Chapter 812: Making Women Stand Up (II)

She swallowed the words that she wanted to say to Meng Suisui and asked curiously, "Suisui, what do you want to do now? How are you going to teach these women how to fight for their rights?" She really wanted to know what Meng Suisui had prepared for these women.

"I haven’t thought about it yet, but I will go back and write something down." Meng Suisui was really ambitious. When they tried to fight for it, the police actually stated that the matter was a domestic dispute and they could not do anything. A good woman was gone like that, and the case was not even registered.

He knew that it was because his uncle was a university professor and had all kinds of connections; if not, he could not have escaped abroad. Though the two of them were young, Meng Qibao had a feeling that his sister remembered what happened to their aunt, and Meng Anzhi’s actions only solidified her resolve. In the past, if their aunt had fought back then, nothing would have happened to her but their aunt was too weak.

She did not divorce her husband, nor did she fight back, resulting in her death, and now Meng Anzhi was the same. Her thoughts were moulded by her father, who continued to harp about how women were nothing good; look at her, she was willing to serve a thousand men like a little whore instead of standing on her own feet. She was a rather bad combination of her mother’s weak character and her father’s shitty ideals.

When Bai Meiyue heard the things that Meng Qibao told her, she did not know what to say at that very moment. She pursed her lips and pressed the space between her brows. It seemed like Meng Suisui was not doing this out of spite. There was something else that was driving her to make such a mess. She pursed her lips and said, "I see. Then I can only hope that these women will not let your sister down." Though Meng Suisui’s ideas were a bit unrealistic, her heart was in the right place.

Speaking of which, Meng Suisui was indeed a person of action. Now that she had decided to take such a grand step, she was not going to stop.

The entire safe base was bustling with activities after these new classes started.
