'Till date, I have no idea if I can revive like the players if I die'.
This was also a mystery of his reincarnation that Legolas was yet to crack. Though in his previous world, he had seen animes like Re:Zero, the fear of death just could not let him try it out as an experiment.
And definitely, he had no intentions of trying it out now.
This was why he was giving his best to tip the scales of the upcoming Cosmic Cataclysm in their favor. 'I can't afford to die, there's still so much that I'm yet to do, I'm yet to even meet any fellow earthling that was reincarnated'.
This was why he decided to meet Heimdall.
Looking at this Shadow Elementalist, he made his decision. "There is something that I want to introduce you to".
Heimdall paid attention as his mood improved on hearing that.
"I know you've always wondered how I was able to bring Ella and John from an entirely different planet, now, I think you are ready to know more".
"His Excellency the Hermit has deemed you worthy to be a member of his galactic gathering, I personally vouched for you". Legolas smiled.
"It is my honor to be a part of his servanthood".
As a higher-up of the Nightmare Army, this was not Heimdall's first time hearing about the Hermit, the ruler of the gray world. Having multiple higher-ups of the Nightmare Army as members let some information spill to him.
Heimdall was excited. 'Finally, my efforts are being repaid'.
He decided to become Legolas' subordinate because he recognized that this was his chance to break his limits, and to him, this was a promising sign.
As soon as Heimdall agreed, everything else was simple.
After telling him to sit down cross-legged in meditation with closed eyes, Legolas secretly pressed the gray apple tattoo on his wrist.

When his sight adjusted, he was back in the gray world.
"Welcome back, Legolas".
Legolas smiled. "It's nice to see you Aaron".
"How has life been for you in here for the past few weeks?"
"Tense". Aaron chuckled. "You know, feeling through your senses is sometimes not really ideal, it's almost traumatic. Your stress and tension for the past few days has rubbed off on me, I am so worked up right now".
"Putting that aside though, I'm hyped".
"I can't wait to get my new body".
Legolas smiled. "Don't worry, he is an elite, he will make it worth the wait".
"So, him, you want to make him the newest member of the gathering?"
"Yes". Legolas' face turned grave.
Since reincarnating into this world and coming to terms with it, Aaron has consistently been the only person that Legolas was comfortable with telling all his secrets since the Elementalist already knew most of his secrets.
He told Aaron about his discovery.
Aaron was predictably shocked. "Even with my vast experience, I'm not sure I've seen a beast with parasitic abilities of this level".
"This Space Bug is a highly evolved one". His face also turned grave.
"What I want to ask is…" Legolas paused. "Bringing Heimdall to the gray world will enable me to see through him. If one of the parasites is in him, will the gray world be able to suppress it?"
"…" Aaron was surprised.
"Is that even a question? Of course, it will".
Legolas no longer hesitated, he pulled at the pulsing gray ball.

As soon as Legolas arrived, having created a doppelganger already, he first addressed a stunned Heimdall with the persona of the Hermit.
Feeling the powerful energy and suppression, Heimdall submitted completely. 'So it's this existence that aided the Army Commander's rapid rise?'

Heimdall became only the 2nd NPC to know about the real nature of the parasite that was released by the Bug Conqueror.
"I need your help to stalk Champion Onana".
"According to the evidence that I currently have, the parasite will most likely only truly act up when the host is alone or in a state of rest".
"With my abilities, stalking Champion Onana alone is impossible".
"I'll borrow Brutus from Christensen and together, I intend to stalk Champion Onana. We need to confirm that he is not infected, and if our conclusion is positive, we need to capture and investigate the parasite in the immortal".
"What if our conclusion is negative?" Heimdall asked.
Legolas paused. "Then we simply hope for the best".

Instantly after Champion Onana retired for the night after a long day of construction work in the mechanic workshop, 3 powerhouses stalked him home.
Through these abilities from Brutus and Heimdall, despite being a Grade B Powerhouse, Onana's senses and instincts were mostly dulled as he could not pick up the presence of his 3 stalkers.

Throughout the night, Legolas stayed awake watching him, not once in the night did a parasite come out and not once did Onana's name become red.
After a long night, morning finally came.
Legolas heaved a sigh of relief. "He is clean".
As soon as Brutus and Heimdall deactivated their abilities in exhaustion, Champion Onana's eyes snapped open as he looked at them.
His face turned weird. "What's this?"
Legolas stood up. "I have something to tell you, it's important".
A few minutes later, Champion Onana's face also turned grave. "That makes everyone apart from 3 of us suddenly look far more suspicious".
This Mechanic was having a headache. "The Cataclysm is yet to start yet we're being pushed this far to the edge already, troubling times are ahead".
He turned to look at Legolas. "So, what's your next step?"
"We capture, interrogate, confiscate the parasite and study it".
"We need to know more about our enemy, that's the way to beat it".
"Also, from what little I've learned about the parasite, I believe that the one we killed was the main parasite but during it's stay in Planet Darvis, it must have birthed more parasites to take in it's steed".
"I believe that after the death of the main, the others are isolated".
"If we do it right, we can sniff them out without alerting our main enemy".
"The direction of the Cataclysm rests in our arms".
