They achieved the impossible!
All the Grade C Superhumans present experienced different emotions ranging from ecstasy to disbelief, to shock, then to awe.
For the 2nd time in 6 years, they felt that they were witnessing history.
All of them looked at the Grade B Mechanic who now laid on the ground in a pool of his own blood, they felt like they were dreaming. It was just too good to be true, they dared not believe it.
Then they looked at the hero of this war.
'Legolas'. The same thoughts went through their head.
Instantly, all of them had a recollection of Legolas' words.
A few hours ago…
As soon as Champion Onana made his debut on the battlefield, instantly turning the direction of the war on its head, President Shanks called a meeting and like expected, Legolas was at the head of the meeting.
Looking at all the warriors present; he narrated his plan.
"My plan is an extremely unconventional one…" He paused. "For it to succeed, we all need to put our complete trust on each other".
"Despite how incredulous it may seem, have full trust in me. Also, you need to have full trust among yourselves".
"Believe that everyone can fulfill his role perfectly, this is the only way that the plan can work. Any glitch and we'll fail, and you know failure mean defeat".
"This is the cataclysm; defeat is not an option for us".
"Here is the plan…"
He explained the concept of the sub planes and higher planes of the Beast Plane, including the Guardian Beasts and the Guardian Komodo Dragon.
"The Guardian Komodo Dragon will be the cornerstone of our plan".
"In single combat, none of us here have what it takes to fight a Guardian Beast and emerge victorious. Even together, our chances of emerging victorious in a fair battle is too low and is we need an unconventional plan".
"I'll call this phase of the plan the Oscars Performance Operation".
"All of you will give your all into fighting the Guardian Komodo Dragon following the detailed operation plan that I'll present to you. If you fulfill all your roles perfectly, you'll be able to push the Guardian Komodo Dragon to its limits".
"This will force it to utilize its sole Guardian Ability".
"When it is forced to do this, the plan is close to completion".
"As soon as it uses it's Guardian Ability, none of you will be able to resist, you will all be affected by the ability, including me who will remain in hiding during all this time, this is when the exciting part begins".
"All of you will allow me to beat the crap out of you on emergence".

Silence followed after Legolas indicated this part of the plan.
"All of you will lower your guards while trying your best to keep the Komodo Dragon ignorant, playing out a scenario that will make me seem like a Combat God so powerful that I can kill all of you with 1 blow each".
"I have an ability that will complement this part of the plan".
"In essence, the end goal is to make me seem larger than life".
"This is the most important part of the Oscars Performance Operation".
"If executed perfectly, I will be able to dominate the Guardian Komodo Dragon psychologically which will make the next part of my plan easier".
"I'll tame the Guardian Komodo Dragon".
"After the first phase of the plan is Operation Scaling Everest".
"After taming the Guardian Komodo Dragon, by this time, Blade would have fulfilled his part of the plan in keeping the enemy Champion isolated".
"This is when we will swoop in with the Guardian Komodo Dragon".
"We will fight the Grade B Mechanic and considering his incredulous power, I equate it to the difficulty of climbing the Everest barehanded".
He didn't bother explaining what his reference meant to them.
"I improvised this plan on the spot having known about the Guardian Komodo Dragon ahead of time. Its Guardian Ability is powerful, but it is at least 20 times more powerful when used against a Mechanic".
"Metals which is their greatest strength becomes their greatest bane when pitched against the incredible power of Hyper Magnetism".
"The Guardian Komodo Dragon will keep the enemy Champion trapped, then our part of the plan is to defeat him with our strongest abilities".
"This phase of the plan is the most delicate and dangerous".
"I have a detailed step to step procedure for it. It will start by Gorgon taking control of Absolute Zero and cutting off all rescue points to the enemy Champion through the millions of monsters in the Northern Continent".
"After that, we have a time limit of less than 3 minutes to defeat the enemy Champion. Any longer than that and complications may enter".
"I didn't say kill, I said defeat for a reason".
"After defeating him comes the last phase of the plan, Operation Testing Limits. We will have to test the conviction of the Nak General to see how important this enemy Champion is to them".
"After defeating him, we will threaten to kill him while telling them to surrender, this is the greatest gamble".
"If he is important enough, they'll surrender and we survive".
"But if he is not important enough…" He let their imagination simulate the consequences on their minds.
Fast-forward back to the present, they were all awed as Legolas' plan after much determination and effort played out exactly as he planned.
"Mission Impossible… Accomplished!" President Shanks muttered in awe.
'Legolas…, is a true genius!' They all acknowledged this genius again.
Still in his Blood Vampire form, Legolas stood beside the enemy Grade B Mechanic who laid in a pool of his own blood as he pointed his Positron Rifle at him. The muzzle of the Rifle glowed white as it gathered power.
He looked Onana straight in the eyes.
"Surrender!" His voice boomed.
Champion Onana looked Legolas in the eyes as different emotions went through his eyes. He felt sadness, he felt a huge sense of defeat, he felt disappointed in himself, and above all, he felt relief.
'At least, I didn't lose to Delzebub again'.
Despite the bitter taste of defeat in his mouth, he was still able to maneuver around it to find positivity, showing his mentality.
'Should I use Master's gifts?'
'No, I already lost, this kid beat me fair and square'.
'Besides, I feel ashamed to use master's gifts against a Super of a lower grade than me, master will literally just disown me'.
He sighed. 'Perhaps, learning from him is my key to defeat Delzebub'.
'Afterall, like master says, learning never ends, it does not discriminate between class, influence, or any of those complicated shenanigans'.
His eyes shone in understanding as a slight smirk of resignation briefly appeared on his face. 'Master, is this why you sent me here?'
'Did you send me here to teach me a lesson?'
"Surrender!" Legolas' voice boomed loudly again as he pointed the Positron Rifle closer to the head of this Grade B Mechanic.
Outwardly, he put on a heroic and extremely confident look on his face, while inside his mind, he was praying. 'Please surrender!'
'I am out of cards to play'.
'If you do something else, I don't think I can cope, please surrender'.
Champion Onana suddenly smiled. "I admire you, Legolas".
"I don't know how you did it, but I respect you as a warrior".
"You defeated me fair and square".
"I admit defeat". This part came out of his lips a little harder.
He suddenly looked to the skies at the struggling Nak Battleships, then he commanded. "Stand down!"
"Surrender".
"The Cataclysm…, is over".
