Chapter 118: Taken
Once the Generals and the Immortal God Sect Disciples were all inside the meeting room, Wang Hao took the chance to assert his might.
“Bang!”
Wang Hao’s palm landed on the table with a thunderous sound. This immediately roused the attention of the Immortal God Sect Disciples.
But before Wang Hao could say something, Li Min moved aggressively towards Wang Hao until they were close together. Li Min was so close that their faces were almost touching.
Li Min then slowly said,
“Even you did not plan that suicide bombing, I still disapprove of you joining the rebels. Them?” Li Min gestured towards the Generals inside the room. “They are here to overthrow the Kingdom! And you, a disciple of a secular sect must know that such matters were no longer the concern of cultivation sects.”
His face turned red as he roared,
“Yet you even led the attack! Not only that, but you successfully implicated us, who were innocent in this endeavor of yours! Congratulations.” He sarcastically concluded.
The other disciples nodded in agreement with Li Min. He clearly said all the grievances they have with him.
Wang Hao in turn seemed to not be affected by Li Min’s speech as he said,
“Now that you are done venting out, listen as the Generals of the Raiders introduce themselves.”
The quiet woman with the blood-soaked blade stepped forward and said,
“Celestia.”
She said nothing more as she stepped backwards.
The lady with the crossbow huffed in annoyance as she imperiously declared,
“Listen to me you maggots, you are now under the presence of the almighty Mimi! Hahahaha!”
“..........”
Everyone in the room struggled to not laugh seeing the shortest person in the room say such things. Wang Hao chopped his hand on the shorty’s head as he said,
“Stop saying that kind of stuff in front of them. It’s embarrassing.”
“Hmph!” Mimi snorted as she went back on her chair. “You are just our temporary leader! Once Big Sis Nathalia comes out, I will tell her what you did to me!”
“Ooohhh.... I am scared.....” Wang Hao replied mockingly.

Ling Tian took note of Mimi’s behavior as he thought to himself that there’s some dissatisfaction with Wang Hao as the temporary leader.
They may be allies for now, but Ling Tian can use such information for his own benefit in the future.
After Mimi, the muscular man stepped forward. The floor creaked slightly as if it could not take his weight.
He was surprisingly good-natured as he said,
“Hello everyone, I am Fred. Let’s work well together!”
Ling Tian and Wang Hao felt that Fred is the sort of person that was kind and helpful. The problem is, this kind of people were those who die easily.
Wang Hao decided to teach Fred some ‘stranger danger’ lessons to make his survival rate higher.
The one who stepped up after Fred was the perverted gentleman. Fang Yu could feel that this man has something similar to Wang Hao.
She was able to confirm it when he started to speak.
“Hello, beautiful ladies. I am Sebastian, and I give all kinds of services, whatever that is. Especially to girls like you.” He gave a wink to Fang Yu.
Fang Yu and the other girls snorted derisively as they put a mental note to avoid Sebastian in the future. Wang Hao on the other hand, was happy that Sebastian was drawing all the ill-intent of the girls away from him. He silently gave him a thumbs-up as he had foreseen his sad future.
The gloating Sebastian sat on his chair, feeling quite satisfied as the jolly and fierce woman next to him stood up. She had a wild smile on her face as she checked out the male disciples. Her eyes lingered a little bit longer on Ling Tian before moving on to the boy beside him.
“Hello everyone, I am Galena. Pleased to meet all of you! You have some good man....power with you.”
Galena’s eyes seemed to glitter as she looked at three male disciples in the room with interest. These three were Li Min, Shi Poyun and Ling Tian!
Ling Tian felt some cold sweat as he realized that this woman likes to collect some ‘boy toys’!
He then decided to steer clear of her path in the future.
Once she had her fill, Celestia sat back on her reclining chair. She closed her eyes as the disciples awaited what the final general would say.
The woman who looked like an assassin tilted her head slightly as she said,
“Hello.”
“.........”
But even after the awkward silence, the woman did not speak up. She also closed her eyes, ignoring the disciples.
“So that’s it, they are the Generals!” Wang Hao’s fake enthusiastic voice failed to lighten up the somber mood in the room.
“So next we will-”
But before Wang Hao could finish what he said, they heard some rumbling sounds as their tent was ripped away!
It flew to god knows where as the surprised Generals and Immortal God Sect Disciples tensed themselves.
Ten seconds passed, and nothing happened.
Suddenly, Wang Hao’s face turned pale as he shouted,
“Hide, Fang Yu!”
But Wang Hao’s warning was too late as a gray robed man appeared out of nowhere and scooped up Fang Yu!
Shouts of alarm were heard from the disciples as they saw Fang Yu being taken away by the unknown entity. This entity was too fast, that before the Generals could give chase, it already disappeared into the horizon.
“We must save Fang Yu! Or Sect Head Xiao Ya might kill us!” The Immortal God Sect Disciples all panicked as they realized that the situation now turned for the worse!
“What should we do now? How can we save her if we do not even know who kidnapped her?” Most of them were at their wits end as they racked their heads for the kidnapper’s identity.
But Wang Hao knew who this person was.
This was No.5 who had attacked Wang Hao before!
Wang Hao’s gaze wandered around as he looked for Empyrea. To his dismay, Empyrea just stood there, seemingly not worried for Fang Yu. From what was told to him, Empyrea was a guard sent by the Emperor to protect Fang Yu.
But what she was doing now was out of the contrary.
“What the hell Empyrea? Will you just really stand there and do nothing?”
“..........”
“Wow, good job!” Wang Hao remarked sarcastically. He completely ignored the silent Empyrea as he faced the panicked crowd. He then said in a loud voice,
“I know that you are all panicking now. But instead of running like headless chickens here, why don’t we try to ask for the help of the sect first? Does someone have a message artifact here?”
“..........”
“I have one!” To Wang Hao’s dismay, it was Long Juo who spoke up. She wore a mocking grin on her face as she waved the messenger artifact above her head.
She then gloatingly said,
“But why should I help her? You all know what she did to me.” Then to everyone’s shock, Long Juo’s message artifact slipped from her grasp as it fell to the ground.
“Crash!”
The delicate artifact shattered into pieces as it hit the hard surface. It won’t even take a genius to know that it has been destroyed beyond repair.
“F**k! You brat shall pay for this once we go back to the sect!” Tang Ya’s enraged shout could be heard as she berated Long Juo.
Long Juo on the other hand, turned pale as she shook her head left and right repeatedly.
“I did not intend to do that... It’s an accident..... an accident.....”
Wang Hao had no time to listen to Long Juo’s desperate pleas of innocence. He massaged his temples as he looked at the Generals in front of him.
He gave the Generals an expectant look on his face as he said,
“Looks like we have to save a damsel in distress.”
“Wait! Count me in!” Tang Ya said out of nowhere. She was Fang Yu’s friend, and she cannot bear to not help her.
“Tang Ya? Okay, you’re in. Ling Tian, you join us too.”
“Huh, why me?”
“If Fang Yu gets offed, it will be your head on Sect Head Xiao Ya’s platter.”
“Sigh, let’s go then.” Ling Tian had no rebuttal against that argument.
As for Empyrea, Wang Hao saw no signs of her. It was as if she had disappeared entirely.
“Curiouser and curiouser.......”
