The news came like a bombshell.
It could be summarized into 3 simple phrases.

The whole Keane household was petrified after hearing the news.
Apparently, a secret organization called the Clown Society whose member plotted the death of their father and husband had taken their time organizing in the dark for a decade like this to announce their emergence.
After decades of careful planning by the Clown, the Clown Society was able to plant their roots across every corner of Planet Darvis.
And today, all the secret roots were finally activated.
Across all corners of the planet, hidden bases of the Clown Society were activated and they all targeted the leaders of the various shelters.
By using the special Element Bomb that was personally created by the Clown, the psychopaths were able to push their target locations into a great panic, leaving the leaders of these locations as vulnerable as possible in the process.
In their most vulnerable state, they finally attacked.
Approximately 40 leaders of various shelters like Governor Bam were reported to have died to the great planet-wide terrorist attack.
This great terrorist act sent ripples of shock across the planet, drawing a lot of attention in the process. The terrorists did not hide their identity, as they killed, they revealed their identity and also their motive to the world.
"We are the Clown Society".
"Sent to liberate this world of the order that is destroying it".
"From today, we say no to the order of leaders, Governors, and politics. We shall no longer be oppressed by the whims of someone who calls himself a leader".
"From today, we declare death to all leaders!"
"From today, we declare violence on the world!"
"From today, we welcome chaos back!"
"All hail chaos!"
This seemed to be their anthem as across the planet, this anthem reigned wherever the Clown Society struck and was successful.
In just a day, this secret organization that was previously unknown to the whole world was able to send the whole world into a great panic.
Humans already had the beasts of the apocalypse to worry about and was why they were holed up in their shelters. With the emergence of the Clown Society, fear rose to a new peak unlike before across Planet Darvis.
The Blue Scale Prefecture was among the few locations where the Clown Society attack was unsuccessful. When the citizens heard that the psychopaths originally intended to attack here also, they were petrified in fear.
Governor Bam became busy as he gave a lot of effort to pacifying the citizens while also employing measures to bolster the defense of the prefecture.
The Keane household was no different. Once they heard the news, in their panic, Mrs. Keane did not hesitate to bolster the defense of their mansion also.
In the end, it was Legolas who pacified them.
After pacifying them, Legolas intended to finally leave the Keane household having fulfilled his motive for coming here but they insisted that he stayed for at least a few days till the panic of the Clown Society subsided.
Legolas originally wanted to politely reject them but on being urged by Sophia, he softened and decided to stay a bit.
After here, he really didn't have anywhere going and needed some planning before he decided on his next course of action.
3 days later, after working hard to pacify the panicking citizens, Governor Bam finally became free enough to visit his friend who was recovering.
On the same day that Governor Bam visited, Mr. Keane's eldest son, Richard Keane who was in the military also returned home.
Richard was part of a regiment that belonged to the Pugilist Academy.
Though most of the family was furious at him, most especially his younger brother Jackson, they all suppressed their grievances and welcomed him home.
After seeing his recovering father with the Governor, both finally returned to the dining room where a feast was already served.
Richard paid special attention to the strange face. "Who's the newcomer?"
From his authoritative tone, it was clear already that apart from Mr. Keane, he was the most authoritative in the household. Once he asked, Sophia answered.
"He's my friend".
Despite his authoritative tone, Richard seemed like a nice guy as he refrained from prying into Legolas's privacy, he instead tried to befriend him and Legolas reciprocated with a smile and polite replies.
"I can see that you're a Grade E Summoner, impressive".
"Thanks".
"I heard you are the one who foiled the plans of the so-called Clown Society, you should be properly rewarded".
Legolas smiled politely. "The Governor did most of the work".
"Hahaha, how can you say that Legolas?" Governor Bam's loud voice reverberated. "You're clearly the hero here, take all the credit brother".
"You saved my close friend and my prefecture; I'm forever indebted to you. If you ever need anything, just say it and I will do my best to help".
"Thank you, Governor".
For the next few minutes as they ate, they engaged in idle chatter as Richard properly established himself as a humble and polite personality to Legolas.
After the dinner, Legolas finally made his intention to leave known.
This time, they could not stop him as he already spent 3 days here. Richard and the Governor expressed their gratitude one last time before letting him leave.
Sophia escorted Legolas outside where he got to remind her. "Don't forget tomorrow, the gathering starts at 5pm".
"Yes, I won't forget, I can't forget the Hermit's favor".
"He saved my father's life by sending you, I am forever grateful for this".
Legolas smiled at her politely before finally turning to leave.
As he left, a lot of things lingered in his mind. In the past 3 days, as the terrorist attacks continued, apart from trying to dig more information about the Clown Society, he also tried to meet the players.
The strange thing though was that the players seemed to avoid the Blue Scale prefecture, wanting to meet them influenced his decision to leave now.
The Clown Society, Planet Darvis, and even the game world of Dominator as a whole did not matter to him as much as his curiosity to know the secret behind his reincarnation.
Though he already knew that he needed more strength to get the deeper secrets, he still felt that he would discover much by meeting a player.
Having sent his beasts to the beast plane already, Legolas casually walked through the Blue Scale prefecture. After a few minutes of walking, he paused and cleaned his eyes as he spotted something familiar upfront.
He spotted a chatterbox.
"HOLY SH*T! This stupid necklace costs 100,000 Darvis Credits?"
This blonde-haired young man placed his hands on his hips exaggeratedly as he glared at the merchant. "You want to scam me? Why not go rob a bank then?"
"It's not that young man…"
As the merchant tried to placate him, the young man left arrogantly as he looked at other jewelry stalls in the large market. A few seconds later, his eyes lit up as he saw a beautiful golden wristwatch reflecting the shine of the sun.
"Welcome young customer, that is a special magnetic gold wristwatch".
"It would only cost young customer 500,000 Darvis credits".
"…"
The young man blinked, stunned. "The heck!"
He pointed at a more luxurious wristwatch. "What of that?"
"It goes for only 1 million…"
"F*ck me sideways…! Manchester f*cking united!"
He soon sneaked away out of the market with tears and rage in his eyes. "What an expensive jewelry market".
A distance away, Legolas watched this young man with sparkling eyes because of the special pop-up that hovered above his head, indicating that this blonde-haired young man was not an NPC but a player.
