Chapter 238: Chapter 191: Is He Really a Mad Witch?
In a room within Roton Fortress, the sinister red glow gradually dimmed as the ritual concluded. Isaac’s connection to his Dimension was restored. With a flip of his right hand, a chaos-colored Energy Fruit appeared in his palm—the Dimension Fruit!
The Dimension Fruit is formed when a Dimension grows to a certain point, condensing its origin power into a fruit. It has many uses, the simplest being to eat it.
Eating it can significantly increase one’s Magic Power, and it also comes with a chance of obtaining a Dimension Seed!
And just what is that chance?
Zero point six percent!
That’s why very few people would eat it directly. For an ordinary Wizard, it’s a top-tier magical ingredient that can be used to concoct many outstanding Magic Potions. Although this eliminates the possibility of obtaining a Dimension Seed, that chance is so negligible to begin with that it doesn’t matter.
For a Mad Witch, however, a Dimension Seed serves as a universal material for trading with Outer Gods, a trade that is guaranteed to succeed.
Of course, this only applies to normal trades. It’s ineffective for Isaac’s unique methods.
Beyond that, using it to create Magic Items is also an excellent choice. The Dimension Fruit is compatible with a vast number of Magic Attributes, making it extremely suitable for almost any creation.
For Isaac, however, there was only one option for this thing—sell it.
Although he knew how to brew Magic Potions, he had no formulas. Furthermore, he had very little experience in this field. His brewing skill might be high, but that was the extent of it. For him, using a top-tier ingredient like the Dimension Fruit would be a huge waste.
The same was true for crafting Magic Equipment, a skill in which he was even worse off. At least with Magic Potions, Isaac had decent brewing technique to his name.
As for where to sell it...
Isaac had two choices. One was the Flesh Sect. The Sect controlled a Dimension and could also produce Dimension Fruits, so they had no shortage of ways to use them, and many members were in need of them.
After all, the condensation of a Dimension Fruit consumes Dimensional Origin. Under normal circumstances, the fruit is formed from naturally released Dimensional Origin, a process that takes a very long time. Forcing it to condense early would cause immense damage to the Dimension.
Therefore, even within the Sect, the Dimension Fruit was considered a relatively precious Magic Resource.
The other channel was even more popular than the Sect: the Mad Witch Association!
It was full of Mad Witches—ordinary Mad Witches, unlike Isaac. They conducted normal trades with Outer Gods, making the Dimension Fruit extraordinarily significant and highly valuable to them!
Moreover, the grand annual gathering of the Mad Witches was about to begin, which would be an excellent opportunity to sell it.
But there was no rush. He needed to consider it further. He had learned from Mensa that one of the High-level Mages overseeing the war in Itra was from the Flesh Sect and had previously put in a good word for him.
Although Isaac was a Mad Witch, and a bona fide lunatic in the eyes of others, he was actually quite rational. He always repaid his debts, whether of vengeance or of gratitude.
It was only natural to prioritize the Sect in this situation, especially since he wasn’t desperate for money at the moment.
After examining the Dimension Fruit for a moment, Isaac stored it away in his Dimension World, placing it next to another Dimension Fruit that was still condensing.
That’s right, he had two Dimension Fruits. Although the other one wasn’t ripe yet, it wasn’t a problem. A few more visits to the Master of Billions of Flesh would take care of that.
The benefits Isaac gained from this ritual far exceeded just the Dimension Fruit, which was merely a byproduct of his Dimension’s growth.
The most significant benefit was, of course, his Infinite Magic Power. Its duration had now reached a full hour. It was no exaggeration to say that this was an absurdly powerful improvement!
The only downside was that Privilege Magic had an extremely long Casting time when cast normally. This meant that even with Infinite Magic Power, Isaac could still only use his seven privileged Magic Slots in actual combat.
’Of course, that isn’t really a problem. If I don’t have a method that’s compatible with Infinite Magic Power, I’ll just research one. A Wizard has always fought with their mind, after all.’
The increased duration of his Infinite Magic Power also signified a tighter bond between Isaac and his Dimension. He could now open a passage to his Dimension World at will. In other words, the plan to build a Floating City within the Dimension World could now begin!
Compared to that, the convenience of carrying around a massive portable space was almost trivial.
Finally, Isaac’s Dimension was beginning to truly resemble a proper Dimension.
It sounds strange, but it was the truth. Previously, although Isaac’s Dimension World was called as such, it was in reality just a dimensional fragment, not yet a true Dimension.
A true Dimension must possess at least four Concepts: Infinite, Unique, Parallel, and Profound.
The Concept of "Infinite" refers to both Space and Magic Power—not Infinite Magic Power like Isaac’s ability, but rather that the Magic Power within the Dimension itself is infinite. The Concept of "Unique" is easy to understand: the Dimension is one-of-a-kind, possessing unparalleled characteristics. This is generally the hardest to achieve, as its formation requires complete mastery of at least one Dominion!
And Dominion is a higher form of Authority.
The "Parallel" Concept is a relatively ordinary one. Isaac wouldn’t need to worry about it; he just had to continue developing his Dimension. When the Dimension’s power becomes strong enough, it will spontaneously generate a repulsive force against the Real World, becoming completely parallel to it and ensuring they do not interfere with each other.
