Chapter 473: Arrogant Question
Inside the separate space on tha massive platform, all the Supreme Existences stared at the floating orb in the sky, their faces holding nothing but utter disbelief and shock.
In the past, they heard from Hale just what kind of individual the human really was, but then they hardly believed it and decided to wait until they could see it with their own eyes.
This was especially true for the Lord of the Fifth Realm, Pilrzrod, as he had considered himself the second most talented individual among all the existing cultivators throughout all the Realms, naturally the first was Hale.
However, after witnessing how Khal mastered the Divine Soul Sutra in less than 10 years and how he literally soared through the Fourth Realm as if he just took a stroll in a park, he could hardly contain himself not going on a rampage right then and there!
"Haha! This kid... He is truly something else!" swinging his small legs in excitement, Daire laughed with joy but it was obvious from his sharp eyes he too felt shocked after the numerous events he just witnessed.
"This makes no sense. How can he possess so many Blessing? No, more importantly, how does he has so much Body Essence? Having numerous abilities is one thing but using them continuously is an entirely different story!" Iara mumbled quietly, visibly trying to think of answers to her questions.
The same went for the others, except for Hale. The Emperor of the Seven Realms just smiled calmly while his eye flashed with numerous emotions as his gaze watched Khal’s figure before the Celestial Realm Beast.
In contrast to all the Lords around him, he was well aware of how could Khal possess so many powerful abilities and how he had so many essence reserves despite an ordinary cultivator could not possess that much!
No, let alone ordinary cultivators not even a top-notch cultivator around the Sixth Realm much less in the Fifth and Fourth Realm had as massive essence reserves as Khal had at this very moment!
In reality, it was not an exaggeration to say that Khal, only being a cultivator between the Fourth and Fifth Realm, contained just as much Body Essence as the Lords of each Realm!
Naturally, this did not include Hale because he was in a whole another league when it came to one’s Body Essence!
Let’s say, if at the moment one would try and compare Khal’s possessed Body Essence with Hale’s, it would be akin to comparing a bucket of water with an entire ocean!
The two were simply heaven and earth apart with no room for any discussion!
"Do guys think he will be able to complete Ragh’s challenge?" suddenly, Selenia, the always quiet beauty spoke up which naturally attracted much attention from all the Realm Lords on the platform.
Of course, it was needless to say that Ragh was the Celestial Realm Beast, which also was one of Hale’s precious and most loyal pets which, according to rumors, followed after him since the very day he has been born!
"He will, without question." suddenly, the one who was the least expected to speak spoke.
"Lord Hale, you have no faith in your own pet?" Iara asked, confused.
"That is not how I meant what I have just said." Hale shook his head gently before continuing, "It’s not like I don’t have faith in Ragh, it’s just that he stands no chance against Khal."
Stands no chance at all? How so?
All the Supreme Existence looked confused and lost for words, but they didn’t have to wait for a long time to see Khal finally move.
On top of the Floating Coleoseum, Khal slowly approached the Celestial Realm Beast which at the same time slowly descended from the sky.
Then, just as he was a single meter away from the beast which made him look like an ant before a towering giant, he raised his head and watched as each head of Ragh looked down at him from above.
"So I only have to punch your shell and cause it to crack a little? If I do that then it means I have passed?" Khal asked a second later.
"That is correct." Ragh nodded all fice of his head as a reply.
"And what if I want her to pass this test together with me?" pointing at Sofiel in the far distance behind him, Khal decided to ask.
The Celestial Realm Beast directed one of its heads toward Sofiel’s figure before shifting its gaze back at Khal, "If you can either create two cracks on my shell or a single one with a diameter of one meter, I will consider it as her pass."
"Two cracks or a single one with a diameter of a meter?" Khal mumbled as he examined the black shell on Ragh’s back before a small upward curve formed at the corner of his mouth.
[No, just don’t even think ab-]
"And what if I happen to crack the whole shell instead?"
[Sigh...]
The Celestial Realm Beast was shocked at first by the question but not even two seconds later a thunderous laugh broke out of him, shaking the entirety of the floating platform and visibly twisting the space around it.
Sofiel even had to use her strongest defensive technique to save herself from death while Khal was forced to raise his hand and activate one of his Power Cores to enhance his defense around his body.
"Hahahahahahahaha!"
Ragh kept laughing like a maniac who heard the greatest joke in his life and only after he calmed down did he stare at Khal and say, "Arrogant brat! You should have woken up an eon earlier to ask that question from me!"
Khal, however, remained unfazed, remaining motionless as he waited for an answer from the giant beast.
The Celestial Realm Beast sneered coldly seeing this behavior of Khal before saying, "Sure, as you wish. If you can crack my whole shell with a single punch, I will stop following Lord Hale and without hesitation become your loyal follower!"
"Good the-"
"However!" Ragh stopped Khal from talking and as he let his almost suffocating presence leak out of his colossal body he lowered all his heads extremely close to Khal and said, "But if you fail to crack my shell, I will swallow you and your little friend over there and digest both of you alive, not caring whether Lord Hale took a liking to you or not!"
