In a cold unfilling tone Alex reminded Sandra but was one step ahead of her and supported her all in one swift motion.

In his mind Alex was crushing the characteristics of ML, Why do they have to act like this? And why do Female leads dig this shit up?
Why can't they just be honest about their goddamn feelings and get over with it, But no, All of them love drama, they feed on it.

Yeah, he can't be greened thanks to Harem protection Halo but it is still a nuisance to keep those flies and pests wandering around them.

Sandra was in a lot of pain but she did not want to show in front of Alex. How can she allow him to see her in her weakest state?

Yeah she was bleeding but it was like as if she got a cut not her leg being snapped in half.
Even then he wanted to help her but knowing the pride and arrogance the female lead has, It would going to hurt her more, so she had to wait a little more.
"Not fairly, You said you would start to attack after 8 minutes but time was put wrongly here. It was not at 8 minutes but at 7:58, You attacked 2 seconds early breaking the rules.
Though that would have meant you cheated but because this is a technical error it's made this bet invalid."
Grace didn't have to be told what to do, when she looked at Alex, she already knew what he wanted to do and so she followed through it.
After all, as a good secretary of his, It is her duty to do it.

Alex badly pretended to be surprised by this news and then in regret big heartily accepted that their this bait is invalid.
"But-"
Sandra could not help but speak up which she regret it as soon as she opened her mouth.
She did it by her nature, She could tell Grace is trying to give her one more chance even daring to go against Alex.
So the importance of Grace in her heart rose even surpassing the friend of hers who also helped her in needed time.
Right now Grace is the 2nd most close person to her right after Alex, after all this is a favour that even if she works all her life she could not pay back.
"Didn't she say it's invalid? Why? You want to make it so that I cheated?"
Thankfully for her before she could speak something and ruin it for herself, Alex spoke up directly accusing of trying to win the bait this way.
She panicked, she wanted to explain but stopped when she felt the wave of warmth entering in her body.
At one moment her body was all numb but next she felt like she was in hot water in winter season making her totally relaxed.
Alex was there to support her, if not she would be on the ground as most of the muscles in her body except likes of heart and bladder were the relaxed giving her a sense of bliss.
Sandra sensed the warmth was penetrating in her body, First, it broke through her skin easily after which the it made its way towards her skeleton after which it spread through her whole body.
She didn't know what this was but she liked this feeling, the numbness of her body was gone, replaced by bliss and comfort.
As the warmth filled her body, The bleeding leg of hers also stopped and so did the femur bone which retreated inside the body to its position.
It was the same for other parts of her body. The bruises and blunt damage started to heal visible to naked eyes, while the same was happening with her internal organs and bones.
They do start to heal back in superhuwoman speed, All in all, she would be alright in no time.
"NO!!!!"
Suddenly the heart wrenching cry of a woman rang in the ward, bringing everyone's attention to her.
