Chapter 412: Chapter 412: New Spell

However that was a mistake, the panther was smster than he had expected. It used the momentum of his pull to speed up.

All he saw was a black blur then three massive gashes appeared on his side. The panther still managed to break through his scales.

But Ved wasn’t angry or saddened by that, this was a creation realm beast and it only managed to inflict minor wounds on him.

Of course that was because it was a speed type but still, it was an entire realm above him.

He spun around and punched. " Mighty Fist of Death." He used dragon magic. Ved figured out how to use his laws.

Just combine them with his dragon magic, his fist cut through the air leaving a greyish trail behind.

The trees and grass for thousands of kilometres withered and died almost installed leaving the place barren.

The panther casually dodged his fist and landed on his arm. The arm was larger than the panther by far.

It ran up his arm faster than he could react and by time he did it already in front of his face.

He opened his mouth to bite it but bit nothing but empty air. Blood flew through the air.

Ved gritted his teeth, the panther had just ripped one of his eyes out leaving three long bloody gashes on his face.

He flapped his wings and tried to retreat but it was still much faster than he was. It climbed to his back and started biting.

Its bite force was incredibly powerful and managed to bite through his scales. He twisted rapidly trying to shake it off.

But it had dug its claws into his back and held on. White lightning flickered on his body then exploded like a storm.

Bolts of white lightning as thick as a grown man flew in every direction like spears. Hundreds of thousands of kilometres were ripped to shreds by the lightning.

The panther had a low defence, even though it was an entire realm above him, it didn’t dare underestimate his lightning.

It disappeared and appeared from the shadows to attack him but the lightning surrounding his body made it hard.

Ved opened his mouth and fired a beam of pure white energy. The air screamed and boiled as the dragon breath pierced through it like a spear.

The panther dodged again and lunged at him. " Dragon creation magic: Might of unbreakable cage."

A giant cage constructed of a metal Ved did not even know appeared around the panther and trapped it.

The panther slashed the cage with its claws but they bounced off creating sparks that ignited the air.

Ved had found a rhythm for his dragon magic, it wasn’t perfect but as long as he included a law in his spell, that law will be infused into the spell.

In this spell he used the creation law as well as the might law making the cage incredibly hard.

However he had underestimated the panther, just as he was about to attack, the panther disappeared.

It reappeared from the shadows and created giant shadows to bind him. He struggled to break free but that would take time.

Then he felt the laws churn and the world went dark. Even his soul sense didn’t work anymore.

His hearing and sense of smell also didn’t work. He was completely cut off from the real world.

Ved fired his lightning discharge once more but it was as if he was stabbing wood into thick mud.

The lightning bolts disappeared as ud sinking into the abyss. The next second he felt tremendous pain on his side.

He gritted his teeth and tried to fly away, perhaps he can put of this place which he assumed was a domain.

What Ved didn’t know was that there was no domain. This was the panther’s innate art, it was a power equal to a law art.

The ability merely took away all his other senses in exchange for increasing his pain sensitivity.

Each attack now felt like he was being stabbed a thousand times over. Anglomesh wondered if he should interfere then chose against it.

Ved kept getting beated around with no way to resist, even he couldn’t fight very well without his senses.

He kept firing his attacks all over the place in hopes of hitting the panther with at least one of them.

Unfortunately for him, the panther was too smart to be hit by attacks of that level. So Ved prepared the only attack he believed might work.

He started creating a spell in his head, to make it work he would need to make it very precise.

During all that he was forced to accept the beating from the panther. Fortunately for him, his law avatar was up.

His regeneration, law of life and law avatar, his wounds closed almost as soon as they formed.

The panther lacked the attack power to actually take him down and he lacked the speed to hit it.

This made it nearly impossible for either party to take out the other but for Ved, that simply because of his prime laws.

The law of shadows was a primary law, even though the panther’s comprehension was far above his.

His law barrier formed of two supreme laws significantly lowered the damage caused by the panther.

Plus those supreme laws easily removed the remnant shadows law on his wounds making it easier to heal.

This was frustrating for the panther as well, it couldn’t understand why it couldn’t kill this weakling.

Every other enemy it had met at the level of this one died only after a few attacks from it but this one just refused to die.

Time passed and they had been fighting for nearly an entire day and Ved wad exhausted beyond measure, he could barely float.

His ignition had ended long ago bringing with it the backslash of using the ability. He had grown much weaker.

As such, wounds started accumulating on his body. He was covered in his own blood and massive claw marks.

However he was done, it took him nearly an entire day but his spell was finally completed.

He felt all of his mana being drawn out to the spell "By the might of my creation I hereby command your destruction."

There was silence, then a shift in the air and a wooden gavel appeared. Bang, the gavel hit the air like a drum.
