Chapter 49: The Girl Next Door
Kiss Time.
Recently, there have been increasing demands from men to abolish certain baseball stadium cultures, such as cheerleaders, citing discomfort. However, since the main spectators at baseball stadiums are women, there’s no reason for this culture to change.
On the giant screen, the faces of Taeyang and Jieun appeared prominently. Every spectator in the stadium turned their gaze towards the screen.
"Uh, uh? Uh!"
Jieun, thanks to the thick cushion under her seat, didn’t appear much shorter than Taeyang, making them look like an ordinary couple. Moreover, being seated in the sparsely populated outfield seemed to have caught the cameraman’s attention.
Flustered, Jieun looked around, not knowing where to focus. In contrast, Taeyang casually waved towards the camera.
The spectators’ cheers naturally grew louder, increasing Jieun’s anxiety.
Of course, deep down, she felt a subtle desire to show off her relationship with Taeyang. But things don’t always go as planned.
If he hated the attention and refused... just the thought made her dizzy and depressed. She cautiously asked Taeyang,
"Uh, what do we do? It’s Kiss Time!"
Unable to contain her excitement, she rubbed her hands together.
Until just a moment ago, she had reached climax, but now she was blushing like a teenager.
Only then did Taeyang turn to her and reply lightly,
"What do you mean, what do we do?"
Taeyang immediately grabbed Jieun’s shoulders with both hands.
The sight of a man taking the lead was rare, and the spectators, especially the women, cheered loudly.
However, Taeyang did not go any further. With a gaze that suggested he was about to kiss her, he checked the screen and let go of her shoulders.
He smiled slyly and asked,
"Should I do it? Or should Noona?"
Taeyang’s question made Jieun tremble with excitement.
The relief of not being rejected, combined with the urge to show off, boiled within her. She could flaunt her relationship with Taeyang in front of hundreds, even thousands of people.
She shouted,
"Of course, I should do it!"
"Alright, then."
Taeyang closed his eyes gently.
It also meant he was leaving it entirely up to her. The atmosphere among the spectators was already boiling over, continuously chanting for them to kiss.
"Ah, ah... ha, should we?"
Jieun, trembling with excitement, let out a low moan and fidgeted with her hands. Of course, Taeyang didn’t respond and kept his eyes closed.
She grabbed Taeyang’s shoulders with her trembling hands. Then, she slowly moved up and firmly held his face. Throughout all this, Taeyang kept his eyes closed, waiting for Jieun’s next move.
After briefly checking the camera, Jieun pulled Taeyang’s face towards her and pressed her lips against his.
She wanted to grab his face and even slip her tongue in, but doing so in front of so many people was still too much.
However, even this was quite stimulating for the spectators.
Encouraged by the cheers from all directions, Jieun kissed him even more passionately. The soft touch of their lips for 1 second felt like an hour.
After more than 10 seconds of kissing, their lips parted again.
"Haah... haah..."
Jieun, more excited than ever, panted heavily. The mental satisfaction she felt now was far greater than when her clitoris was pinched.
[The couple who just kissed, please come to the office after the game to receive your event prize...]
The announcer wrapped up the situation with a few comments.
Jieun, and indeed all the spectators, thought that was the end of the Kiss Time. Only Taeyang was not satisfied with such a simple kiss.
As the camera continued to show them on the screen, Taeyang suddenly grabbed Jieun’s shoulder tightly.
"Huh? Yeah? Why?"
"Not enough?"
"Huh?"
It was a sudden turn of events that no one, including Jieun, had expected.
Taeyang pulled her in and covered her lips with his. The previous lingering kiss was like child’s play compared to this. He forcefully opened her mouth and slipped his tongue inside.
"Mmph! Mmph! Mmph!"
His tongue quickly found hers, and Jieun felt a rush of happiness, as if her brain was melting. At the same time, she wondered if it was okay to show such an explicit scene so openly.
The short yet intense kiss ended. Or rather, it was a deeply passionate kiss that lasted over 30 seconds, but to Jieun, it felt like a fleeting moment.
"Phew!"
As their tongues parted, a shiny thread of saliva stretched between their lips.
Taeyang then turned his head to face the screen directly, wiping his lips with the back of his hand.
