When had a King level warrior ever struck so much fear into not one, not two but THREE Hegemons all at the same time?
As a full fledged dragon, Elliot could smell fear like the smell of concentrated piss in a small room.
And with Elliot’s extremely unique dragon bloodline, sooner or later, he would be smelling literal piss from his opponents who had wet themselves in fear.
At that moment, although Black, Yellow and White hadn’t wet themselves, Elliot could sense their growing fear of him very acutely.
“Damn it. I need them to unleash their most powerful attacks on me. How the heck am I supposed to know just how powerful I have become if I don’t have strong enemies to push me to the very edge?” Elliot muttered very audibly.
“Maybe I should just gauge my power by how much of their dead bodies remain after I unleash my attack?” Elliot gazed at the three Hegemons with a slight frown on his face.
The three Hegemons glanced at each other and hesitated. The choice before them was very simple.
Do they keep attacking Elliot in the hopes that they break through his ridiculous defense, or do they run away to fight another day?
But at the end, rather uncharacteristically, the three Hegemons chose to remain and fight.
Maybe they were sick and tired of being called cowards. Maybe they simply couldn’t accept the fact that three Hegemons had to run away from a mere “King”. Or maybe it was a combination of both.
Whatever their motivation, they gritted their teeth and started to unleash their trump cards together!
Sensing their determination and the vast undulating power that the three of them were starting to emit, Elliot smiled in approval.
“Good! Good! Attack me with all you’ve got!” He said as he started to circulate his Cosmic Dragon Energy as well.
The four of them stood off in the air with the energy of nature swirling chaotically all around them.
With all four of them being extremely powerful life forms, they were able to influence the energies found in nature around them to a certain extent.
Very strangely, most of the energies of nature were responding enthusiastically to Elliot instead of the three Hegemons.
Just a single person was able to force most of nature to obey his summons above and over the summons of three full-fledged Hegemons!
However, the three Hegemons were no pushovers. Having decided to remain and continue the fight, they had discarded all their hesitations, fears and doubts.
They took what they could from nature and continued to weave their energies into one earth-shaking spell after another.
Behind them, the silhouette of an utterly massive mountain filled with red trees and with deeply ominous black clouds above it appeared.
Very surprisingly, the three of them had managed to achieve a very rare combo called Combined Energy Manifestation!
A tri-spell involving all of the three Hegemon’s strengths.
The mountain, the trees and the lightning clouds started to exert their influence on the environment.
A powerful defensive aura in the shape of a mountain surged into being around them. At the same time, huge ensnaring fire traps appeared all around the mountain, ready to be fired off towards Elliot. And finally, black lightning arced all over the clouds, waiting for the command to unleash complete hell upon the enemy.
It was a tremendously impressive sight. The pressure the Combined Energy Manifestation was emitting was extremely overbearing and Elliot could feel its incredible weight smashing down on him!
“None had ever seen our Combined Energy Manifestation and lived to tell the tale.” White said quietly.
But Elliot merely grinned.
“There’s always a first for everything.” He said.
He felt that his words were incredibly cliche. But what else could he say? That damned White was the first to say such a cliche proclamation!
Elliot raised his hand and pointed at the awe-inspiring Combined Energy Manifestation in front of him.
GRAHHH!
The red dragon silhouette behind Elliot uncoiled itself and spread its wings wide as it let out a deep, reptilian roar that seemed to proclaim its royal authority over all of creation.
And then, very startlingly, it flapped its wings and took off into the sky!
Even with their hearts completely resolved to do battle against Elliot, the three Hegemons couldn’t help but flinch slightly at the sight of Elliot’s red dragon taking off in flight.
Within a very quick second, the massive hundred meter tall red dragon had disappeared high into the sky beyond the clouds!
It was the legendary Energy Awakening that very few Hegemons were able to achieve. And all who managed to do so were the movers and shakers of the universe.
Just what in all of heaven was this freak of a King level warrior?
“Shall we see if your boring little mountain could resist the wrath of a red dragon?” Elliot asked politely before his smile turned into a sneer.
“Burn!” Elliot commanded.
From above the sky, a pillar of fire split the black clouds apart and crashed down upon the massive mountain.
The mountain silhouette shimmered and trembled lightly as it took on a huge amount of Red Cosmic Dragon Energy.
The three Hegemons paled as they felt their Combined Energy Manifestation begin to show the first signs of implosion.
“Maintain the Manifestation at all costs.” White ordered and pointed at Elliot.
Immediately, massive black lightning bolts began to fall upon Elliot from all directions!
Black and Yellow continued to pump more of their energy into the mountain. In fact, a massive flaming red tree was growing very rapidly at the top of the mountain. It even looked like it was madly absorbing the red dragon’s pillar of fire.
However, instead of becoming stronger after absorbing such potent fire, the tree and Yellow looked like they just swallowed huge mouthfuls of scalding water!
Yellow’s eyes were wide open in complete anguish and her mouth was open in an agonized silent scream.
