’The water!’

"We knocked for half an hour and you didn’t open the door."

Xie Ning rubbed her still-dizzy head and glanced at the crowd. "I’m fine. I just overused my superpower earlier, so I’m a little light-headed."

She grabbed her phone to check the time.

’I was out for over an hour?’

"Don’t worry." Xie Ning secretly tried to access her portable villa again, but she still couldn’t get in. The independent Space was inaccessible too.

"Sis, here are the Crystal Cores we collected at the container terminal yesterday." Song Shijun handed a small plastic bag to Xie Ning. "I forgot to give them to you earlier."

Xie Ning took the bag and nodded, placing it on her bedside table. She planned to try purifying them later.

After lunch, Xie Ning went back upstairs and made Song Shijun repair the partition door he had kicked down.

She picked up the small plastic bag from her bedside table, poured the Crystal Cores onto a plastic tray, spread them out, and placed her hand over them.

In just a moment, faint wisps of mist began to drift up from the Crystal Cores, looking like a plume of white smoke from a distance.

The purification process was very quick.

Two minutes later, Xie Ning picked up a regular Zombie Crystal Core in each hand.
