Chapter 460: Ascension; Reaching the Fourth Realm!(1)
"This makes no sense! How did he achive Supreme Mastery Level in such a short amount of time!?" crying out with disbelief, the Lords of the Fifth Realm ignored how blood oozed out his mouth and nose and stared with wide eyes at the floating orb in the sky.
And it was not only him, but all the other Supreme Existences too, including Hale who despite seeing a lot and experiencing many now was truly dumbstruck after many decades!
On top of the great mountain which had its peak split thanks to a single punch, the air was troubled by powerful shockwaves while the space seemed to be on the verge of collapse for unknown reasons.
’Control it... Just keep your focus and control it! Push it back no matter what it takes!’
Sitting in a lotus position and with his eyes closed, Khal clenched his teeth firmly as thick, bean-sized sweat began to flow down his forehead one after another.
After comprehending the words present in the Divine Soul Sutra for another two years, allowing his soul to become even firmer than before and to gain more knowledge about his soul and the things he could do with it, he finally an accomplished to reach the Peak Mastery Level!
At that time, he felt that with another two or perhaps three years, he will be able to gain complete mastery over the scroll in his hands, but things didn’t turn out that way.
After reaching the Peak Mastery Level suddenly the bracelet on his wrist which until now did not react at all activated on its own and something in his body broke, forcing insane amount of energy to explode from within his body!
Khal didn’t know why or how it started, the only thing he knew was that if he now fails to gain control over this weird and wild energy that not only was causing havoc within his body, to his soul to be more specific, but also around him, consequences he didn’t wish to see nor experience will happen without a single doubt!
Hence, as a result, Khal decided to activate some of his Power Cores to assist in surpassing the vicious energy, but to his great shock, he failed to do so!
’Fuck this! Why can’t I activate my powers now?!’ Khal cursed in his heart.
It seemed whenever he wanted to connect his thoughts to his bracelet and activate his abilities, the weird energy would disturb his wish and keep his Power Cores inactive!
’So you want to play like this, huh? Alright then, as you wish!’ Khal sneered in his heart, but although his life was in current danger and his body was in immense pain, his face except for clenched teeth was as calm as a pond of water.
Quickly seeping his consciousness into his Soul World which over the years has changed tremendously, Khal used a massive amount of his essence to create a small gap that could channel and direct the wild energy from within his body right into the Soul World!
"What the-, Hey! What is the meaning of this? Why did a black hole all of a sudden appear in the sky?" lying under a tree’s shade just at the shore of a small lake, Neo shouted with a somewhat annoyed voice as he grabbed the sunglass on his head and lifted it gently.
However, not even a second after he did a powerful shockwave exploded out from the black hole which had the size of a basketball court, sweeping into every corner of the Soul World and literally obliterating everything within its path!
"You... You must be fucking kidding m-" Neo stared at the chaos in front of him with slacked jaws, but even before he had the chance to finish his sentence the shockwave reached him and crashed into him like a bullet train!
"Don’t worry, I will take you to safety right away." with a calm voice Khal summoned an open gate behind the flying figure of Neo and once he passed through it he closed its doors in a flash.
That gate was the passageway between the Soul Prison and the Soul World which he finally could easily control after gaining Intermediate Mastery Level over his Divine Soul Sutra.
As for the black hole, after reaching Advanced Mastery Level Khal learned how to create a small connection between his body and soul in a way where he could transfer anything from within his body such as curses targeting his soul or spiritual attacks into his Soul World to avoid getting his already insanely firm soul accidentally damaged.
And as the wild energy within his body mainly came from his soul, it was not a problem at all to direct it into his Soul World in exchange for a "little" amount of essence.
On the other hand, pushing things from his Soul World into the real world, unfortunately, was an impossible objective to achieve, or at least it was for the time being.
After creating the pathway within his body, the wild energy quickly began to surge into his Soul World like a tidal wave while in the real world slowly everything started to become normal.
’It worked!’ Khal was satisfied to see that his plan worked but when he saw how the little kingdom Neo has built through hard work got destroyed, guilt shortly filled his heart.
The small village consisting of numerous buildings broke down and shattered into chunks, the various flowers he planted got shredded into pieces, the stone roads he built cracked and split while the water within the lake was blown into the air, leaving behind nothing but a deep pit which was dug by Neo through months!
Just like that, several years of hard work got destroyed in just under a few seconds!
’Well, I am pretty sure he will understand it. If not, I will just have to use my essence and help him reconstruct everything.’ Khal sighed in his heart as he watched how the wild energy even within his Soul World started to finally calm down.
