Red energy erupted with Legolas at the center.
His eyes were closed in concentration.
His long hair blew as the red energy induced wind around him. He seemed like a Warlock in the process of unleashing a dark curse at this moment as red energy flooded his body even as they flowed under his control.
Seeing this, a certain Emperor's consciousness' eyes gleamed.
Emperor Gustacus Dodomaniac was excited.
With his eyes closed, Legolas began to feel a new energy flowing from him.

His green Summoner energy, his mental energy that already morphed into a white color with time during this training and finally, his corrosive red temporal energy that seemed to be the most potent of the 3.
These 3 distinct energies formed a unique synergy inside him.
The red temporal energy flowed in an anti-clockwise manner inside his body while the white mental energy flowed in a clockwise manner.
This formed something like the yin and yang fish in mythology.
As for his Summoner energy, this special energy settled in the middle of the other 2 flowing energies like it was the leader, the boss.
Summoner energy was Legolas' core.

Legolas' eyes finally snapped open again after what felt like a millennia.
There was a special gleam in his eyes as he observed his body.
This change in his energies also affected him physically.
His body was now sturdier than ever before.
Seeing the game interface notifications, he grinned.
He felt like screaming in joy.
His health points increased again by a whooping 100,000 points.
Compared to the normal Grade B+ Pugilist, his health points were already on a whole other league of its own. At this point, he already shed the scales of the weaknesses of the Summoner path already.
This was his Calamity path.
This was the Calamity path of the maverick.

Yet, the Calamity path was not complete yet.

Instantly after Legolas activated the beast plane summoning active ability, the portal to the beast plane opened as a random wolf under Akela came.
Instantly after this wolf came, his new ability triggered.

Red energy erupted and time froze.
Everything in this floor of the palace where he sat training froze.
From the wolf, to the sand outside in the desert, everything froze in time.
The Titan Immortals also froze in time but Legolas could tell that with the energy programmed in them, they could break from it if the need called for it.
Apart from this, he also observed something else.
'It can grow even stronger'.
'If I pump more temporal energy into it…, it's potency can either increase or its range will increase'.
He remembered the game interface notification.
'Damn! I can potentially affect a region of 10 kilometers with this ability!' He was losing it.
He did not stop at this though, his eyes flickered mischievously.

One moment, Legolas accessed his inventory as the pitch-black Obsidian Spear appeared then the next moment, he turned and threw the spear.
He threw this spear straight at Aodon as he grinned.
This Titan Immortal's eyes flickered in shock.
Before it could react though…

Powerful temporal energy erupted.
Legolas grimaced, he lost 20% of his total temporal energy immediately as all this energy were absorbed by the Obsidian Spear, then…
BOOM!
The airspace shook.
This spear was accelerated through time so fast that it attained a speed where it seemed to cut through space!
In an instant, it already met its target.
BOOM…!
Aodon's shoulder was blasted into oblivion from one hit!
This was while Legolas refrained from using any of his self-created abilities on it to amplify its power.
This was ridiculous.
He looked at his hand, then he grinned. "This is power…!"
Seeing his reaction, Emperor Gustacus Dodomaniac burst out laughing.
"HAHAHAHAHA…!"
"Good job, Legolas". This Emperor laughed heartily.
"You truly are a worthy successor to me".
"By learning temporal control; pause, you are already in line to learn some of my best and most badass temporal abilities that the world feared during a certain period".
"And with acceleration, you have taken an even bigger step".
This Emperor puffed with pride. "I am proud of your achievements".
"All you need is more time and practice and you will easily learn the ability that is associated with the opposite of the concept of acceleration, you will learn the temporal ability of deceleration".
"By then, combined with your current power, I find it hard to imagine a super of your grade that will be able to fight you toe to toe, except me…" This old Emperor zoned out as he seemed to remember his glory days of old.
Legolas smiled then he bowed respectfully. "Thank you master".
Emperor Gustacus Dodomaniac only smiled.
Finally, Legolas looked at the corpse of the Emperor. Compared to when he just came here, the corpse was no longer fresh, it was now emaciated.
Noticing where his gaze fixed on, the Emperor's consciousness continued. "I am impressed, I never expected you to sap the corpse of so much energy".
"You already ate into the inheritance of my next candidate". He laughed. "Well, since its due to your incredible talent, I won't penalize you".
Legolas ignored the corpse and clenched his fists again as he felt his current power. He was different from when he just came to Planet Gorr.
It was just 3 new abilities but they completely changed him in a fundamental manner, Legolas was at least 3 times more powerful than when he just arrived in this hidden space-pocket world.
He grinned. 'Again, my training was successful'.
A concerned expression came over his face though as he remembered something, he looked at the emperor. "How much time did I take?"
The Titan Emperor looked at him. "I told you that time is under my control, it is part of my preparations to make your inheritance convenient".
"You spent 129 years to comprehend these concepts of time, but…"
Hearing the first part of this sentence, Legolas felt his heart skip a beat but on hearing but, he calmed down and listened.
"Time inside this shield is altered, your 129 years inside the shield is just a year and 2 weeks in the time of Planet Gorr".
"1 year and 2 weeks…!" Legolas' eyes widened as he rapidly did calculations in his head.
'That is roughly 2 months in the outside world'.
His face fell for a brief moment but he shrugged it off once he remembered how much he gained from here, he could compensate for anything later.
By now, the Titan Emperor's consciousness that attended to Legolas was already fading having expended the majority of its allocated power already.
The Titan Emperor looked at Legolas. "You are my first disciple after my death..," He paused. "Carry on the legacy of the powers of time".
After that, the shield started wobbling.
It was time to leave, but…
CRACK!
Legolas was startled, he inclined his head to look and he was shocked.
A large crack just tore through the middle of the corpse of the Titan Emperor.
Legolas' eyes widened. 'That is the corpse of a Grade S Titan!'
'Power that can tear it in one blow…!'

The crack enlarged.
The Titan Emperor's consciousness' eyes widened. "What?!"
Then it heard a familiar voice.
"HAHAHAHAHA…!"
"HEHEHEHE…!"
"Long time no see, Gustacus".
Hearing the deep tone of this voice, Legolas felt goosebumps.
This was beyond him.
Speculations flew wildly in his mind. 'Who is this?!
