He looked at everyone present. "You and I know how terrifying of a power that is, we can't afford to mindlessly antagonize these beasts".
"We would suffer far too much".

"That Golden Langur that unleashed that unreal attack, the Snow Monkey who called himself the Primate Priest, and the Doom Cow who calls himself the Destruction Priest, it is clear that they are on a whole other level of their own".
"There is no way a power of this level can be groomed right underneath our noses without us noticing for years".
His eyes narrowed as he looked at Elyon. "It's clear that they have outside help which makes it more paramount that we thread carefully".
"First, I think we should relent to their demands, disband every beast consortium where beasts are being enslaved to let them have their way".
"Let them take all the beasts that they can".
"If they leave, fine. If they don't leave, fine, we would have bought ourselves some time to prepare for their comeback".
"During this time, what I want is information about them".
"Our combined power can do a lot. We have a lot of information channels, there is no way they can stay hidden, let's find as much information about them as possible to plan a proper way to counter them".
Elyon nodded. "I agree, that is the most logical thing to do".
President Dunk grinned. "I like you more than Dominic already".

Hours later, when it was already late at night, the Shelter Priest and his companions finally disappeared, taking a ton of beasts with them.

They arrived at a region of space deep and far away from colonized space.
There, the Shelter Priest stopped.
All the Beast Priests of the Beast Coalition gathered at this very moment.
President Dunk was right, there were more than 20 Beast Priests and every single one of them was a powerhouse in his/her own right.
Below, the hundreds of millions of rescued beasts cheered.
"This is just the start". The Beast King spoke.
"For long, we have been spurned, persecuted, and brutalized".
"No longer will we live under their arrogant footprints".
"For once, we shall be independent".
"An Empire does not need the approval of others to start, all it needs is our approval and we have it". His eyes gleamed. "Today, I decree the establishment of the Beast Empire".
"And I am your Emperor".
Roars and cheers erupted from the beasts.
"This is just the start". He repeated. "We will expand and grow stronger".
"We will not stop till everyone of our brothers is saved".
Amid the explosive roars of the beasts, the Golden Langur whispered into his ear. "He is here".
Without saying a word, the Beast King waved one last time at the hundreds of millions of beasts before him before turning to leave.
