The entire room, which was relatively silent before, completely froze up.

If a pen was to drop on the carpeted floor at that moment, it would have sounded loudly like thunder.

A few seconds passed.

Then a minute.

Then two.

Then five.

Still the Primals remained silent and waited for Primal Seth’Aramir to cause the strings of fate to tremble violently, which would signify that she had gotten some results with her divination.

Ten minutes.

Thirty minutes.

At exactly one second before an hour, just as Primal Dul’Akharat was about to suggest they continue the discussion, an utterly massive trembling upon the strings of fate suddenly occurred!

In fact, the strings of fate even produced a sound!

TWANG!!

Without exception, all the Primals present smiled.

TWANG!!

TWANG!!

The strings of fate gave out two more huge tremblings before Primal Seth’Aramir finally opened her weary eyes.

“The Gan Kilasi Asteroid Belt. The Lajir System. And the largest stockpile of all three… The Dul’Akharat System.” She said softly.

Without exception once again, every single eyeball in the room swiveled once more to look at Primal Dul’Akharat, who seemed just as surprised as the rest were in hearing his personal System being mentioned by Primal Seth’Aramir.

“My star system has the largest stockpile of all?” He chuckled lightly to himself as he quickly activated several of his clones and scanned his system meticulously.

After a few moments, he frowned deeply.

“I could not detect its presence. Someone must be actively hiding it there. Do you have a more specific location?” Primal Dul’Akharat asked Primal Seth’Aramir quietly.

“Yes. I felt an extremely faint resonance with a planet called Vulmo Diravir. But it was so faint that I could be wrong.” Primal Seth’Aramir said.

“Vulmo Diravir?” Primal Dul’Akharat said with a start. Then his gaze turned serious and heavy. “If there are people who would do such a thing in my Star System, then it will be in Vulmo Diravir indeed.”

“If they have been in possession of the massive stash of new universe energy source for a long time, I suggest caution in dealing with them.” Chairman El’Taras said mildly. “If a mere King is able to kill an Ancient with a combination of the two energy sources, then we could not be over cautious when dealing with an Ancient who might have access to both energy sources as well.”

“Let a few of us come with you, Primal Dul’Akharat.” Old Wabetto said.

“Very well. Let’s send out three groups to retrieve the three stashes. Primal Jeraxel, Primal Isabella, please lead your teams to retrieve the first two. Primal Wabetto, I will have to trouble you and your team to come with me.” Primal Dul’Akharat said.

Though they were all Primals with larger than life characters, they obeyed the usually modest and friendly Primal Dul’Akharat without question.

In group dynamics everywhere, there will not be peace unless an overwhelming power stands out and enforces the peace.

Depending on how overwhelming that power is, different levels of peace can be achieved.

In a group where the leading power is able to crush any single member with ease, but will face difficulties in dealing with two or more, then the peace will be a flimsy sort of peace.

Any issue big enough to cause two powers to band together would disrupt the peace like a boy overturning a chessboard.

In a group where the leading power is able to crush three other members easily, and will only face difficulties against four or more, then it will be a much more stable form of peace.

To disrupt it would entail a banding of a coalition that had to be strong enough to deal with said leading power and his own group of friends. It would be like a little boy trying to flip a portable wooden table over. Doable, but unlikely except under extreme conditions.

In a group where the leading power is able to crush multiple members easily and is shrouded in mystery because he was still holding back most of his power when doing so, the peace would be much, much more stable than the previous two types.

Unless it was something personally important and urgent, most members would remain silent and do as the leader said. It would be like a little boy faced with the prospect of overturning a solid wooden table. He might be able to do it, but he definitely won’t unless doing it is highly beneficial for him.

The peace that was maintained among the Primals was the third type.

Once, many long years ago, Primal Dul’Akharat had massacred five other Primals who tried to get him to surrender his prized treasure by kidnapping one of his many descendants. His favorite descendant, to be specific.

Upon receiving the news of the kidnapping, he had immediately appeared in their headquarters and launched a furious attack against them while his underlings rescued his descendant and whisked her to safety.

After a long battle that lasted over three days and destroyed much of their headquarters, Primal Dul’Akharat managed to heavily wound the five Primals while receiving near fatal wounds himself.

But not three days later, Primal Dul’Akharat appeared once more in a public event, completely unharmed.

It was then the universe realized, the Primal Dul’Akharat that finished off five other Primals… was merely a clone!

Peace reigned among the Primals after that day, and Primal Dul’Akharat became their unofficial leader.

The peace had lasted many, many millennia and lasted till that very day.

Primal Jeraxle and Primal Isabella were the two publicly acknowledged strongest Primals after Primal Dul’Akharat. Of course the fact that the trio were close buddies did wonders to cement the peace, and the absolute lack of dissent within the group.

The select few Primals dispersed to their respective targets, leaving the other eighty in the room with Chairman El’Taras.

And like a group of kids gaining freedom to do whatever they wanted to do in class after their teacher left, the meeting room slowly became noisier and noisier until…

“I challenge you to a duel right now!” Primal Dimitri shouted angrily at Primal Seth’Aramir.
