ROAR!!

A loud roar that caused the world to tremble echoed out.

However…

Bang!

Li Shen who was sitting on the back of the great white ape knocked it over its head with his knuckles.

“Accept your defeat fair and square, what’s with your sour attitude?”

The great white snarled but a depressed look soon overcame its monkey features.

Jun stared on with shining eyes as the match came to an end. During the battle, he had seen numerous techniques being used by the ape. He couldn't help but remain in a trance-like state long after the match was over.

He hadn’t realized when the platform he was standing on drifted over to Li Shen and the ape.

The giant Li Shen looked down at a tiny Jun and waited for him to come to.

After a while, Jun blinked and his glazed eyes focused as he looked up at Li Shen. Being so close he could sense the oppressive aura his Master was released by just sitting there.

“Did you gain some insights?”

His voice was loud in Jun’s ears and his body shook a little.

“I have Master.”

Jun nodded while saying.

His gaze then turned to the ape to get a closer view of it. Just one strand of its fur was taller than him. He couldn’t help observing it in full since this was his first time seeing such a beast. In fact, this is actually his first time seeing Spiritual Beast asides from the ones he saw in the Beast Taming Division.

“Master, just what is this place exactly? Are the beasts inside here supposed to be this huge?”

Li Shen didn’t answer but instead move his gaze to the great white ape.

“You aren’t going to be a sour puss and attack me when I get up are you?”

Big White let out a few noises and Li Shen read its' emotions. It just wanted him to get up as he was way too heavy.

Li Shen smiled before he turn and raised his hand for Jun to get on. After, his body slowly floated up into the air, all while his size decreased to around sixty meters.

The white ape slowly got into a sitting position before it looked at Li Shen flying away.

After letting out a few noises as if saying he won’t lose next time, it walked on all four as it carried its staff and disappeared behind the mountains.

Li Shen and Jun watched as it left before Li Shen then made an offhanded comment.

“Such a battle-hungry personality for a girl.”

Jun’s eyes widen at that.

‘It was a female?!’

He was shocked at first, but after thinking about it he realized he didn’t get an eye full of dick and balls during the fight so it should have been obvious.

After looking away from Big White, Li Shen looked at Jun in his palm and said.

“To answer your question, I’m not sure myself. It’s obvious that compared to the Spiritual Beasts species on the outside to the ones in here, they are five to even ten times larger than how they should be.

“However, if I have to make a guess then it probably has something to do with the fact that there in this isolated dimension away from natural predators and environmental struggles. Perhaps their freedom caused an evolution in their species. Well, it’s either that or how my Clan’s Founding Patriarch create the territories to have a massive power source of elemental laws.”

Li Shen chuckled and then said.

“Maybe it’s both.”

Jun went silent as he thought about Li Shen’s words. After a while, Jun looked up to see they haven’t stopped moving.

“Master, where are we going now?”

Without looking at Jun Li Shen stared ahead as he said.

“A place where you and I need to go.”

Jun didn’t get anything more than that from Li Shen but he didn’t question any further. He soon came to sit cross-legged on his palm while observing the surrounding scenery.

Li Shen’s speed would slowly increase over time as he was careful about how gravity affected him. After he got used to it his speed went from drifting forward to creating whistling sounds through the air.

Jun watched as they crossed lush forests and mountains full of vegetation.

However, what his eyes can’t see his natural senses of a cultivator that hadn't left felt.

Shiver.

His spine tingled as he felt oppressive gazes from those lush forest land on them. They watched them as if they would attack at the slightest movement they make to lower their altitude.

It was after a few of these sensations and with sweat soaking his entire figure that Li Shen assured him.

“Jun, it's fine, don’t mind those Spiritual Beasts. They're only in the Foundation Realm so there’s nothing to worry about, I can take them on if I have to.”

Jun hearing that was slightly taken aback.

“Only in the Foundation realm?”

He had a hard time believing those oppressive stares and terrifying auras he felt were from Foundation-level Spiritual Beasts.

“It’s because of the territory they're in. It blusters their attributes beyond what they’re capable of, but as long as we’re in the air they won’t attack. Well, simply because they're land Spiritual Beast and can’t reach us up here.”

As Jun learned more and more about this place he was starting to feel like the others were in immense danger.

Li Shen sensing his worrying emotions put two and two together to understand what he was worried about. To comfort him he said.

“Don’t worry about them too much. I survived in this place for a month; they’re stronger than I was then. Though it was only for one month and their time would be longer, I came to understand that the beasts in here have certain limitations, like their inability to leave their own territory. If that wasn't the case I would never e flying like this so openly when Nascent-level Spiritual Beasts are in here.

"And though this place was built for the Nascent Realm existence in my clan to train, each territory is designed to accommodate the training and comprehending of the six natural elements as well as a few smaller laws. So they can benefit a lot by cultivating in here. If they do bump into powerful Core Formation Spiritual Beasts or even Nascent Realm level then they can use the jade slip I gave them to leave.”

Jun can’t say he wasn’t still worried but after hearing Li Shen's explanation he felt a bit better.

“There, you can see something amazing.”

Li Shen said rather excitedly and Jun looked towards the horizon and he saw the crown of a tree. But this was no ordinary tree, they were thousands of kilometers away but it still took up the whole horizon from end to end.

Jun gaped at the sight.

The closer they got to the towering tree, the more Jun was forced to admire the scope of its size.

He looked down to see the tree’s massive trunks that snaked and curled to spread into the surroundings.

‘Wait! Don’t tell me that all the forests we passed are extensions of this tree?’

Jun upon realizing this was further surprised. Li Shen was right, he should get used to the oversize things in this dimension.

As Li Shen got closer and closer to the giant tree, its branches began shaking as if it was happy to see him. This cause countless leave to deposit beneath it.

Li Shen seeing this smiled and said.

“I see you're quite happy to see me again.”

The tree obscured the setting sun as they went under it, however, little sunlight seeped through allowing small roses and lilies to grow.

The atmosphere here was like a wonderland. It was peaceful a complete contrast to the vicious forests Jun past.

As Li Shen reached the tree his height was minuscule compared to it.

A green projection of a little girl appeared on one of its branches.

“Big brother Shen, of course I’m happy, did you come back to see me?”

Jun stared at this girl curiously. She was translucent but her cute features were still visible. She wore a long gown with decorations of embroidered leaves on it. He was quick to realize this girl was related to this tree itself.

'A tree spirit?'

Jun thought while he notice the feeling that was coming from her, it cause a relaxing sensation to wash over him and he felt weirdly comfortable.

Li Shen's smile turned a bit awkward as he floated there and responded.

“I know this might be too much but can I have two more of your origin leaves?”

The little girl hearing that pouted and said.

“Rather than coming back to play with me you instead want me to give you my origin leaves? Are you planning on trying to enter the Avian Palace with them?”

Li Shen nodded.
