"Open!"

The scroll sealed by Divine Arts trembled suddenly, and then the surface Spirit Light disintegrated, revealing its true form inside.

Carl gently shook the scroll, and Blaze, Monica, and their family of four emerged from within.

"Carl!"

Blaze looked around:

"Where is this?"

"Fast City."

"Hmm?"

Seeing the desolate streets, dilapidated houses, and the deathly still weather, his expression froze.

"Fast City?" Blaze shook his head repeatedly:

"How is that possible!"

Fast City was one of the most prosperous cities in the Federation, how could it be so run-down?

Seeing Carl's expressionless face, his smile gradually faded:

"Really?"

"It's true." It was Monica who answered, not Carl. Monica's ears twitched as she amplified her Bloodline talent to the extreme, able to clearly hear any minute sound within a few hundred meters.

"This place..."

"Really is Fast City!"

"What happened?" Blaze's face was full of astonishment:

"We've only been gone for a few years, how did Fast City become such a mess?"

"Not only Fast City," Carl shrugged:

"The entire Federation has become decrepit, a lot has happened in the last year or so."

"A lot!"

He didn't explain what happened, his tone was somber, causing Blaze and Monica to look at each other in dismay.

"Are you Uncle Karl?"

A childish voice sounded.

A boy and a girl, just turned three years old, held hands and looked at Carl with curiosity.

"Yes."

Carl squatted down, rubbing their heads:

"Cain, Mokavi, we finally meet. Have you been studying what you were taught well?"

"We've been studying all the time." The delicately carved little girl, Mokavi, tilted her head and spoke in a childish voice:

"Mom said, after coming out we'd have friends to play with us, is it true?"

When she mentioned 'friends', her face showed excitement, clearly already a bit impatient.

"Hmm."

Carl looked up at Monica:

"I'll take you to meet new friends."

He stood up, reached out a hand forward, and slightly curled his fingers, causing the air ahead to ripple suddenly.

The next moment.

A car appeared out of thin air before them. ๐™›๐’“๐“ฎ๐’†๐”€๐’†๐™—๐“ท๐’๐™ซ๐’†๐™ก.๐’„๐“ธ๐“ถ

"Wow!"

Blaze exclaimed in amazement:

"You can actually move things from other places, is this a skill only Third Tier Transcendents have?"

During the four years in the world within the painting, Monica also explained the power system of the Extraordinary World to him.

Space movement,

is undoubtedly achievable only by Third Tier Transcendents.

But not all Third Tiers can achieve it, in fact, many Third Tier experts lack similar means.

However, Carl should be beyond the Third Tier, otherwise, he couldn't have brought them out from the seal.

Monica's eyes were twitching with surprise and even fear.

Unlike Blaze.

She herself is now a Third Tier Transcendent, so what she sees is different from Blaze.

In her eyes, the car wasn't moved from elsewhere, but was transformed from energy.

That is to say...

Carl used natural energy to create a car out of thin air.

The ability to freely convert between energy and matter, this is an ability possessed only by legendary Upper Gods.

Upper God?

"Little ones."

Carl waved his hand, and the car door opened by itself:

"Please get in."

The two children held hands and got in the car, and Blaze grabbed the driver's seat and held the steering wheel.

"Whoosh!"

The tires rubbed against the ground, quickly shooting out.

"Wow..."

Blaze's eyes sparkled:

"Such powerful burst strength, and without any sound, what has happened to car engine technology in these years?"

"It's witchcraft." Carl smiled:

"The usable energies are not limited to petroleum, there are others."

"Watch out!"

Before his voice fell, a black shadow pounced over from the front, crashing into the front windshield like a leopard.

"Bang!"

The seemingly thin glass showed astonishing hardness, remaining intact under the attack.

Instead, the shadow was knocked flying.

"What was that?"

"There's more!"

Blaze's face filled with shock, he quickly maneuvered the steering wheel to steady the car body, looking at the surrounding shadows emerging one after another.

"Mutated Humans." Carl glanced around and said indifferently:

"A 'Divine Punishment' from some Outer Domain Divine, creatures that have encountered it undergo mutation, attacking nearby living beings madly, and creatures injured by mutant creatures also undergo mutation."

"You can think of it as an enhanced version of a zombie."

"Divine Punishment?" Blaze turned pale:

"Does a god want to destroy the world?"

"Yes." Carl turned his head, looking at the two children:

"Not just one Divine, many Divines hope for this world to perish, each has sent down a Divine Punishment."

"Mutated Humans are relatively easy to deal with, as they have a physical form, certain incorporeal methods are more troublesome."

"Bang!"

Relying on the sturdy car body, the vehicle charged forward, breaking through a pathway amongst a group of Mutated Humans.

Looking back at the increasingly distant group of monsters, Blaze couldn't help but breathe a sigh of relief:

"Fast City was turned into this by them?"

"What about my company?"

"Gone."

"What about BHP Group?"

"Gone too."

Silence filled the car.

"Left turn."

"Screech..."

The tires swiftly rubbed against the asphalt road, sparks emerging from the contact point, as the direction suddenly turned.

In front of their eyes appeared a towering tree, its gnarled roots embedding into skyscrapers, extending upwards, densely packed leaves hanging in the sky, with Mutated Humans jumping back and forth on the branches.

The tree's trunk seemed to be pieced together from countless human faces, continuously roaring, while the branches swung crazily.
