The smile pissed Aion off so much that he felt like a vein was about to burst in his head. Still, he didn't have time to let that bother him since several other spears approached…

With his magic Enhanced fists, Aion used Sonic Punch and turned the spears into dust… when the last one was destroyed, he charged at the enemy, but he joined his hands together again. Something changed in the air, and Aion was forced to stop… all of a sudden, he felt an impact on his face, and he got paralyzed for a moment. It didn't knock him down, but it had a lot of power.

Another one hit Aion's other side, and then he confirmed he was hit by someone invisible, and it felt like a punch… that sure was annoying.

"Aion? What is going on?" Sauros asked.

As if Aion had time to answer to that, he raised his arms to protect his face, and then he got hit on the stomach several times in a row. He was pushed backward with those hits, and that made Seris and Sauros understand what was going on.

"I don't sense anyone's presence aside from that guy, and you are being attacked by some sort of invisible spell," Seris said.

"Thanks, Sherlock," Aion said.

Aion made his spear retreat and spin in front of him. However, he still was hit several times… the spell wasn't coming from the front… most likely, the enemy was using wind magic to create projectiles in the shape of fists to get Aion.

Defending was useless, so Aion made his spear fly toward the enemy, but he joined his hands again and made a wind wall appear around him and blocked the attack. Aion insisted and made the weapon hit the barrier several times. However, he didn't notice any changes… but the enemy still kept his hands together.

"It seems like that as long as he keeps that instance, his barrier won't disappear…" Aion thought, and then he felt a powerful impact on his right rib. "But he still can attack… I really hate mages."

There was no such a thing as a perfect defense when it comes to the physical realm… even giant stars can explode, so a spell of that level can be destroyed. Aion wondered why he was thinking about that when he didn't have time for it.

Aion made his spear return, and then he grabbed it while he used a lot of his mana to enhance the weapon with ice magic. He was going to stop to rest after that battle anyways, so there was no need for him to hold back on the mana.

The enemy noticed that something had changed about Aion, and then he clapped his hands to create a new magic projectile in order to kill him before he attacked… Sauros and Seris prepared to attack, but then they began to sweat cold when they saw an electric spear appearing in front of the enemy… they needed at least two minutes to charge something of that size, and the enemy created it in five seconds…

In any case, giving the enemy more time to charge wouldn't be any good, so they fired their own electric spears… small lightning bolts flew across the area when the projectiles collided… However, the enemy's spell didn't disperse… it lost some stability, but he managed to fix things soon enough.

Aion's spear had become ten meters long in size due to the ice that he cast, and it was pretty heavy. Still, he fired it with all his might instead. In that split of a second, the enemy also attacked and fired his spear against Aion.

A powerful blast pushed Aion and the others away when the attacks collided. Aside from the floor, the entire space began to vibrate due to the attack. During the whole time, Aion kept looking at the enemy and confirmed that not even an inch of mana reached him… the shockwave also didn't bother him in the least. It looked like he was completely invulnerable to magic or long-range attacks.

"I really, really hate mages…" Aion said and then sighed.

Aion saw his spear breaking… it was only natural that such a thing would happen. In any case, he changed his class to Monk since the undead lord wasn't ready to be used, and not even Demonic Berserker was.

Fists Storm: an endless sequence of punches that grow faster and heavier when not interrupted. It consumes thirty points of stamina per second, and it is canceled when you suffer damage.

Martial Arts: increases the power of your kicks and punches by two points per level.

When it comes to balance, the Guardian class would have been a better option. Still, Aion was willing to suffer a little if he could kick the ass of the enemy even a single second faster.

Aion used Force Release and then charged. The enemy joined his hands together and summoned some giant fists made of earth magic. Still, Aion destroyed all of them with his punches. The enemy finally took a step backward when he saw that Aion's fists had been enhanced once again with ice magic. When he saw that, Aion only smirked. Despite the situation, things were getting really interesting.

When he got within range, Aion used Chaotic Lunch, and at the last moment, the enemy summoned that windshield again, but the impact pushed him backward until he hit the wall…
