"Wait… maybe…" Aion thought when he changed his class to Space King again.

Aion focused his magical energy, using his innate senses to detect the presence of the parasites within his father's body. He unleashed a powerful wave of gravity magic with great determination, targeting the parasites directly.

The parasites, sensing the imminent danger, squirmed and writhed inside his father, desperately clinging to their newfound host. But Aion's mastery over magic was unmatched. He exerted his will, commanding the force of gravity to crush the parasites with intense pressure.

As the parasites shattered under the overwhelming gravitational force, Aion noticed the remnants of their influence attempting to escape through his father's mouth. Acting swiftly, he directed his magic towards the exit, guiding the remnants out using his mana.

The vestiges, weakened and vulnerable, were caught in a torrent of magical energy. Aion's mana surged, acting as a purifying force, cleansing his father's body of the lingering darkness. With each expulsion, the vestiges faded away, disappearing into nothingness. At the same time, he kept healing his father and avoiding all the damage that the parasites were causing.

"Urrgggghhhhh… how you did this to me…" Lexus said after throwing up. "I will never be able to eat anything without recalling this."

"Father… I am thankful for being a strong testing subject, it would be hard to do this with the others." Aion said and then sighed in relief.

"We can skip the sentimental stuff for now," Lexus said while he fell on his knees. "Hurry, do the same to your sisters. The parasites can feel the danger and can try to kill their hosts when that happens."

"I am on it," Aion said while focusing his senses and pointing his hands to his sisters.

With his father's ordeal behind him, Aion turned his attention to his sisters, who were still under the influence of the parasitic beings. Determined to free them from their torment, he repeated the process he had employed before.

Channeling his mana, Aion honed in on the parasites lurking within his sisters' bodies. He unleashed a surge of gravity magic, targeting the parasites with precise accuracy. The force of gravity intensified, crushing the parasites and rendering them powerless.

As the parasites disintegrated under the relentless pressure, Aion guided the remnants of their influence toward his sisters' mouths, using his mana to expel them from their bodies. The vestiges of darkness weakened and dispersed, were swept away by the force of his magic.

They stopped moving, and Aion could feel their evil aura leaving their bodies. Aion stopped their fall with gravity magic and gently let them rest on the ground.

"Sorry… I tried to fight back; I could see and sense everything, and yet…" Laxus said and then sighed.

"Don't worry, Father," Aion said while tapping on his shoulders. "I can solve the issue with the parasites now. Although I am pretty sure that these assholes won't make things easier."

"... Your mother and your friends… Vangel has them," Lexus said after hesitating for a moment. "He is gathering more power, and he intends to use them against you if you interfere."

That was very natural; Aion had expected that. Still, hearing that makes him feel more than just pissed. Confirmation of his worst fears always makes him feel like that.

"... In that case, I will deal with his allies here and then look for them," Aion declared. "Rest here. The flow of time is faster, so you don't have to worry about joining us anytime soon. We got this."

"Right… I will try to recover fast while I look after your sisters," Lexus nodded. "I will be ready to stop others if you bring them here. I can at least buy you some time."

Aion nodded as well and saw how things were outside. The blast of the fights between the spirits was making everything in several kilometers tremble like the world was ending. Ice, fire, wind, earth… They were raining around and killing people left and right. Despite that, Aion couldn't deal with them; he had to find Vangel allies since they were worse threats.

As soon as he left his pocket dimension, Aion saw chaos unfold. The forces of his allies appeared battered and weary, their spirits dampened by the relentless onslaught of the enemy. Wounded soldiers lay scattered across the field, their groans of pain a haunting symphony amidst the chaos.

But as Aion gathered his strength, a resolute determination washed over him. With his musical instrument in hand, he tapped into the power of his song magic, seeking to uplift and empower his allies in their darkest hour. He raised his voice, a melodic strain that resonated through the air, carrying with it an ethereal energy.

His allies, caught in the midst of despair, felt a surge of renewed strength coursing through their veins. The melodies infused their beings, fueling their resolve and igniting a spark of hope within their hearts. Fatigue gave way to determination, and fear transformed into courage as they rallied around Aion, drawn to his empowering song.

The battlefield transformed before their eyes. Where once there was doubt, there now bloomed resilience. The wounded soldiers, spurred by the harmonious magic, rose to their feet with renewed vigor. Their movements became swift and purposeful, their strikes infused with otherworldly power.

Once the tide of the battle changed, Aion used Teleportation right to the middle of the giant flying city. The first thing that Aion saw there was a group of cloaked people, and soon they pointed their hands at him.

The gravity around him seemed to intensify, pressing down heavily on his body, making it difficult for him to move. Simultaneously, strong gusts of wind buffeted him, making it hard to catch his breath.

Aion struggled against the gravitational force pulling him down, feeling as if invisible chains were holding him in place. Each step became an arduous task as if he was trudging through thick mud. The weight upon his shoulders was almost unbearable, threatening to crush his spirit.
