Wizard: I Have a Game Panel

After the Wizard Plane Group had completely stabilized, Lor performed Space Jumping Witchcraft to leave the Wizard Plane Group, curiously examining the distant void called the 'Core Zone' by the Feather Sky Leader.

In the next instant, his gaze was attracted to the various-sized plane clusters in the distant void.

Within his sight, the plane clusters were neatly arranged.

The nearest plane cluster to him was about one spatial node away, surrounded by tens of thousands of planes of various sizes, looking quite extraordinary.

If nothing unexpected happens, this should be the Lingkong Plane Group, and as for those independent planes surrounding it, they should be precious planes that can produce special resources.

The other plane clusters were much farther from the Lingkong Plane Group; Lor couldn't discern the exact distance, but it was at least ten spatial nodes away.

They were relatively densely arranged with each other, roughly estimated to be less than half a spatial node apart.

"Rip—"

Just as Lor was observing the surrounding void, the space beside him suddenly split open.

Immediately, the silhouette of the Feather Sky Leader flew out from this space fracture.

"Lor, Alliance Leader."

The Feather Sky Leader nodded slightly to Lor, then pointed his wing towards the plane cluster surrounded by tens of thousands of planes not far away, getting straight to the point:

"I plan to divide the assembly circle into five layers, arranged in a circular pattern."

"The center as the core layer has extremely limited space, only accommodating eight plane clusters, which are the main plane clusters of us three alliance leaders and five vice alliance hierarchs respectively."

"The area close to the central region is the secondary core layer, also with limited space, able to accommodate some of our valued direct plane clusters."

"The central area is the inner layer, much more spacious, capable of accommodating all plane clusters under the jurisdiction of our eight major civilizations."

"If there's still room, we can establish a merit system for large civilizations to vie for in wars later."

"The mid-periphery is the central layer, an area for placing large civilization plane clusters."

"The outermost layer is the outer layer, used to place plane clusters without Tier Seven Creatures; what do you think of this plan?"

This layout is simple and clear, the closer to the core layer, the safer it naturally is, and the closer to the outer layer, the more dangerous it becomes, almost using the outer layer's plane clusters as a meat shield.

Lor quickly reviewed the Feather Sky Leader's plan in his mind and then shook his head, "Overall, there aren't any major issues, but some areas lack detail."

"What do you mean?" The Feather Sky Leader looked at Lor curiously.

"Establishing a merit system for those large civilizations to move into the inner layer is a good plan, but I think besides giving them hope for advancement, there should be a crisis of degradation."

Lor slowly said, "For instance, implement a daily contribution system whereby any useful contribution to the Alliance earns contribution points, the contribution system can interlink with the merit system; after all, everything is contributing to the Alliance."

"When the contribution points of those small to medium-sized civilizations on the outer layer exceed those of large civilizations in the central layer, shift their positions."

"These two systems should comprehensively target both large civilizations and small to medium-sized civilizations, allowing the capable entry into the central, or even inner layer, and sending the mediocre to the outer layer. What does the Lingkong Alliance Master think?"

He did not think there was anything wrong with his suggestion, rather it seemed only natural.

Because in constructing the assembly circle, both he and the other seven major civilizations were indeed contributing.

Those large and small to medium-sized civilizations initially received protection without compensation, although using them as meat shields was also intended, that was irrelevant.

In summary, regardless of whether they are large civilizations or small to medium-sized civilizations, if they wish to gain better treatment, they must make corresponding contributions to the Alliance.

Francis and the others trusted him greatly, and he would certainly not betray such trust, nor ignore the benefits that the Wizard Civilization rightfully deserved.
