused.
Alm and Bruno had been aware of her own Dao’s evolution for some time now. Past Ruri had only created the embryo of the Dao she used with celestial karma. The Dao was just that; there was no goal or clear function. Current Ruri had to evolve it, giving it meaning and direction. Her own Dao was the union of all experiences. She could only rely on herself.
With Coltia’s help in improving the beastly world, Ruri had a bold idea. She used her experiences creating and manipulating the Yin and Yang world that came from the Behemoth seal runes. And to Alm and Bruno’s surprise, she merged her beastly world with the runes. Then, she managed to use the Seven-Color Supreme Runes from the Dao of the Formation God. Adding her spatial manipulation, something new emerged and the beastly world manifested in the outer world.
Space manipulation, beastly world, Seven-Color Supreme Rune; they were all Ruri’s abilities used together. Then she felt that she could add her mental power and the manifestation of an Empyrean. All of this using her own Dao as a base and fuel.
The problem was... this was impossible in theory. There was a limit to everything, and it was impossible to stack and merge multiple techniques and laws. Each thing had its own runes and they worked independently; making so many different things work together was like using Yin and Yang in perfect harmony. Only by being above the conventional was this possible.
That’s why the whale clearly told her that the only way was to be ready to break any imposed limit. That was being a deity; something that was above all else, and dictated its own rules.
The whale activated its tattoos to the maximum. The hero’s golden power meant nothing to them without the hero around. They completely dominated a third of everything, so they sent it to Ruri through the array.
Her hero rune lit up like a star. That was the secret of Ruri having awakened a manifestation so early: First, her rune had been active for a long time, and she had practiced for many years. Second, when they met Corin in the Heaven Realm, at various times, the whale gave all the heroic power it could to Ruri.
These two factors made her manifestation naturally arise. Now, with a considerable amount of that power being absorbed, something inside her rune became more and more solid... until the sound of something breaking echoed.
The whale clearly saw everything happen. The rune on Ruri’s forehead pulsed and shattered before its eyes. Then, just like their internal runes that shattered and were reborn, Ruri’s hero rune slowly reconstructed itself. Gradually, that evolved into something completely new; a new level of Empyrean emerged, and not even the family members would have knowledge of this.

Suddenly, Alm and Bruno heard a frantic sound. They looked at Ruri and heard her heart beating like a drum; then, a rare smile of genuine joy appeared on the whale’s face.
’With the evolution of the rune and her manifestation now practically complete, she must have seen a clear path. Great, she gained a lot on this trip; now it’s our turn to try to gain something,’ Alm analyzed lightly, before the whale sat down on the ground.
Kaiyka would take some time to complete the rebirth of her soul. Soon, Alm and Bruno focused completely on using their divine souls and reflecting on what they felt upon arrival.
One day passed... one week... three weeks...
Only then did Alm and Bruno feel a clear change in the chaos seed inside the inventory. They had acquired level 3 of the Devouring God Spatial Technique some time ago, but had never been able to understand where that technique should go. (Chapter 387)
At level two, that small spatial world could maintain some vitality of things, keeping them alive for a short time within. But at the higher level, a spiritual power had to be fused into space. They had never been good at that, but now, feeling the dense spiritual power in the place, they fully understood the way. But... their Devouring God Spatial Technique was no longer the original technique.
So, even understanding it, they couldn’t put it into practice the way it was intended by the Chaos Dragon. Alm and Bruno lamented; even understanding the level, the system wouldn’t give them the next one; they created another different technique, and the original technique became just a guide for them.
After some time, they finally succeeded. The chaos seed and the entire inventory began to change.
At the same time, Ruri was already by their side with her eyes open, watching Kaiyka. It had been some time since she had finished her meditation; she seemed confident in her own Dao now, but theory and practice were different. She had to put it to the test.
Amidst all this, the whale opened its eyes. They felt a change in the environment and removed their senses from the inventory. Everyone turned to Kaiyka attentively; the aura around her stabilized, then everything flowed into her. She took a deep breath and opened her eyes.
The woman looked around a bit dazed, then slowly turned towards Ruri and the whale. For a few seconds, she seemed confused, and her memories seemed to be falling into place. The entire life of the current Kaiyka was like an old movie she was remembering, so the old memories were merging with everything, creating chaos within her.
Alm and Bruno waited silently until she mentally stabilized. After a few minutes, the message appeared in front of them.
[Congratulations, Optional Mission completed!]
[Do you want to receive rewards?] [Yes / No]
With the system confirmation, they breathed a sigh of relief. A new missionary had been successfully revived; now there were three active Heaven’s Will missionaries.
"Kaiyka? Are you feeling unwell?" Ruri was the first to speak, looking at her concerned. This woman had become a very close friend.
Feeling Ruri’s concern, Kaiyka nodded and smiled slightly. "I’m much better now." Then, she turned to the whale. "Thank you. The Heaven’s Will was right that you would come. It showed me everything clearly, but..."
Alm and Bruno felt something instinctively and narrowed their eyes. Kaiyka nodded gently; suddenly, a soul power surged like a divine storm. The golden rune on her forehead lit up like a star. Suddenly, like a black hole, it began to suck all the golden power, the will, everything that existed there.
Bruno intervened. "Wait..."
In the middle of his words, he stopped. He saw on Kaiyka’s face a smirk of someone who knew exactly what she was doing. She did it exactly to implicate them.
It took a few seconds, and everything happened so fast that there was no time for any reaction. The soul power, vast as an ocean, subdued everything, and Kaiyka absorbed it.
All that golden region that covered almost half of the planet was gone...
The three stood there, alone and unprotected. In the midst of a divine planet guarded by a divine sect. In the epicenter of everything, where an immense disturbance shook the whole place.
It didn’t take half a second... thousands of divine auras, to which none of the three would have any chance of resisting, turned against them.
A deadly pressure fell upon their heads. Alm and Bruno immediately radiated immense fury, looking at that woman. They had saved her, but she had decided to stab them, knowing this would happen.
