After the battle of Planet Kronic Beam Ring, for the next few weeks, Nak State experienced a period of relative peace as they recovered from the attacks.

The Nak Admirals drafted their full focus on protecting their territories.

After the death of one of the Admirals, none of them no longer dared to be complacent, they gave their best to fulfilling the orders of the President.

President Dunk did not just want his territories to recover, he also wanted them to be better prepared for any subsequent attacks from the Beast Coalition.

All the planets close to the borders of Nak territory reinforced their defenses.

Higher quality planetary defense measures were made using cutting-edge knowledge as the Nak State burned through a large amount of money and resources. They cooperated with Ackermann State for peak efficiency.

While these happened, unrest did not leave some of the rural planets.

The gospel of the Beast King was already broadcasted to all beasts.

Despite the incredible effects of the first raid, there was no realistic way that the Beast King would have been able to rescue every single enslaved beast so easily. This was a custom spanning across an entire star system.

During all these years, an uncountable number of beasts were enslaved.

Millions of beasts were still in slavery and they now induced unrest.

In some rural planets, the beasts directly started a rebellion.

Though most of them were yet to gain sentience, they were incredibly intelligent and the words of the Beast King pushed out their radical traits.

The words of the Beast King seemed to have a brainwashing effect.

These effects made them forget their fear of the higher races as they rebelled against them, causing a great amount of destruction while forfeiting their lives.

Pushed on by these traits, they wreaked havoc.

The period that followed in Nak State was called the Nightmare of Unrest.

Dispatching elite Nak navy squads into the planets to curb the effects of these beasts, the situation stabilized a bit for one more week.

A few weeks later, the Beast Coalition struck again.

This time, the raid was led by one of the still mysterious Beast Priests of the Beast Coalition who called himself the Watcher Priest. This Nightmare Owl led an army of beasts to cause a lot of destruction across 3 planets.

While all these happened, Legolas locked himself up in a library.

He was focused on reading books and learning their knowledges.

Inside the library, he felt himself cut off from the world.

He was able to keep full focus in the library.

After the raid of the Watcher Priest, the duration of peace that followed this time was longer than most. A month later, the Beast Coalition struck again.

This time, there was a single Beast Priest, the Devourer Shark again.

The Devourer Priest caused a lot of damage, breaking through the reinforced planetary defense measures with relative ease but what followed after was not easy, one of the stationed Nak Admirals reacted immediately.

As soon as the Beast Priest made an appearance, he was notified.

This Nak Admiral arrived in less than 2 minutes to see a great amount of destruction but like expected, this planet was nowhere close to being destroyed.

The planet was not kidnapped either, which meant that their special ability to cut and even swallow entire planets had a weakness after all.

With the Admiral's arrival, the situation was stabilized.

The Admiral barely had an advantage but that was it, the Devourer Shark still gave him a good fight before being forced to retreat.

Time moved fast.

In no time, it was already 6 months.

The Beast Coalition struck again.

This time, another stationed Nak Admiral was around to intercept one of the Beast priests under the Destruction Priest, the Berserker Turtle.

This angry Turtle wreaked havoc, dealing a lot of damage and destroying everything around it as it remained unstoppable. It could not kill the Nak Admiral, it didn't have the firepower but the Nak Admiral could also not kill it.

As this dragged a lot of attention to it, something else happened.

This attack by the Turtle Priest was just a bluff for attention.

The real attack was on another planet, Planet Maxum.

3 Beast Priests attacked this time. The Wolf Priest, the Speedster Wolf; the Scarlet Macaw, the Storm Priest; and the Goldfish, the War Priest.

The combination of these monsters instantly made the atmosphere gloomy.

Planet Maxum was about to have a black day taint its history.

While all these happened, inside the national library of the Nak Navy located in the Presidential Villa, a certain warrior sat cross-legged focusing on a book.

Legolas's brows were furrowed as he focused on his mind.

Sitting cross-legged inside this library, Legolas was seen holding a book as he focused on only that, reading at the normal pace of a Grade B Super with a priority on the intelligence stat, if only they knew.

Legolas' plan coming here 6 months ago was different than they thought.

Entering this library, the first thing that he did was to pick a special book that taught about an ability that he already read about before coming here.

This special ability enabled him to create doppelgangers.

He could create a maximum of 10 doppelgangers at a time.

This was all Legolas needed.

With his main body seated on the ground, focused on one book for hours, his doppelgangers walked round this humungous library, seemingly looking for more interesting books as they simply skimmed their hands through books.

While they did this, his game interface lit up with notifications like mad.

Legolas remained locked inside this library for 6 months!

This was because of the sheer amount of knowledge that was entering his head, he never had a moment to think of food or boredom.

In just 6 months, he already assimilated knowledge that most Supers could spend up to 5 decades just reading. This was the advantage and importance of his game interface that no other Super enjoyed.

This was the reason for his rapid rise to power.

This was his real cheat code in this world.

After 6 months of doing nothing but just assimilating knowledge and meditating on them, Legolas' quest to find his Calamity Path was already becoming far clearer than it was 6 months ago.

After reading hundreds of books that spoke on the Calamity Path taken by Summoners in the Nak State, he already understood how it worked.

There were 4 popular and well-known Calamity Path for Summoners.

The Shepherd Path.

The Beast Combatant Path which was the one that Christensen embarked on after being encouraged by him years ago.

The Diamond-Beast Body Path.

And the last of them, the Path of the Grandmaster.

Years ago as a Shepherd Summoner, Legolas already started embarking on the path of the Shepherd. He expanded as he made Akela and Bran take beasts under their wings, this led to their current massive beast army.

This path favored the sheer quantity of beasts to overwhelm opponents.

Most Summoners in the Calamity Grade favored this path.

The Beast Combatant Path required a Summoner to put his full focus on all 4 of his contracted beasts, building their synergy and power to the highest extent possible since they would be his only options in battle.

They were like warriors, after fusing with their beasts, they create battle techniques and skills that could massively amplify their powers in battle.

A lot of Summoners in Nak State embarked on this path.

As for the Diamond-Beast Body Path, it was a path that fully focused on maximizing the power of the Final Form transformation.

It was focused on aggressively increasing the power of the final transformation, creating such a sturdy and powerful body that with sheer power alone, a Summoner could steamroll through most opponents in battle.

As for the last path, it was the rarest of them all, the Path of the Grandmaster.

Only Summoners that were also Grandmaster Beast Tamers could embark on this path, it explained why few Summoners took it.

It focused on increasing the number of your tamed beasts, powerful beasts that can follow you in battle and aid your victory. Like the Beast Combatant path, it also focused on a Summoner and his beasts creating techniques and skills.

It was like a combination of Beast Taming and the Beast Combatant path.

It was the strongest path by a mile but yet, Legolas's path was not this.

His theorized path was not a true Path of the Grandmaster, his powerful body that was caused by his Supreme Talents changed the equation.

Legolas had to create an entirely new path that was a combination of the Path of the Grandmaster and a path like the Diamond-Beast Body Path.

It was not compulsory but like the books said, a better foundation gave more power after getting to the Calamity Grade and Legolas wanted this.

His only problem was that he could not create it yet.

After months of reflecting, he got his answer. 'I need inspiration!'

'I need stimulation!'

Blink!

His eyes snapped open; his phone finally rang after 6 months.

He was needed.
