Chapter 365: Gold, just pure gold
While she was sailing across the Mist Room, countless thoughts flashed across Fang Yu’s head as she tried to sort out the abilities of her opponent.
“Beleth... each of his strikes has pure, unstoppable power within it....” Fang Yu grimaced as she felt pain at her lower back, which was hit by Beleth’s kick.
Even with her armor and martial aura on, she was still affected by his strikes.
“His Ki mastery must have reached high stages then...” Fang Yu knew that what Beleth did was just the preliminary.
Since Beleth was a powerful martial artist, there is a possibility that he also had the power to use Martial Abilities.
“If Beleth’s strikes were already like this, then how much powerful will his Martial Abilities be then?” Fang Yu shook her head as she decided her plan of action.
“As much as possible, avoid any of his strikes, and when I find an opening, I will attack him hard!”
Of course executing that task is extremely difficult, given the fact that Beleth’s attributes will make it hard for Fang Yu to dodge.
Aside from that, the armor that Beleth wears will make it harder for any attacks that Fang Yu lands to take an effect.

Her power will depend on how she uses her special abilities or on how she combine and use these abilities together!
“I refuse to believe that there’s no combination of my abilities that will help me defeat Beleth!” Fang Yu muttered as she braced for another impact.
“Bang!” This time, Fang Yu was flung upwards after she blocked another punch that was headed towards her gut. She felt her abdominal cavity shaking from the power behind that strike.
“That ability combination..... I just have to look for it, and I will surely find it!” Fang Yu’s body disappeared and reappeared in a different spot in the Mist Room as she employed the ● symbol.
“You can use Martial Aura even you clearly are not a martial artist, and you can also use teleportation?” Beleth stopped his attacks as he seemed to feel wary against Fang Yu right now.
“From the looks of it, you have numerous abilities. That must be how you were able to defeat both Andromalius and Phenex, even though both of them had very contrasting way of fighting. Hmm... seems like I have to stop my furious barrage and end this match quickly.”
Beleth knew that sometimes, making the match drag on longer could lead to his opponent able to use his/her trump card!
Beleth of course will not allow Fang Yu to be able to establish that scenario.
“First Stance....” Beleth muttered as he raised one of his foot high in the air, looking like he will use this foot to stomp the ground below. Fang Yu felt her body suddenly turning heavy, as if that foot exuded a pressure that was all focused on her!
“Behemoth Stomp!”
Fang Yu felt that once this foot hits the ground, the pressure out of that stomp will injure her!
“Should I phase through?” Fang Yu thought about using the Glaistig Ghost Form, but she decided to not use that, since it was still too early for that.
Who knows what more attacks Beleth can use?
“If its like that, then,” Fang Yu activated her ● symbol once more, this time reappearing behind Beleth.
“Take this!”
Taking advantage of the fact that Beleth’s body was still stuck in the stomping pose, Fang Yu clenched her right fist as she activated the Destructive DeathFlame Ability.
But instead of using it on her whole body, Fang Yu decided to just use the ability on her right fist so that she can conserve her energy.
She then shaped her Destrcutive DeathFlame Fist into a shape of blade as she thrusted it towards Beleth’s back!
“Ha!”
Even though Beleth was slightly turned aback by Fang Yu’s maneuver, he still did not lose his cool as he twisted his body.
His ‘Elephant Stomp’ which was supposed to hit the floor was redirected by Beleth as he made it go towards Fang Yu!
“!!!!”
Since Fang Yu was airborne to attack Beleth, there was almost no way for her to dodge the ‘Elephant Stomp’.
She can teleport away, but that will be a waste of Origin Core Energy and it will spoil her chance of landing a hit on Beleth.
Beleth seemed to have known this dilemma by Fang Yu as he seemed to be unafraid of Fang Yu’s attack.
Beleth thought that it was either Fang Yu retreats with teleportation, or she gets hit by his ‘Elephant Stomp’ and suffer some heavy injuries.
“!!!” But what Fang Yu did was beyond Beleth’s expectations.
Beleth suddenly saw Fang Yu’s movement speeding up, as if there was something that accelerated her.
“Gh!” Fang Yu managed to twist herself in the air, allowing her to dodge Beleth’s foot by a hairbreadth.
With the power on his stomp, Fang Yu was still damaged by Beleth’s missed attack. Her body rippled as the shockwaves of Beleth’s stomp hit her.
But Fang Yu gritted her teeth as she plunged her right fist deep at the chest area of Beleth’s back.
“Fizzz...” The potency of Fang Yu’s Destructive DeathFlame Fist was so high that it went right through Beleth’s armor!
“Yaz!” Fang Yu exclaimed as she felt her right fist going through flesh this time. Beleth’s hiss of pain indicated that Fang Yu had found her mark indeed!
