“And you still just laugh it off.” Kate looked at Kyle with reproach.
Kyle smiled and shook his head. “Don’t worry, I wouldn’t be that reckless anymore.”
“Can you really do that?” Kate looked at Kyle and arched her eyebrows. When she first met with Kyle, he was still a person who liked to do things in accordance to what he wanted and would not care too much about other people’s opinion.
No matter how much Jake and Dylan protested for some matters, Kyle would simply not care too much.
Then again, the three of them seemed to be really easy going and liked to fool around for many things.
Kate could only express helplessness when facing this bunch of people.
“Yes.” Kyle nodded.
He would not care about the troubles he caused because he knew that his father could take care of himself in the past. Thus, Kyle would not care too much about what he had done and whether it would be troublesome.
But now that he wanted to take care of Kate, he knew that there were many things that he had to put into consideration. There was no way that he could always act as if he cared for nothing in the world anymore.

“I’ll do my best to follow your steps too.” Kate grinned. She knew how much Kyle longed to become strong and have no one to control him. Even though she couldn’t really understand why he wanted to grow stronger so badly, she would support him and tried to follow his steps as much as possible.
Anyway, her body constitution seemed to be really good for practicing. It will definitely help her in getting stronger faster too.
“It’s good.” Kyle chuckled.
Looking at Kate in front of him, Kyle thought for a moment before raising his hand and rubbed Kate’s head. Now that she was no longer a cat, it felt different when he patted her head like this. Her long hair felt smooth and silky.
He liked this feeling.

She was sure that her face must be as red as tomato right now. Kate felt so embarrassed that she didn’t know what she was supposed to do anymore.
The two of them walked in silence.
Only the silent song from the night wind accompanied them.
It felt so peaceful and comfortable.
Before long, the two of them reached their temporary residence once more. This time, they could see Jake was standing in front of his door, trying his best to coax his girlfriend to allow him to get inside.
“Lotte Sweety, it’s really cold outside. I’m not going anywhere and just staying here, so please open the door, okay?” Jake asked, his tone somewhat pleading.
