Chapter 2015: Chapter 2018: We Have to Teach Him a Lesson!
"Pfft..." Zun Zun started laughing as he walked.
Wubai walked alongside him, "What’s up?"
"Damn, this jerk definitely didn’t know who Maimai was when he called me yesterday! Yet he said Maimai is my girlfriend, for god’s sake. What do you make of this? Is he messing with me?" Zun Zun shrugged off his jacket over one shoulder with one hand and slung the other arm around Wubai, displaying an utterly arrogant demeanor.
Wubai loosened his collar, "What do you mean?"
"Just yesterday, this bastard said there was a pretty girl he mistook for me, and he had to carry her to the bathroom. He even joked about taking care of my future sister-in-law for me." Zun Zun laughed as he spoke, "I wonder if they recognized each other yet. If they did, it’d be hilarious. I can’t wait to see their dumbfounded expressions."
"Sheng Sheng has never met Maimai." Over the years, they never showed Sheng Sheng a picture of Maimai, so if they bumped into each other, it wouldn’t be impossible for Maimai to mistake Sheng Sheng for Zun Zun.
"That’s why he didn’t know that girl is Maimai!" They reached the parking lot and got in the car, with Wubai driving and Zun Zun arranging the flight, racing toward the airport.
As Wubai drove, he said, "That guy’s really something. We even prepared a welcome party for him, and he takes Maimai on vacation!"
"Yeah, he’s a real piece of work! We absolutely need to teach him a lesson!" Maimai put down her phone and tried calling Sheng Sheng and Maimai again, but no one answered. Zun Zun smacked his lips, "Still playing hide and seek with me!"

"Hahaha, Brother Zun, I had so much fun today!" Maimai’s long, wavy hair fluttered in the wind as she clung to Sheng Sheng’s arm. The two of them returned to the hotel side by side, but as soon as they reached the entrance, they sensed something was off. There were quite a few people gathered there, several of them armed with cameras.
Maimai was hyper-sensitive to reporters and immediately stopped in her tracks, pulling Sheng Sheng back, "Brother Zun, there are reporters."
"So what about the reporters?" Sheng Sheng’s smile grew wider, "Oh, I forgot you’re a celebrity, the new little Selena."
"Brother Zun, don’t tease me!" Maimai playfully stuck out her tongue and hid behind Sheng Sheng, "Do you think they’ve spotted me?"
That wouldn’t be fun.
Sheng Sheng’s expression remained calm as he tightened his grip around her waist, "Follow me!"
Under Sheng Sheng’s lead, they easily dodged the reporters and fans waiting in the hotel lobby and entrance.
Once back in the room, Maimai hastily packed her things, "Brother Zun, let’s go, don’t bring anything from here."
She had just gained her freedom and had no intention of being caught by reporters and plunged back into an obscure life.
With a laid-back demeanor, Sheng Sheng watched her frantically fumble with her phone, shaking his head quietly: Is being a celebrity really that painful? If she doesn’t like it, she shouldn’t do it. Sneaking around like this, poor little thing, barely in her teens, why can’t she see another way and insists on this path?
Unable to resist Maimai’s relentless pestering, he left some cash for the room fee in the hotel room, informed the front desk, then led her, avoiding the reporters and fans. The two of them boarded the helicopter once more and soared away.