“Ha!” Beleth used his right hand to send a backhand slap towards Fang Yu.
“Bang!” With her mind focused on her current attack, Fang Yu was unable to block Beleth’s backhand swat.
The impact of the attack sent her rolling away from Beleth.
“Ha, ha, ha.” Fang Yu wiped more of the blood that appeared on her lips as she gazed at Beleth’s wounded back, and to her right fist.
Fang Yu cancelled the effects of the Destructive DeathFlame Fist the instant that she was smacked away by Beleth.
With that cancellation, she could see Beleth’s dried blood flaking her right fist.
“So, you can be wounded too.” Fang Yu said as she stood up shakily.
That risky move that she did earlier damaged more parts of her body, but it was worth it, since she was able to injure Beleth!
“Yes, you managed to injure me. There are very few people who were able to do that to me, and you are now one of them.” Beleth said as he faced Fang Yu.
“Oh~, it seems like it was a great honor then.” Fang Yu smirked as she looked at Beleth’s back.
“How did you like my abilities then?”
“You really have a lot of them....” Beleth said, with a trace of awe and killing intent in his voice. “One of the abilities you used earlier, it was related to time manipulation isn’t it?”
“........”
Fang Yu knew what Beleth was talking about.
Earlier, just right before Beleth’s Elephant Stomp could hit her, Fang Yu decided to use the Eon Rabbit Essence Core to slow down Beleth’s time.
In Fang Yu’s viewpoint, it was Beleth who became slower. But in Beleth’s view, Fang Yu was the one who got faster.
Since time manipulation requires a lot of energy and Fang Yu had to save energy in this match, Fang Yu had no choice but to use the time slow for just a second.
But that was already enough for Fang Yu to narrowly dodge his attack and let her own attack hit Beleth.
“Ok, seems like you do not like to speak about it. Fine with me.” Beleth’s demeanor suddenly changed after he said these words.
Earlier, one would feel that Beleth was a powerful brawler. But right now, Beleth’s presence seemed more refined and professional. Even Fang Yu could feel that if Beleth attacked her now, his strikes will be fluid and graceful, unlike his brute strikes earlier!
Fang Yu immediately felt something bad will happen with this presence change. “What are you-”
“I am acknowledging you right now Fang Yu.” Beleth said as jumped high in the air.
While he was airborne, his armor shone resplendently, covering the whole Mist Room with light.
“I was just planning to use my Martial Abilities to defeat you, but it seems like I have to change my plans.” Beleth’s voice sounded out, as Fang Yu tried to interrupt his ‘transformation’.
“Even if I used all my Martial Abilities against you, it seems like you will be able to use all your abilities to survive them all. Since it will be like that, then I will just use my strongest state to beat you!”
By the time that Fang Yu was in front of Beleth, Beleth’s transformation was already finished.
“Boom!” An explosive shockwave exploded out, pushing Fang Yu away.
“Screech....” Fang Yu’s foot scraped the floor as she slowed herself down.
After stabilizing herself, Fang Yu looked up to see Beleth, and what she saw was... otherworldly.
Beleth’s armor was gone, showing his real appearance to Fang Yu.
Beleth’s body was muscular, with his body looking extremely ripped even on places where they should not be.
There were also countless metal spokes sticking out of his body, which seemed to be not affecting him.
As for his face, Beleth’s profile looked masculine and handsome at the same time, with a slight hint of roguishness in his smirk.
If one can say how Beleth looked as a whole, the only word for that was that Beleth looked extremely manly! Aside from the metal spokes, Beleth’s whole appearance was how an extremely man should look like!
But Fang Yu was not interested on Beleth’s manliness, as there was one thing that caught her attention.
“Do you know why I wear an armor?” Beleth’s voice sounded amused, as if he was just talking to a junior merrily.
“You can say that it was for protecting myself, but do I really need to protect my body if my body was already powerful enough?”
“....”
Fang Yu’s silence only served to rile up Beleth more as he slightly cackled.
“My armor exists to suppress my real power, as I do not want to recklessly use it in a fight. My real power was so hax that I do not want to use it that much. By wearing my armor, I can keep this power inside my body. Only a mighty opponent can force me to remove my armor!”
Beleth then pointed his right index finger to Fang Yu as he proudly declared,
“And you, Fang Yu, is mighty enough for me.”
“Oh yay, I am so screwed right now....” Fang Yu muttered as she stared at Beleth’s body.
Beleth looked like he was shining, not from the glow of his body, but from something that was covering his whole body.
And the thing covering Beleth’s body was a pure, golden aura!
Golden Aura!
This golden aura looked enchanting as it shimmered around Beleth’s body, further emphasizing his imposing presence.
It may look gorgeous, but for Fang Yu, this aura looked terrifying.
“It’s a freaking Martial Aura!”
