Chapter 224: Breaking The Silence

’Who is that?’ Dhruv thought as he looked at the man who was entering the room. The man appeared to be in his thirties with messy hair and blood all over his clothes.

Before Dhruv could guess something, Navi, the head of crafters, opened his mouth, "My lord, he is Zola, a magic weapon-smith... He has done it." Navi informed with a smile on his face.

’Done it... What?’ Dhruv was confused, but only for a few seconds.

"Done it... Like a magic weapon?" Dhruv asked with a surprised face.

Navi was about to open his mouth, but Zola moved a step forward and muttered, "Yes, my lord, this is a magic staff. I used a tier 2 core and some of that wooden-infused tree. The Cosmos has recognized it as well. I even got exp and coins for crafting it."

’Wow, that’s great news... We have taken another step forward.’ Thinking this, he looked at Zola and asked a few questions.

"So, how efficient is this? I mean how much spell would be strengthened" Dhruv asked as he looked at the staff in his hand.

"Why not check it yourself, my lord." Saying these words, Zola handed over the staff to Dhruv. 𝚏𝐫𝚎𝗲𝕨𝐞𝐛𝕟𝚘𝐯𝚎𝗹.𝕔𝐨𝗺

Nodding, Dhruv picked up the staff and tried to read its description. Being an item below the rank of special, all the information showed up in front of him.

After reading the description of the item, Dhruv immediately loved it.

’15% increase in damage on top of providing +5 levels in Magic power, there is a second enchantment as well. In the rare case, the user could remove the layer of skin from the core and directly overcharge his last attack. An increase of 100% in that as well.’ Dhruv thought as a smile appeared on his face.

"Very good, impressive... You can’t imagine what you have done here." Dhruv praised the messy man in front of him.

"Thank you, my lord. This isn’t just all. I even got a reward of 10,000 CC from Cosmos and a massive number of coins. With the exp, I’ve reached my maximum level. I can finally evolve to tier 3," Zola informed with a smile on his face.

"You can evolve, Grec give him 200K CC to invest in his stat," Dhruv muttered as he looked at Grec.

Grec was about to open his mouth to say, ’Why me.’ but stopped as he noticed the stare of his eldest brother. Alaric was directly staring at this poor goblin’s soul.

The green goblin could clearly understand the meaning of this stare. It was conveying that ’Don’t you dare to disagree with Master’s order.’ Coughing, he looked at Dhruv and replied, "Of course, my lord, here..."

Saying these words, he touched Zola’s hand and transferred 200K CC.

"Zola, do you want to attend the meeting?" Dhruv asked.

"Sorry, my lord, but I would love to evolve as soon as possible and get back to my work," Zola answered without having a second thought.

"As you wish," Dhruv respected his choice and let the man go out of the room. Looking at the disappearing image of the crafter, Dhruv started the meeting.

"I have made a slight change to the team members who were supposed to go into the spider dungeon," Dhruv addressed as he looked at Thala.

"What are those, my lord?" Thala asked.

"Instead of Azarex, Alaric will go with you," Dhruv answered with a smile on his face.

"But... master..." Azarex was about to say something when Dhruv opened his mouth once again.

"Azarex, you will accompany me in the Crystallce Dungeon. There aren’t that many days left, so I’ve decided to raid the Crystallce dungeon as soon as possible. Does anyone have a problem with this?" Dhruv asked as he looked toward the Death lord.

"No, Master..." Azarex answered as he looked in Alaric’s direction. Seeing the smile on his brother’s face, a smile appeared on his own.

"So none of you have any problems. That is good..." Saying this, Dhruv began to explain who was going to accompany Alaric on this expedition.

The next attack on the spider dungeon is going to be the last. And that’s why Alaric, Vexar, and Grec are going in. For the next few minutes, everyone began to work on a plan that would help them tackle the dungeon as smoothly as possible.

"...is that right? Stockpile numerous potions before entering the dungeon. Thala, you should get the Staff Zola has just created." Dhruv explained his plan to the rest of the leaders.

Everyone nodded and understood what tasks they were supposed to do. This was the same with Lyra as well, who hadn’t received any orders this time. She knew very well what she had to do.

After conversing for a few more minutes, Dhruv opened his mouth, "So let’s end this meeting here..."

Hearing this, everyone began to get ready to leave the room. Imitating everybody, Azarex stood up from his chair to leave as well.

"Azarex, wait for me..." Dhruv muttered as he looked at him.

Nodding his head, Azarex began to wait for others to leave them alone. When everyone was gone from the room, he looked at his master and began to wait.

"Azarex, I’m sorry for how you have felt. I would never hate any of you, no matter the reason. It’s... it’s just I’m very good at forgetting things." Dhruv muttered as he looked into the eyes of his second guardian.

"....." Azarex was silent, not knowing how to proceed or answer his master. The best thing he felt to do at this moment was to be silent, so he did.

"I guess you aren’t in the mood to talk today," Dhruv whispers as he looks at the undead in front of him.

"Thank you, Master." From out of nowhere, Azarex thanks his lord.

"..." Now it was Dhruv’s turn to become silent.

Suddenly, an awkward silence enveloped the room. It didn’t last long as the sound of someone chuckling penetrated the eerie silence.

Hahaha!!..

Hahaha!!..

The misunderstanding went away as both Master and his Guardian laughed to their hearts’ content.
