Chapter 1964: Chapter 1968: This Is... a Transmitter

If big brother found out, that guy would go insane with jealousy just the same.

Luo Ke watched Luo Xiaoqian go upstairs. Only when her back disappeared around the bend of the staircase did he pull his gaze back and look at Leng Zirui.

Raising his hand, he took that ring out of his pocket. Leng Zirui flicked his wrist and tossed the ring to him.

Taking the little pouch, Luo Ke opened it and took the ring out, gently rolling it between his fingers. A smile lifted the corners of his lips.

Now Xiao Qian wasn’t rejecting him as much as before. It looked like very soon, she would be completely his.

"Sissi’s physical condition is really worrying. I think you’d better take her back to Rome. If her body keeps going like this, it’ll break down." Leng Zirui advised cautiously.

"It’s not the time yet."

Luo Ke slipped the ring onto the middle finger of his left hand. It was a little tight, so he raised a brow and moved it to his ring finger. The size was just right.

"But, Sissi..."

"I’ll find a Chinese chef for her." Luo Ke cut him off, his cold gaze landing on his face. "ROY, I’ll remind you one last time—my woman doesn’t need your concern."

"All right, all right!" Leng Zirui shrugged. "I’ll control myself."

He didn’t bother hiding his "affection" for Luo Xiaoqian. Since he already had that reputation, he might as well let Luo Ke keep misunderstanding.

"Let’s go back to the dining room." Luo Ke led the two of them back to the restaurant. Once they were seated again, he immediately ordered the servants to take some fruit and milk and such upstairs to Luo Xiaoqian, then looked solemnly at the two of them. "This time I had you both come over because there’s something I need you to do together."

"Who could be important enough for us to both make a move?" Roselia asked, sipping her wine.

Luo Ke took something out of his pocket and held it between his fingers. It was a tiny transmitter, its red light blinking on and off.

"This is...a transmitter?" Leng Zirui stared at the transmitter on the table and asked.

"It was found in Sissi’s necklace." Luo Ke played with the device, letting out a cold laugh. "Even though Leng Zimo is already dead, the Leng Family still has Leng Zirui and that future Duke Jiao Yang. I’m guessing they’ll definitely come. What you two need to do is use this to wipe them all out in one go."

Luo Ke raised his hand and flicked the transmitter onto the table. "I don’t want anyone disturbing my wedding with Sissi."

Leng Zirui got up to take the transmitter, but Roselia was a step ahead of him. She snatched the little device into her hand, then pulled her hand back, and he watched as she tucked the transmitter down the front of her dress through her collar.

Luo Ke’s gaze swept over the two of them, his voice dropping lower.

"I’ll give you two weeks."

"If you ask me, we won’t need that long at all." Roselia sent a sultry look across the table to Leng Zirui. "Right, ROY?!"

"Of course." Leng Zirui answered with a smile.

He hadn’t expected Luo Ke to actually find the transmitter. This guy was sharp, all right.

Fortunately, he was here. Otherwise, big brother would really be in danger.

This Roselia looked determined to have him. How was he supposed to get that transmitter back from her?

Leng Zirui glanced at his watch again. It was almost one o’clock. After all this time, where on earth...was big brother now?!