Still holding Jieun’s shoulder, he slowly opened his mouth to speak. With just two words, the spectators watching the screen could easily read his lips.
[Mine.]
At that moment, an enormous cheer exploded from the stands, far louder than before.
Leaving the stadium, Jieun couldn’t stop giggling. Although the game was a crushing defeat, she gained something much more valuable.
"Hehe... haha. Heh."
Arm in arm with Taeyang, she leaned even closer to him than when they first arrived at the stadium. Feeling his firm biceps and triceps, Jieun hummed a tune.
"Are you that happy?" Taeyang asked.
She stopped humming and widened her eyes.
"How can you even ask? I’m so happy I could die!"
Even though it was Taeyang, she hadn’t expected him to kiss her so passionately in front of so many people. After all, they were close and intimate, but not officially dating.
But today, his actions showed that they were more than just friends, especially with his final declaration, "Mine."
She thought she couldn’t be happier, but it seemed she was wrong.
How could she be even happier with each passing day? Smiling again, Jieun rubbed her cheek against Taeyang’s arm.
As they walked to get dinner, a voice called out from behind,
"Jieun? Is that Jieun?"
They stopped in their tracks. A woman who had just passed them turned around and approached. After looking Jieun up and down, she clapped her hands.
"Wow! It is Jieun!"
Unlike the woman’s enthusiastic greeting, Jieun’s expression hardened upon recognizing her. Sensing the tense atmosphere, Taeyang stepped back instead of intervening.
"It’s been so long! We last saw each other at graduation, so it’s been half a year!"
"Yeah... right."
Jieun’s response was cold and formal, but the woman kept smiling. She waved her hand as if shooing a fly.
"Come on! Lighten up!"
Then, turning to Taeyang, she bowed slightly.
"Nice to meet you! I’m Yeji, Jieun’s classmate!"
"Oh, nice to meet you. I’m Kim Taeyang. I’m Jieun’s noona’s acquaintance."
"Wow, really?"
Yeji, who had casually dropped the formalities, looked Taeyang up and down.
"Jieun really knows how to pick them! Though you’re a bit short!"
Jieun’s arm, linked with Taeyang’s, tensed up. Sensing the strange atmosphere, Taeyang was about to say something, but Yeji beat him to it.
"So, what’s your relationship? Are you two... you know?"
Yeji smiled slyly, and Jieun bit her lip slightly.
She glanced at Taeyang. The mood had been good until now, but could she really say they were dating?
"Wait, Jieun’s acquaintance? Aren’t you a minor then? Wow, Jieun~ Impressive!"
"Well, we’re not dating."
Taeyang’s brief answer darkened Jieun’s expression. It wasn’t wrong, but it was still disappointing.
"Oh, really?"
Yeji’s face showed a hint of mockery, as if saying, "I knew it." That confident smile made Jieun shrink back. With Taeyang denying it, she couldn’t claim otherwise.
Just as her happiness was about to hit rock bottom, Taeyang pulled her into his arms.
"We’re much more than just dating."
"Huh?"
"What?"
Jieun and Yeji both looked surprised.
"Right, Noona?"
"Uh, yeah?"
Taeyang massaged Jieun’s shoulder and turned to Yeji.
"And we’re in the middle of a date, so we should get going."
Jieun quickly added,
"Yeah, sorry. We’re on a date."
She emphasized the word "date" and smirked. It was a clear sign of mockery.
"Well, see you later~ Let’s grab a bite sometime~"
Arm in arm with Taeyang again, she waved goodbye with a dismissive tone.
Yeji, caught off guard, could only watch as they walked away, unable to say a word.
Leaving Yeji behind, they walked quickly. Once they were far enough away, Taeyang asked,
"Who was that?"
"You don’t want to know. Just a crazy bitch who used to bully me."
"What a bitch."
"Yeah."
Jieun’s face darkened briefly, recalling unpleasant memories. But she quickly shook it off and returned to her usual cheerful self.
"But thanks to you, I got to give her a taste of her own medicine today!"
"Well, that’s just a start."
"Huh?"
Taeyang smiled at her confusion.
"I mean, don’t think about going home until you’re completely satisfied."
"Oh god, you’re going to kill me. Seriously, I can’t take it."
Instead of heading to the restaurant, they turned and entered a nearby motel.
