Chapter 496: Heavenly Star Sect
After going through his wildest experience so far in his entire life, Khal teleported back to his planet with Hale’s assistance as there was nothing else he could do to help.
As for checking out the starships within the Fifth Realm that he had discussed with Hale previously, it didn’t happen as according to him the Realm Cruisers destroyed all of them, seemingly to get rid of any evidence.
"Where did you go? I was waiting for you here for an entire day, you know? I started to get anxious, thinking you have died!" Sofiel, like a little girl, threw a tantrum once Khal finally showed up before her, her expression looking both relieved and angry.
"I’m sorry, things got a little bit... complex." Khal showed a bittersweet smile.
"Whatever. What really matters is that you are safe and alive, and I can finally resume cultivating." Sofiel stated, but just as she was ready to sit down Khal stopped him.
"Before that, I need you to check on a few individuals with your Blessing."
"What?"
"Just follow me and you will understand," Khal said and brought Sofiel to the second planet which was filled with nothing but floating islands.
"Use your Blessing and examine them." Khal pointed at the group of cultivators sitting on a large island, each seemingly attempting to form their True Domain.
Sofiel nodded her head and activated her Blessing which immediately caused her iris to turn beautiful gold in color.
"So? Any of them?" Khal asked after five full minutes of silence, but Sofiel just shook her head.
"I see. Well, we only have to keep searching." Khal stated without any hint of disappointment and glanced at the silver pillar in the distance.

Six days have passed since the end of the clash between Hale and the Realm Cruisers and under those days Khal has spent the majority of his time challenging others through the Celestial Pillars, killing each of his enemies without showing any mercy.
Naturally, there were occasions when he had to fight more than one cultivator at the same time as they used their Loyal Followers’ help, but even with more cultivators, they stood no chance.
With his newly acquired Artifact Cores, no matter how many attempted to kill him or what type of Domain they tried to use, Khal ended all his battles in mere seconds without giving his enemies any chance to put up a fight.
He didn’t even have to use his True Domain, that’s how overpowered his current strength was with the Artifact Cores in his possession.
Sitting on the balcony of a large and majestic building that had the appearance of a wooden palace, Khal sat in a lotus position with his right elbow resting on his right thigh and his head on his right palm while he examined a small item in his left hand.
The item was a small cube with only its edges physically tangible and its interior being completely hollow. The cube also had a gentle green color with edges given a form that represented that of a thorny rose stem.
"Master Khal, you have been staring at that treasure for hours now. Did you perhaps figure out its use?"
A female cultivator hailing from a race known as Blood Fangs, whose appearance was rather similar to vampires from movies from Khal’s past life, stood in the middle of the garden with her hands behind her slim back.
Her name was Alta, a pale beauty with a slender body, long ink-black hair, and eyes as crimson as rubies! There were even two sharp fangs visible coming out from her cherry lips, giving her the appearance of a seductive vampire.
Khal stopped spinning the cube in his hand upon hearing Alta’s words, who obviously was one of his many Loyal Followers, and nodded his head.
"Yes, I indeed did find how we should be able to use this treasure." Khal straightened his posture as he looked with a calm gaze at the cube which, in reality, was obtained by him in a Realm Dungeon about two days ago explored alone.
And while he was satisfied that he could obtain the treasure kept within the Realm Dungeon, he was also disappointed because the creatures residing within posed no threat to him at all.
Not even the Thunder Mantis which was also an Alpha with a terrifying Domain where everything could be sliced up in seconds was strong enough to make him break a sweat, which was a great disappointment to him.
’Well... Looking at the bright side of it, at least I was able to acquire that Thunder Mantis’ Beast Core and obtain another powerful Power Core.’ Khal sighed as he stood up and directed his attention back at Alta, "Go and gather everyone. I want to see if what I have figured out will really work or not."
"As you wish, Sect Master." Alta bowed and quickly left the garden which had nothing within but a large tree with pink petals on it.
[How does it feel to have your very own Sect? I am pretty sure it feels good to be worshipped by thousands and followed with deep trust and admiration, right?]
Khal just shook his head as he began to walk, not knowing how he should respond to what Nova just asked.
Although he still could hardly believe it, it seemed after challenging more than several thousands of Celestial Pillars in the past six days the number of his Loyal Followers increased so much that it definitely surpassed the five digits!
Furthermore, after the fourth day, his Loyal Followers after seeing his overwhelming power and strength decided to worship him with the deepest respect which gradually led him to become the leader, the head of more than 10,000 cultivators!
The Sect Master of the newly formed sect known as the Heavenly Star Sect represented limitless and bright potential together with absolute power!
Of course, the sect was in a very rudimentary phase where nothing, not even rules was carved in stone, but because almost all the cultivators had been a part of a sect during their lives knew how to behave and what to do and what not to do.
As for events where others decided to start a fight with each other just out of sheer annoyance or steal from one another because of greed, all of these were taken care of by Khal himself by either crippling the one that dared to start the mess or simply decided to kill them on the spot.
On the other hand, for those cultivators that contributed to the growth of the sect in any way, Khal made sure to reward them greatly with the massive amount of wealth he has accumulated since he departed from the Moon Sect back in the Second Realm!
