Chapter 558: Sending Photos
After a few more days of rest at home, Xu Mumu was finally allowed to go out.
"Yin Yang, hurry up," Xu Mumu walked ahead, waving to Yin Yang. Today was the day to pick up the photos. Yin Yang originally planned for Zhou Yunhong to retrieve them, but Xu Mumu preferred to go personally.
What could Yin Yang do? Of course, he indulged his little wife.
As for the baby, many at home wanted to take care of Doudou. Li Caixia directly pushed the stroller toward the small shop. The stroller could block the wind, so Yin Yang wasn’t worried about the baby catching a chill.
Besides, Li Caixia and others loved Doudou even more than he did, so he wasn’t worried about the baby at all.
Yin Yang quickened his pace and caught up with Xu Mumu in a few steps.
"You, already a mom, still can’t be a bit more settled," Yin Yang said helplessly.
"I haven’t been out for such a long time." Xu Mumu pouted.
"You’ll have plenty of time to go out in the future." Yin Yang spoke gently. Now that the baby was born, although their world for two had expanded with a little member, there would still be plenty of time to go wherever they wanted.
"But you’re always so busy." Xu Mumu pouted. In recent years, the Yin family’s business had quickly spread nationwide, and although Yin Yang had delegated much of his authority, many matters still required his decision.
He was still thinking fondly of his little wife’s previous words about technology. When he had time, he planned to get involved here as well, and he was already making preparations.
"Yes, it’s my fault. I haven’t spent time with you." Yin Yang immediately apologized, continuing to soothe his little wife.
"Am I too spoiled?" Xu Mumu looked at Yin Yang. She knew she tended to be self-centered, especially during her pregnancy when her temper flared more. Yin Yang always gently accommodated her, making her feel embarrassed whenever she wanted to be even more headstrong.
"Not at all. I like you just the way you are." Yin Yang smiled, not understanding what his little wife always worried about, as if she lacked a sense of security.
Yin Yang’s words made Xu Mumu’s heart feel sweet. Who wouldn’t want to be pampered like a princess by their man? Yin Yang treated her well enough, and she was already very content.
The couple arrived at the photo studio, where Yin Yang gave his name. The staff quickly retrieved their developed photos.
Yin Yang’s choice was, of course, color photos. Looking at the stack of photos in front of them, Xu Mumu was extremely satisfied. Each of their little one’s expressions was captured, crying and laughing, all looking so adorable.
And as for the photo of their family of three, Xu Mumu felt her eyes slightly redden. Yin Yang specifically requested this one to be the largest; he planned to frame it and display it at home so everyone could see it.
"What’s wrong?" Yin Yang noticed the change in Xu Mumu’s expression and asked worriedly.
"Nothing, just feeling very happy now, having everything I should have." Xu Mumu shook her head, with a bright smile on her face, her most genuine thought.
Since having the baby, his little wife had become more sentimental.
"Life will become even happier." Yin Yang said with a smile.
Carrying their developed photos, the couple gracefully left, while the master at the photo studio was still a bit dazed, having the rare chance to meet the boss behind the scenes today, and even developed the family’s photos for them.
While processing the photos, they thought the family looked good, and their child was cute. The family appeared quite pleasing to the eye.
Yes, the photo studio was opened by Yin Yang too. Having a camera at home, the studio was created entirely for convenient photo processing.
"Isn’t it a bit too showy to put such a big photo in the living room?" On their way back, Xu Mumu looked somewhat conflicted as she glanced at the large photo in Yin Yang’s hand.
Such a huge photo, placed in the most noticeable spot in the living room, could be seen by everyone who came, feeling awkwardly shy.
"Not at all, I think it’s great." Yin Yang smiled, having considered placing one in his company as well, but this was the most perfect one after all his choices.
Xu Mumu rolled her eyes, unsure of what else to say.
Back at home, Yin Yang eagerly hung the largest photo on the living room wall, at the most noticeable spot. He had already prepared the hooks beforehand, fitting the photo perfectly.
"How is it? Isn’t this position just right?" Yin Yang was satisfied with the spot he picked as the photo hung up, looking even more perfect.
"Yes, it looks good." Xu Mumu’s mouth twitched, feeling that her husband’s style was getting stranger.
"I knew you’d like it." Yin Yang said cheerfully, becoming increasingly satisfied.
The rest of the photos were stored in a special box at home, filled with plenty of pictures, mostly of him and Xu Mumu, some of the Xu family, and some of Professor Song and Professor Jian. Now, a few of Doudou’s were among them.
"Should we send a few of these photos to Grandpa and the others, so they can have something to cherish?" Xu Mumu asked with a smile. These days without video calls, it was challenging to see people, so sending them photos to savor was better than not seeing them at all.
"Okay, I’ll pick a few not-the-best ones to send over." The ones taken the best he wanted to keep at home so they could be easily viewed anytime.
Xu Mumu: "..." Didn’t expect you to be like this??
Never mind, let Yin Yang handle this. Anyway, she thought all the pictures were nice, and not a single one was poorly taken. Yu Xinyao’s skills were indeed excellent.
Everyone in the photos looked beautifully captured, leaving no embarrassing moments. Xu Mumu was very pleased.
Meanwhile, Yin Yang started choosing but ended up frustrated because he felt all of them were the best, unable to decide, and after two days couldn’t settle on anything.
Ultimately, Xu Mumu couldn’t bear it anymore and picked two solo shots of their little one and a family photo for Yin Yang to send.
Professor Song and the others had long received a call from Xu Mumu about sending photos, eagerly awaiting, but after a few days, Yin Yang still hadn’t decided. If they weren’t in Imperial City, they’d have come back to scold Yin Yang, a grown man, unable to get even this done, dawdling around.
Feeling quite aggrieved after being scorned by the two elders, Yin Yang still sent the photos despite reluctance, along with lots of mountain produce, which the elders enjoyed. Mrs. Liu took care of them, preparing some delicious food.
