"It seems the situation is not optimistic." The Deep Whale leader, about three leagues long, with a blue and white body and a large ice crystal crown on its head, sighed deeply.

Considering hunting exotic beings as a way to attract inner realm beings is their most compelling strategy at present.

Essentially, this is also a way to exploit the generosity of the Butterfly Emperor, yet it still cannot attract any of the Alliance Leaders or Vice Alliance Hierarchs of the Plane Sea No. 758. What it represents...

Five top dominators of civilizations, who formulated the plan together with the Floral leader and Deep Whale leader, shared similar expressions with the Deep Whale leader.

Yet, the leaders of the newly joined top dominator civilizations watched the Floral leader and Deep Whale leader with suspicion.

Plane Sea No. 758 is well-known to them, full of rumors about the infamous Space-Time Transcender residing there.

The Space-Time Transcender is favored by the Blood Territory Manager, a fact widely acknowledged across the Crystal Domain.

Logically, these top dominators should have tried their best to make friendly relations with the Space-Time Transcender, hoping to use him as a stepping stone to gain some association with the Great Manager.

But they all tacitly played blind, fearing inadvertently disrupting some plan of the Manager, and thus bringing doom upon their civilization.

For potential gain, wagering the survival of an entire civilization isn't a deal they would engage in.

However, now they find that this newly joined Federation seems to have some intentions towards that figure?

Are these guys out of their minds?

Even though the Crystal Domain barriers are collapsing, the Blood Territory Manager isn't dead!

If they really plan to interfere with the Space-Time Transcender, they might be eliminated even before the Crystal Domain barriers collapse.

"Don't misunderstand, our plan..." The Floral leader, seeing this, takes a deep breath, suppressing inner anxiety and explains their plan to the newly joined top dominator civilization leaders.

"Oh, I see."

"That's a good idea."

"Impressive!"

...

Upon hearing this, the five newly joined top dominator civilization leaders shine with admiration.

This curve probing approach is remarkably ingenious.

Without actively contacting the Space-Time Transcender, there's a significant chance to discern from the side whether he knows some information and what the content is.

The Floral leader ignores these praises and continues, "So far, the Plane Sea No. 758 Alliance has shown no reaction, leaving only four possibilities."

"The first possibility is that all Alliance Leaders and Vice Alliance Hierarchs of Plane Sea No. 758 don't lack Law Value."

"They can believe the Space-Time Transcender doesn't lack Law Value, but what about the others?"

"The Feather Sky Leader, as a Space Faction Dominator, doesn't want to come unless there's a life-threatening danger to take advantage?"

"The Abyssal Sea Throne, ambitious, doesn't want to seize the opportunity for gain?"

"A few other Vice Alliance Hierarchs don't want to seize the chance to earn Law Value, exchange for Tier Eight Law Treasure, and become dominators?"

"Therefore, the first possibility can be directly excluded."

"The second possibility is that the Space-Time Transcender has not received any extra information from the Manager, and all responses so far are solely his own."

"If indeed the case, then our observations of Plane Sea No. 758 Alliance would be futile."

"But considering examples in the first possibility, this possibility can also be ruled out."

"Which leads to the conclusion that the Space-Time Transcender surely knows something and has shared these messages among core members of Plane Sea No. 758 Alliance."

"The third possibility is that the Tier Nine of the other two domains will intervene in person."

"If indeed the case, then the Space-Time Transcender should not join the Plane Sea No. 758 Alliance and set up a congregation circle there, but instead migrate his Wizard Plane Group directly to the depths of Crystal Domain."

"Hence, this possibility also needs to be ruled out for now."

"The fourth and most likely current situation is that beings from the other two realms have means to restraint the Space Faction Dominator, and their strength is presumably greater than our Crystal Domain."

"This would explain why all members of the Plane Sea No. 758 Alliance remain inactive."

At this point, the Floral leader glanced at the other top dominators, with an implicit expectation: "Do any of you have differing opinions on my deduction?"

It hopes its deduction is wrong, yet it can't find the flaw, only hoping other leaders might challenge it.

Otherwise, the future of the Crystal Domain's enemy-resisting Federation is doomed to be extremely difficult.

Of course, there is some good news, like the high probability that Tier Nine might not join the future war.

On this point alone, it hopes no one would pick a fault.

Silence.

In the private space full of flowers, the silence was all that remained.

Eleven top dominators, the pinnacle below the Tier Nine of Crystal Domain, stayed silent under the expectant gaze of the Floral leader.

Since they truly couldn't find a flaw in the deduction, they had no way to challenge it.

As time ticked away, more figures would occasionally appear in the center sky of this private space.

Upon each arrival, the Floral leader would forward the previous plan and deduction, hoping these newly joined top dominators might challenge its conclusions.

It is not concerned about them fleeing after knowing the information because the Federation has an important agreement that anyone who dares to retreat mid-way will be jointly annihilated by all top dominator civilizations of the Federation.

If you've come, trying to escape now means treating us as mere shields?

Yet, upon learning the information, the reactions of these top dominators mirrored earlier Federation members, responding with complete silence.

While digesting the information, they racked their brains thinking of flaws in the Floral leader's deduction.

After a moment, a half-league tall energy-bodied dominator, radiating silver light all over, said:

"In fact, the Butterfly Emperor has already provided a response method; exterminating exotic beings can obtain Law Value, and then use these Law Value to foster the birth of a new dominator..."

As soon as he spoke, the Floral leader interrupted, "Can you guarantee the Blood Territory Manager hadn't accounted for this when giving the Space-Time Transcender information?"

"Can't." The energy-bodied dominator shook his head but didn't lose spirit. Instead, he continued, "Then can you guarantee the Manager factored this in when informing the Space-Time Transcender?"

"Also true." The Floral leader sighed heavily, "Forget it, anyway, there is absolutely no possibility of peaceful coexistence with beings of the other two realms, no matter how strong they are. We can only fight."

"However, I think the initial layout needs to change. Since the enemy possesses means to counter Space Faction Dominator, we shouldn't build a complete line on the boundary."

"Otherwise, if the line stretches too long and support isn't timely, collapse is a matter of moments, utterly meaningless."
