The net immediately grew to a huge bus-sized net that shot towards Wu Kong accurately as though it was a remote-controlled device!

The third Emperor had quietly entered some sort of stealth skill and disappeared from sight, while the fourth was actually a beautiful Empress wielding an ornate fan.

She was attacking from the rear by waving her fan this way and that way. As to what effect her attacks would have, it was as yet unknown.

All in all, Wu Kong’s fight looked pretty serious.

Elliot frowned and prepared to blink in to save his Lightning Apostle.

However, what happened next simply blew his mind away.

Wu Kong roared mightily and smashed his Ancestral grade rod at the net that was flung at him.

Instead of covering Wu Kong with it, the net actually tensed for a quick second before splintering into pieces!

Wu Kong whirled his rod around and swung it in a savage wide arc. A loud cracking sound was unexpectedly produced as it was sweeping through the empty space!

“Oof!” The third Emperor who had disappeared earlier immediately materialized as Wu Kong’s powerful Darklight infused attack blew him out of his stealth and cut his lifespan in half with just one critical hit.

Wu Kong continued to whirl his rod around as though he was performing a martial arts exhibition on stage.

However, as Elliot paid closer attention to Wu Kong, he could hear very lightly that his rod was actually producing very light ch! ch! Sounds every time it swung this way and that way!

Elliot glanced at the beautiful Empress who was at that moment spinning and waving her fan even more furiously than before.

True enough, the expression on her face was growing uglier and uglier by the second. Whatever she was trying to do, Wu Kong was totally and completely foiling it.

“What the hell are you?” The first Emperor shouted with an expression that was as ugly as the Empress’.

Wu Kong couldn’t be bothered to answer him. He gave out one last mighty roar and smashed his rod down in the direction of the Empress!

Paa!

Blood splurted out of her beautiful mouth as she was sent flying backwards.

“Enough! Unleash your dark transformations!” The burly Emperor ordered.

Elliot’s eyes gleamed with greed as soon as he heard that order. Dark transformations? Good! More Death Energy for him!

He had fully upgraded his system and his Purgatory Fire Energy at that moment, and so had Jessica. But he still needed them for Jennifer, and later on, for whoever he decide to raise to be his comrades. He might even give them to the two blue dragons.

Whatever the case, he needed more of those things, and for these eight Emperors to so generously “gift” them to him was no less of a boon than those he received from his Diamond Sponsors!

He glanced at the other four Emperors that were battling Frosty and Rom. All four of them hadn’t unleashed their dark transformations yet, and both his beasts seemed to be coping with the fight very easily.

In fact, he could see that Frosty had actually somehow landed a vicious strike at one of her enemies!

Rom’s battle was roughly even, and none of them had been able to significantly injure their opponent (s).

Wu Kong’s enemies were instantly shrouded with black armor from head to toe.

Like Divine Fighter which Elliot had defeated earlier, the stealthy Emperor had a summoner type transformation. But it seemed to be a slightly weaker version as instead of a vast myriad of monsters appearing, only insect-types appeared out of the space cracks.

Elliot immediately dismissed them as fodder.

He shifted his attention to the other Emperors.

The burly leader and the dwarf had physique enhancing types which saw them grow immensely powerful but in different ways.

The burly Emperor grew into a massive five-meter tall giant with muscles bulging muscles that the Living Armor accentuates so very clearly. If Elliot had to name that Dark Transformation, he would definitely call it “Brute Force.”

The dwarf didn’t change in size. However, Elliot clearly sensed that his body had more than quadrupled in density, and the dark energy that emanated from him was much sharper and much more dangerous than the burle Emperor’s.

If the burly Emperor was a hammer, then the dwarf Emperor was definitely a needle.

However, mighty as they seemed, Elliot was confident that Wu Kong could deal with them easily.

It was the Empress at the rear that actually worried Elliot.

Her dark transformation had absolutely no effect on her. Even her Living Armor disappeared after showing itself for a quick moment.

Her ugly expression had turned suspiciously serene at that moment and she had even more suspiciously put away her fan. In fact, Elliot were to see her this way in a non-violent setting, he would have thought that she was merely a harmless and elegant looking lady that was completely devoid of killing intent!

A wise man once said, three things a wise man should fear. The sea in a storm, a night with no moon, and the anger of a gentle man. Well in that particular case, the anger of a gentle woman.

“First that strange invisible attack. And now this. Just what exactly is her power?” Elliot wondered.

Wu Kong faced the suddenly vastly stronger than before Emperors and smiled.

“Finally. You are all worthy to see the skill that I had gained upon wearing this set of Ancestral Grade armor.” He rumbled in his deep voice.

“A skill! His Ancestral Grade armor actually bestowed a skill to him!” Elliot smiled at the pleasant surprise. “Hohoho. That monkey truly knew how to keep a secret. If he wasn’t fighting against four Emperors, I don’t even know when I’ll find out about the skill!”

“This skill is named after my father. Strike Of The Great Mountain Sage That Rivals The Heavens!” Wu Kong roared and took a simple step forward while pushing his rod out in a seemingly simple thrust.
