Chapter 475: Chapter 475: Saying I Love You From This Moment On (75)

"So what?" Mika snorted, tilting her head back dismissively.

"Looks like you have no choice but to sleep with me tonight," Tristan Grayson said, raising an eyebrow smugly as he scooped Mika Summers into his arms and headed out the door.

Once they were out of the room, Mika struggled out of Tristan’s arms. She reached over to close the door to Kiki’s room, then spun around to glare at Tristan. "No way! I’m sleeping in the study." And with that, she bolted for the study.

Tristan reached out and yanked her firmly into his arms.

Mika froze, then started desperately shoving and hitting Tristan.

’That bastard. How dare he try to take advantage of me at a time like this.’

"Tristan, you—you’re going back on your word! We had an agreement! Before we get married, you can’t..."

But Tristan wasn’t about to listen. He just grabbed her and pulled her toward the bedroom.

Mika’s face flushed as she struggled. "Tristan, you bastard! You’re going back on your word!" ’That jerk. How could he break his promise and lie to me again.’

"Yeah, I’m going back on my word." ’When it comes to my own wife, who cares about playing fair?’

’If he didn’t play dirty now, he wouldn’t be a fucking man.’

Once they were in the room, with a few swift movements, Tristan pushed...

Blushing furiously, she quickly dove under the covers, pulling the blanket up to hide half her face. But the eyes peeking out were fixed... intently... on Tristan... watching him.

Tristan, of course, noticed her staring. A devilish smirk touched his lips as he slowly walked toward her.

When he reached her side, he yanked the blanket down. Gazing at her flushed face, he leaned in and gave her a kiss. "You... little... perv. Had your fill yet?"

Mika’s brows furrowed in displeasure. "I wasn’t looking at you. Stop being so conceited."

"I’m all yours. You can look at me however you want," Tristan said slowly, suppressing a laugh with a devilish charm. "But, if you don’t want to look, then I’ll never let you look again."

At first, Mika raised an eyebrow smugly. But when she heard the second part of his sentence, her face immediately fell. She looked up and said angrily, "If I can’t look, who are you going to let look?!"

"I’ll let whoever calls me ’hubby’ look."

Hearing that, Mika shot upright and pointed at Tristan, shouting, "Tristan Grayson, how can you be so easy!" ’Letting someone look at him for something so simple!’

Tristan raised an eyebrow smugly. "Well, you’re the one who won’t call me ’hubby’."

"We’re not even married! ’Hubby’ my ass!"

Tristan rubbed his nose awkwardly. "We will be soon."

"But we aren’t now!"

"We’ll go get our license tomorrow! Let’s see if you’ll call me it then!"

"No way. It’s not that easy to trick me into getting a marriage license."

’I haven’t even properly enjoyed the dating phase yet. I don’t want to end it so easily and be saddled with the "married woman" label.’

’Besides, that bastard Tristan hasn’t even said a single word of confession to me to this day...’

’I’d have to be an idiot to go get a marriage license with Tristan!’

Tristan lifted the covers and slid into bed beside her. Turning on his side to face her, his handsome brows furrowed as he said with a hint of displeasure, "Honey, we’re about to get engaged and we’ll be married soon after. It’s time to get the license."

"Tristan Grayson, if you want me to get a license with you, don’t you think you should make some kind of gesture?" Mika asked, raising an eyebrow, her voice cold and tinged with anger.
