In the past, she might have questioned Qin Sisi’s judgement, but after seeing Qin Sisi’s coloured wings and the purple flames on Ye You’s claws, Zhou Zimeng’s idolization of Qin Sisi grew stronger and she began to trust her more.
So, even though she was slightly unwilling, Zhou Zimeng believed Qin Sisi’s conclusion that the person who had wronged her was not Fang Yiyi.
Qin Sisi saw Zhou Zimeng’s disappointment and consoled her, saying, "Don’t worry, at least we’ve eliminated one suspect."

After some contemplation, Qin Sisi turned to Zhou Zimeng and said, "There are a few details you should know. Fang Yiyi is very familiar with your relationship with Yang Yihang, she knows that you held hands, exchanged diaries, and even knows about some of your chat histories on your messaging app."
Zhou Zimeng widened her eyes in surprise, "How is that possible? Yang Yihang and I barely know her, how could she know all these?"
Qin Sisi replied, "The information came from a girl named Jia Xin."
Zhou Zimeng incredulously said, "That’s impossible. Jia Xin is my best friend. I share all my secrets with her, she swore that she would never reveal my secrets to others."
Qin Sisi wasn’t interested in discussing the authenticity of Jia Xin as a friend. She continued, "It is because Jia Xin told Fang Yiyi these things that Fang Yiyi dislikes you so much. As you’ve said, she really likes Yang Yihang."
Zhou Zimeng was somewhat emotional as she replied, "I knew she liked Yang Yihang, I knew she didn’t like me, but Jia Xin... how could she do this to me? She’s my best friend!"
Qin Sisi patted Zhou Zimeng’s shoulder comfortingly, "Don’t overthink it. If you want to know why, we’ll go to Jia Xin’s house later and find out."
Looking at Qin Sisi’s clear and serene eyes, Zhou Zimeng nodded absentmindedly.
Qin Sisi glanced back at the sleeping Fang Yiyi and said, "Alright, let’s head to Lu Zhe’s house now. We need to make as much use of our time as possible."
"Okay." Zhou Zimeng replied, determination lacing her eyes as she decided to uncover the person pulling the strings behind the scenes.
Qin Sisi walked briskly onto the balcony, jumped out of the open glass window and summoned the Wings of Rainbow, hovering in the night sky above Fang Yiyi’s house. She closed the window behind her, leaving no trace of her presence.
Next target, Lu Zhe.
Zhou Zimeng continued to guide the way as Qin Sisi controlled the Wings of Rainbow, quickly flying through the night sky.
Although Zhou Zimeng had to stop and recall the specific route several times, they finally arrived at the residential area where Lu Zhe’s house was located in no time at all.
After some searching, Qin Sisi easily found Lu Zhe’s exact location and entered his house using the same method as before.
Upon finding Lu Zhe in one of the bedrooms, Ye You leapt from Qin Sisi’s shoulder, walked next to Lu Zhe and placed its claw atop his head.
After a round of memory reading, Ye You jumped back onto Qin Sisi’s shoulder and shook its head indicating, "No, it’s not him."
Qin Sisi had no choice but to shake her head at Zhou Zimeng, "It’s not him either."
Zhou Zimeng felt both disappointed and confused. Disappointed because all the suspicious people turned out not to be the true culprits; confused about how to unravel the truth when there were still many classmates to investigate. Surely, they wouldn’t have to search each and every single one of them?
Ye You fell into contemplation before continuing, "However, according to Lu Zhe’s memory, he suddenly suggested calling the missing mobile to find it because a girl behind him whispered it first. That girl was Jia Xin."
Perhaps Jia Xin spoke softly while Lu Zhe shouted loudly, which is why Chen Lan thought that it was Lu Zhe who came up with the idea first.
Qin Sisi was taken aback, it seemed that Zhou Zimeng’s friend, Jia Xin, had suddenly become very suspicious.
Qin Sisi shared this finding with Zhou Zimeng.

Zhou Zimeng glanced at the information sheet and said listlessly, "No need to check, I’ve been to her house countless times, I can find it with my eyes closed."
With that said, Qin Sisi put away the information sheet, grabbed Zhou Zimeng’s hand and said "Alright, let’s go immediately."
The three of them silently left Lu Zhe’s house, closed the window, and following Zhou Zimeng’s directions, they flew towards Jia Xin’s house.
Since Jia Xin and Zhou Zimeng lived in the same residential area, Zhou Zimeng was very familiar with the route. They hadn’t need to stop along the way like when they were heading towards Fang Yiyi and Lu Zhe’s houses. The flight was swift and uninterrupted.
But, as they entered the residential area and passed by Zhou Zimeng’s house, she asked Qin Sisi to stop for a moment.
Looking at the once familiar window and the home she could no longer return to, as well as thinking about her heartbroken parents, Zhou Zimeng felt a twinge of regret.
"Master Mage, I want to go home and take a look." Zhou Zimeng said softly, her eyes welling up with tears.
Qin Sisi consulted Ye You about the remaining time of the invisibility bubble, then said to Zhou Zimeng, "We must first go to Jia Xin’s house. The invisibility bubble won’t last much longer. If we can’t find Jia Xin before it wears off, we’ll have to wait until tomorrow night. You also want to find out the truth as soon as possible, don’t you?"
Zhou Zimeng hesitated for a moment before nodding her head. She glanced at her house one last time, and then guided Qin Sisi to continue flying towards Jia Xin’s house.
Zhou Zimeng indeed knew Jia Xin’s home very well. They quickly found the building and identified the windows of Jia Xin’s home.
Qin Sisi flapped her Wings of Rainbow, and accompanied by Ye You and Zhou Zimeng, they flew to the window of Jia Xin’s home.
Just as before, Qin Sisi opened the glass window on the balcony and jumped in. Ye You followed and lit the Ziwei Heavenly Fire to provide illumination.
This time, they didn’t need to search room by room because Zhou Zimeng clearly pointed out which one was Jia Xin’s room.
Zhou Zimeng took the lead with Qin Sisi following her, and they entered Jia Xin’s bedroom one after the other.
