Chapter 459: Peak & Supreme Mastery Level!
Every Supreme Existence shifted their gaze at the Lord of the Fifth Realm, each of their gazes holding either pity, ridicule, or disgust within that they didn’t care to hide at all.
"Hmph... Think whatever you all want, what I said is the truth." Pilzrod sneered once again and when he finally succeeded in plucking out the meat from between his teeth which ended up getting thrown back into his mouth, he summoned another piece of pork chop and started to eat once again.
"This guy... I swear one day I will kill him." hissing quietly through her clenched teeth, l before taking a deep breath to calm her slowly raising blood pressure, Iara looked toward Hale’s direction to see his reaction.
However, just as she thought, Hale completely ignored Pilzrod’s arrogance and instead stared at Khal’s figure on the huge floating orb with a face that at the moment was void of any emotion, unknown what he was thinking.
"Lord Hale, now I can say this with certainty that the human will more likely will master the Divine Soul Sutra." after pondering for a few minutes Iara decided to speak her mind and quickly added, "Moreover, considering how fast he was progressing, he will definitely reach the Peak Mastery Level in two years and the Supreme Mastery Level in three or even earlier!"
"Bullshit!" spitting the chewed meat before his feet with dissatisfaction, Pilzrod broke the bone in his hand into powder, and with visible bulging veins on his neck and temple he stated, "When I have ascended into the Third Realm, I have chosen one of the most difficult paths one could ever choose and I needed a little over a decade to reach Supreme Mastery Level!"
Then, as if thinking about something ridiculous the Lord of the Fifth Realm sneered coldly and asked, "Woman, do you really believe that mortal is better than me, than the all of us? Do you really wish to tell me, all of us, that one of the most terrifying Forbidden Sutras that until now no one was able to learn now all of a sudden will be comprehended in just under a single decade?"
The faces of all the Lords present changed, and while it was obvious they didn’t like Pilzrod for many reasons it was an undeniable fact that they too thought it was ridiculous that one of the deadliest Forbidden Sutras will be learned in less than a decade.
"It seems you have become tired of living, huh? Good, I will give you a favor and kill you right this instant." an ice-cold and insanely scary grin formed on Iara’s face while slowly purple bolts of lightning akin to snakes started to swirl around her petite body, threatening to strike anyone in any given moment!
Pilzrod eyes narrowed and his gaze got filled with deep killing intent, but just as he could have moved an inch or said a single word, a pressure that was akin to thousand mountains descended onto the platform from above targeting not only him but all the Realm Lords present.
BOOOOOM!!
"I will not repeat myself for the third time. If any of you dares to cause a ruckus before my presence I will kill that individual without hesitation." Hale’s cold voice resounded not only on the massive platform but throughout the whole world, causing even space to tremble to the point where it was not an overestimation to say it was on the verge of collapse!
"We... We apologize... Bleargh!" while his body was flattened into the platform’s surface, Pilzrod tried to speak but unfortunately the only result he gained from it was a mouthful of blood that quickly was coughed up.
The same happened with the other Lords too, but the amount of blood they coughed up was less as they didn’t try to speak but simply tried to fend and resist against the immense weight on their bodies.
Watching how each of the Supreme Existences that possessed powers to rule over an entire Realm struggled on the ground like ants, Hale closed his eyes and took a deep breath.
Whoosh!
In a flash, the pressure that weighed down on the six Supreme Existence vanished into thin air, allowing the six Lords to finally breathe in a mouthful of fresh air and sigh with relief.
"Damn... I thought you will kill us there... Haha..." laughing weakly as he struggled to sit back onto the silver throne, Daire looked toward Hale’s direction and wiped the blood away from the corner of his mouth.
Hearing Daire’s voice Hale opened his eyes and shook his head. However, just a second after he did, another explosion resounded in the air but this time it came from the floating orb in the middle.
"It seems two years have passed already... He achieved Peak Mastery Level." sitting back on the silver throne in an elegant way while wiping the blood away from her face and clothes with a soft handkerchief, Selenia looked at Khal’s figure in the sky.
Of course, from the way her eyes flashed coldly it was obvious she felt angry because of what happened just a few seconds ago, and if one could guess at this moment she wished nothing more but to go up to Pilzrod and shred him into pieces.
"Time really does fly fast here... Heh-, cough... Cough... Damn, I think some of my organs had been damaged..." Daire mumbled quietly as he coughed a few times and watched how blood flowed out of his mouth from time to time.
Hale sighed helplessly when he saw this and gently waved his arm, quickly creating a silver sphere around Daire’s figure that started to heal his body while doing the same with Nefia, Selenia, and Kemuel.
As for Pilzrod and Iara, he did not help them in their recovery. This way at least they will be able to learn not to start a quarrel before his presence or else there will be grave consequences!
"L-Lord Hale... The mortal..."
"Hm?" Hale upon hearing Kemuel’s surprised voice raised his head toward the orb but it was not long before his eyes widened too from shock.
"This... But it hasn’t even been a m-" Selenia wished to say something when she realized what was happening but her sentence was cut as the loud sound of a great explosion filled the whole world around her and the other Supreme Existences!
