Seated cross-legged in the middle of his cabin in the Legolas Baron, Legolas hesitated as he looked at the apple tattoo on his wrist.
'It's been just a little more than a month but it feels like forever since I've been there'. He sighed before tapping the tattoo.
Bzzz!
Legolas's body disappeared out of the warship.
As soon as Legolas arrived in the gray world, he felt back in the familiar confines of this Special Developer Package as instantly, all the stress on his body and his still pent-up emotions relaxed instantly.
He yawned. "I'm missed here man; it truly feels like forever".
On arriving, a familiar face was waiting for him.
Aaron stood before him with his hands folded. "Welcome back, I thought you forgot about me and the gray world for a moment".
Legolas chuckled as he looked at this old Elementalist.
"My man!" He hailed him. "Don't be like this, you know me more than everyone else, heck you literally live inside one of my greatest secrets".
With a poker look on his face, Aaron kept his hands folded. "I'm so disappointed, I thought you really forgot about the gray world, I've been thinking of playing the Hermit for some time".
Legolas' eyes widened. "Really?"
"Yeah".
"Then do it".
"Huh?"
"Do it!" Legolas laughed. "You have no idea how draining playing as the Hermit was at the beginning, I'll be glad if you can play it on my behalf, I'm serious".

Aaron silently looked at this Summoner.
"You're really one weird son of a b*tch, you're serious?"
"Yeah".
"No". Aaron waved his hands with resolution. "Forget it, it's a drag".
Legolas laughed. "So, how has life been in the gray world?"
"Forget that". Aaron stared at him. "I've lived centuries before almost dying in the war that led to me being trapped here, but in all my years, I can still say that what you went through ranks at the very top of my most thrilling encounters".
"I can't believe you survived being sucked by the Underworld".
"My gosh! You're a true survivor. At this point, I don't know if it's plain luck or you're just that good".
"I'm just that good". Legolas laughed.
Aaron ignored his shamelessness as he continued. "The Demon Lord is widely regarded as one of the most notorious Beyond Grade A's in the Universe, and his Universal Treasure is even more notorious".
"Getting caught by it and surviving is a tale you can tell for a lifetime".
Aaron materialized chairs for both of them. "Tell me, how did you recover your memories and how did you feel when you understood your situation?"
Legolas did not answer that, he instead caught onto something. "You were aware when I died and was trapped in the Underworld?"
"Yes, why?"

Legolas froze as numerous thoughts went through his brain, he stared intensely at Aaron as he rushed closer and grabbed his shoulders and shoved him for answers. "What happened to the gray world after I died?"
Aaron looked at him with resignation that said this human's 5-minute madness already started. "Nothing happened, it remained the same".
"Huh?" Legolas was surprised. 'Does that mean it's really not bound to me and that another person can inherit the gray world if I die?'
'Damn, that's reasonable but disappointing'.
He stared at Aaron again. "Tell me, when I died, you said you witnessed it all, did you have the ability to interfere to save me?"
"Ahh…" Aaron slapped his head like he just remembered something.
His face turned serious as he looked at Legolas. "I was indeed able to observe you like usual even in death, but unlike normal, I could not interfere".
"This drove me to a conclusion". His eyes narrowed. "The Underworld was able to partially negate the powers of the gray world which says one thing".
He looked at Legolas who already arrived at the same conclusion.
"The gray world is a Universal Treasure!" Legolas blurted out.
"Yes". Aaron nodded. "But not just that, I think it is a higher-quality Universal Treasure or it's powers would have been completely negated by the Underworld".
"…!"
Legolas was shocked. "Are you saying that I had a Universal Treasure that is stronger than the Underworld all along?"
Aaron shrugged.
'…!'
Legolas did not speak; all the bombs went off in his mind.
When he finally calmed down, he looked at Aaron again. "The gray world!"
"After every breakthrough, I was able to see more of it and unlock more of its powers. I have not explored it since I became a Grade B Summoner".
Aaron nodded. "I would have reminded you of that, and yes, you're right, more of the gray world has opened up".
Excitement filled Legolas' body as he could not wait to see more.
Before going deeper into the gray world though, he paid attention to the first and most obvious difference in the mist-filled chamber where he held his gray world gathering, there was another gray mist ball now pulsing.
'Another spot for a new member'. He was excited.
Not paying too much attention to the gray ball for now, with Aaron leading the way, he walked deeper into the gray world.
This time, the path was much clearer to him, the thickness of the mist already reduced even further compared to when he was a Grade C Super.
Now, he could tell that he was walking through the long corridor of a Spaceship. He could see the faint silhouettes of doors at both sides of the corridor as he walked but the gray mist blocked them, he could not access them.
Only the door at the end of this corridor was accessible to him.
Once Legolas was close, he opened the door without hesitation.
Again, Legolas arrived in the familiar room, his eyes widened. "It really is a Spaceship cabin".
Unlike the previous time, the room was now fully accessible to him, there were no remnants of gray mist filling the room this time.
Nothing new appeared in the room though, apart from the bed, the chairs, and the nutrient pack box that was at the corner, the room was still plain.
The table remained intact, including the letter that he read long ago.
The only difference was the 5 virtual screens connected to Super Computers that hovered before one of the chairs in this room. The difference was that, unlike before, one of the virtual screens was now activated.
Like he expected, the letter was written in English Language.
'No wonder Aaron was unable to get any information to tell me'.
'Maximus is really cautious'.
Taking a step closer even as the excitement started bubbling in him, he finally raised his hand to operate the virtual screen.
[BEEP!]
[Human activity detected, rebooting…, please wait…]
5 seconds later, the virtual screen lit up with white light.
[Congratulations! You're finally a Grade B Super, you're closer to the truth, we really need the assistance of another Earthling!]
Legolas caught onto that, he paid more attention and like he expected, the next parts of this letter confirmed his thoughts.
[You didn't read wrong buddy, yes, I finally met the 1st Reincarnator!]
[I'm so excited man, his name is George, he said he was part of the technical unit that was responsible for regulating the graphics quality.]

After reading the virtual letter, Legolas sat on the chair as he relaxed and let all his troubles float away from his mind like the wind.
He took a deep breath, he felt refreshed. "I will meet you someday".
