The trio’s vision began to clear, revealing a solar system with few rocky planets and a much smaller sun than the one that illuminated the Pristine planet. The moment all the spatial distortion disappeared, an impact of the laws and the Qi of the divine world hit them.

Even though it was a small sun, its Yang and Fire laws were at a dense and terrifying level. The Qi in space pressed on them as if they were at the bottom of the sea. Kaiyka, who had been to the divine world before, briefly closed her eyes, breaking out in a cold sweat for a few seconds. When she steadied herself, she looked at the whale and Ruri beside her; both were completely calm and without any discomfort.

"Feeling better?" Ruri asked gently, turning to Kaiyka. "This place is a bit different from the other one I visited; that one was much wilder and more oppressive. Here feels like a calm river, while the other was a sea in the midst of a storm."

Ruri was referring to the divine planet of the demonic sect, which she visited with Rehvka and her master recently. The whale beside her spoke lightly.

"This is the outskirts of the divine world. The Qi here is only one-third of the innermost region. It’s not worth it for divine cultivators to live here and build sects. Ascendant cultivators, on the other hand, need the help of sects to rise, so it’s common to leave the peripheral region uninhabited. This is beneficial for everyone, with nature taking care, many treasures can naturally arise. But, of course, to ensure this is respected, sects patrol the region to prevent invasions and thefts."

Ruri listened attentively and responded. "Hmm... so our target, the Deep Forest planet where the Wild Roar sect is located, is the one monitoring these nearby wild planets. Master..."

"Yes, they are our contractors and our gateway to the sect. Since we’re going to do something dangerous, we’ll make sure the risks are worth it. This sect helped kill Kaiyka’s grandparents; we don’t need to have any mercy in robbing them." The whale said as if it were obvious, looking at a nearby average-sized planet.

Ruri smiled excitedly and said, "Alchemists are respected in any sect. Excellent, I’ll put them under my dominion, then we’ll slowly corrupt all the key figures."

The whale just remained silent, while Ruri exuded a mischievous smile. Kaiyka watched the two of them and their exchanges, feeling like she was witnessing two evil cultivators plotting their dark deeds. Both understood each other and reflected on the safest and most advantageous route for a large-scale theft.

The three moved slowly toward the planet. When they were very close to the atmosphere, the whale stopped and spoke to Ruri. "I won’t go along. Introduce yourselves for the job and follow the script; you two are beautiful women, they’ll quickly let their guard down with just the two of you. Dominate their minds at the first opportunity. Meanwhile, I’ll look for the treasures."

Ruri nodded, and Kaiyka listened dazedly. The whole planet was being monitored by divine cultivators from the sect. How did he intend to... She stopped her thoughts when she saw a violet mental power flow into the whale, then saw a dark glow in his fist. In a second, even though he was right in front of her eyes, she couldn’t sense his presence at all.

The whale simply moved to the dark side of the planet and slowly invaded as if he didn’t exist. The two stood there.

"Let’s go, this is your first job as my assistant. Your mental power is inferior, but your charm isn’t. I’m already committed, so I’m counting on you to seduce them." Ruri said softly, grabbing her hand and pulling her toward the planet.

Kaiyka heard that and panicked completely. The two walked straight into the place without hiding their auras. As soon as they entered the atmosphere, dozens of auras of divine cultivators locked onto them.

Ruri stopped beside Kaiyka; it didn’t take long for several beastly auras to emerge around her. The Wild Roar sect was completely focused on divine and demonic beasts, as expected. After a few seconds, two human figures in red clothes appeared on the horizon. The warm aura and the scholar’s physique made it clear that they were alchemists.

Alchemy was a technical job that required extensive study, effort, and little action. It was extremely rare to find a beast studying alchemy. Humans, being born naturally weak, were almost always the only race that pursued alchemy and other obscure jobs.

Of course, there were the dwarves, who specialized in forging and construction. Elves, on occasion, also studied alchemy and other disciplines. There were always exceptions and races with abilities that favored different fields.

