"If you are wondering, no, I didn't poison the tea. The chat group prohibits us from killing each other and even if it didn't, I can easily kill you without using poison."
Allen removed any doubts in Distere's mind of Allen poisoning the tea. Allen wouldn't resort to dirty tricks like that especially when he could just stop time and kill Distere if he was prohibited to do that.
And besides, killing Distere wouldn't provide him any benefits so even if the chat group allowed them to kill each other, Allen wouldn't kill Distere.

So not only was Supreme Cola a soft drink, but it was also a medicinal drink. Not to mention, its taste was far superior to other cola brands in Allen's world.
The manufacturing of the Supreme Cola was managed by the Supreme Manufacturer from time to time to ensure the quality of every batch of Supreme Cola was maintained.

Distere let out a burp after emptying the can of Supreme Cola in one go. He was clearly satisfied with what he drank as satisfaction was still present on his face.

Allen responded to Distere's question by creating a case of Supreme Cola under the table.
Distere replaced the empty can of cola with the new one. This time, Distere slowly drank the Supreme Cola to savor its taste.

Allen didn't lie when he answered Distere simply because he didn't have any reason to do so.