Each race had its advantages; beasts were physically superior, demons had mastery over Yin, etc. Humans, on the other hand, were born weak, defenseless, and took more than a decade to start cultivating properly. But their main and almost only advantage was their creativity and unpredictability. Humans constantly invent new things.

Alchemy, formations, strange techniques like beast taming, etc... all of these were initially created by humans. Few races could learn or wanted to study these things afterward. So, if there were alchemists in a beast sect or any other race, it was certain that they would be human hybrids.

The two women presented themselves gracefully to everyone. Kaiyka maintained a cold expression, while Ruri remained impassive. Everyone around was in the Heavenly Saint Realm, the ninth level of cultivation and the third of the divine realms.

Both felt the gazes of the two alchemists on them; they were two young, beautiful, and seemingly weak women. The observers stared at them as if they had discovered a great treasure, but little did they know who the true prey was there.

At the same time, Alm and Bruno landed on the planet’s surface. All divine planets had owners and were guarded. Using Ruri’s mental power and his Yin, they could sneak in, but the danger and risks of doing something like that were immense and not worth it. Any divine cultivator in the higher realms could easily sense them, and a wild planet was always heavily guarded.

But this was a perfect situation; the two women would attract attention upon arrival. Meanwhile, they landed and would not move to avoid the risk of being detected. While they acted to try to dominate the minds of the alchemists, they would negotiate, speaking with the true owner of the place; obviously Gaia.

Inside an underground cave, they activated Gaia’s blessing and waited. Each Gaia they interacted with increased their rune’s blessing. Since this would be the sixth one they would contact, Gaia could clearly sense the power of the other five and the primal presence of the behemoth in the whale. This Gaia would hardly ignore the whale... but he did.

One hour... twelve hours... a day. There was no reaction from him.

Bruno sighed heavily and spoke. ’A Gaia from an ascending planet already has a fairly advanced intelligence. It’s impossible for this one from the divine world not to be intelligent. Something’s wrong... he may be in trouble.’

’Let’s invade the planet’s core with the power of the behemoth and investigate; he shouldn’t be able to stop us.’ Alm spoke dryly.

Bruno agreed; for other people, it might be reckless to invade Gaia without knowing what was going on, but the two relied on their danger instincts. If something were to go wrong by doing this, they would feel discomfort immediately. This was an innate power of the two, almost like a premonition. Both imagined this was related to their divine soul.

Far away, in the middle of the wild forest, two alchemists in human form were kneeling on the ground with empty expressions. Violet lines pulsed in their eyes as Ruri stared at them coldly, as if she would rip their heads off at any moment.

"Lucky for you two that you didn’t try to touch me..." Ruri spat dryly, then turned to the woman beside her. "Good job, Kaiyka. Men are simpler than you imagine, I’m used to dealing with them all the time. If you don’t act like someone who can take care of herself, they’ll want to do it for you, even against your will."

Kaiyka had a cold face but gave the two kneeling men a deadly look. She looked at Ruri and nodded, sighing; despite everything, this was a new experience for her. In the family, all women were respected because they couldn’t have very close relationships without higher authorization. But she and everyone knew what some men did on the ascending planet whenever they had the chance.

Kaiyka hardly ever left the family and was very little harassed in life. Ruri simply told her to seal a good portion of her power and pretend to be weak. It didn’t take even a day for one of them to try to touch her, pretending it was an accident. But long before he could, Ruri used this opening to slyly dominate them.

In that moment, the two women and the entire planet felt a disturbance in the laws; the epicenter was something below the earth. Ruri sensed the origin through the array and nodded in understanding. Meanwhile, all the divine cultivators on the planet felt it coming from beneath the ground and didn’t imagine it was an invader; they clearly knew something was hidden there.

It took a few seconds, then everything stopped as if it had never happened. Underground, the whale opened his eyes quickly.

’That... yes, it’s a stellar formation. A very well-made and stealthy one.’ Bruno said lightly, then smiled excitedly. ’A very interesting find... we struck gold.’
